After a stretch on the road it was time to refuel. I had already planned on stopping in this area ahead of time and figured it would be a two birds, one stone situations. I pulled in and maneuvered my way around the lot to a pump. Using the pay at the pump feature to fuel my vehicle. While the fuel was pumping I did a bit of browsing of the app to see if there were any deals I was missing out on. After the fuel was finished I made my way inside to grab a few things so that I wouldn't have to make too many more stops on my way home. This time I did go to counter to pay. This was my first experience at a Sheetz and it was lovely! The gas prices are steep these days, wow. My Honda CRV was $50 to fill up today, I was shocked. Still, the inside of the store was clean and had great stock and selection, the cashier was very nice, my chicken sandwich was ready in 4 minutes or so. They don't have a great area to wait for your order, so people are kind of standing on top of each other. The car wash was also great -- it is touchless, so it uses water pressure which I like at a car wash gas station. It was really nice and seems like new! I have been going to this Sheetz a lot since it is so close to where I work. Pros: 1. Consistently has the lowest gas pricing on the 22 stretch and with the price of gas these days, I CHECK! 2. No fee cash machine as do all Sheetz stores. 3. Pretty decent MTO with a full hot grill selection. Cons: 1. This Sheetz is super crowded at all times and sometimes I feel that the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen the way that cars whip in and outta there. In addition, there are usually a lot of people waiting around inside, either for the ATM or the food. 2. Sometimes the cash machine is out of order and that ticks me off enough to forget about putting a sandwich on my debit card. 3. The bakery items look better than they taste. Don't buy anything ... you may regret it. All in all, this location is really convenient for me. I always seem to get the same cashier who always looks a little tired but is always very nice! read more

I ordered a sub and no one worked on any orders for 20 minutes. I finally received my order 30 minutes later. When I opened up my bag, there was sauce all over the outside of the wrapping. Inside, the sandwich looked thrown together with little care. Components were spilling out of the bread which looked like it was only partly opened up to begin with. Finally, I asked for light sauce and by the looks of my sandwich, you would think that was the main component. This was an extremely upsetting experience as it seems the staff just doesn't care. I was there this past Tuesday, about 4:20. Because of a slipped disc, I ordered curbside. Strawberry lemonade smoothie. It took 40 minutes! There were people going in after I arrived and leaving with MTO before I got mine. Yes, I did do the 'check in' on the app. 40 minutes!! To make things worse, I called the store phone # on the confirmation. It rang about 15 times before an employee lifted up the receiver and hung it back up, ending out call. Now I am fuming. I called back and it rang about 10 times before someone answered it. They didn't hang up on me this time, but I could overhear the disorganization about my order; they DID have my order on file but just never filled it. If my back wasn't feeling so bad, I would have went in. This is the second time this happened at this store. The wait on the first tine wasn't as long as the second time, though. And I am agreeing with the other reviews about the parking lot being challenging. I don't plan on visiting this store again. read more

DO NOT BUY VUSE PODS HERE. I've been buying my pods here for the last 1-2 years since they did the flavor ban. FYI y'all, the liquid is supposed to be CLEAR. If you're opening your packs and it's off-color (usually brown, see pics), it is burnt out or will be shortly after opening and trying to use it. Idk if they're expired, defective or what the issue is. The packaging is completely different every other time I buy them so no they're not being distributed by date. Either way, they're not usable and sometimes you need to open and try them to find that out. The discolored liquid vapes like burnt a$$ roadkill and is horrible and disgusting and god knows what it's doing to you. I habitually buy the 4 packs costing about $30+ each (literally every 1-2 weeks, the fortune spent is gross ), 99% of the time, either ALL of the pods in the 4 packs are defective and completely worthless or at best, 3/4 are. Initially, they would be understanding the product is defective and exchange the box for another box. I am clearly not running a scam when I come in there once a week and drop $100 in vapes and gas. But every other minute there's a different manager there so one would be cool and understanding then everyone else would refuse and be REALLY rude about it, at least 2 of them I recall talked down to me like a child yelling MA'AM at me in front of a line of people and packed store. I ended up calling corporate not once, but 4 times, waiting on hold for 30-45 mins, over the span of one month until I finally got a call from this areas district manager. Not only was she horrifically condescending, did not apologize for any part of this, did not try in any way to make right the hundreds of dollars I've wasted there, she insisted over and over every issue I've had "that's not an us problem, that's a vuse problem and you have to take it up with them". I'm not sure yet what that process looks like and have yet to be able to even find a way to contact them, but I venture to guess it involves paying a million dollars to ship these beat a$$ pods to vuse and wait 4 months for replacement pods or coupons that don't work anywhere. Why bother? I am not a Karen and not difficult to please and spend so so so much money there. I'm not asking anyone to pull the stars out of the sky for me, only to exchange for the same item when the item is defective. Why is it my responsibility as someone who makes $30k a year to launch an investigation into the manufacturer and literally pay to send them wherever vuse is when I bought them from you? I have literally never bought any product from any store and have them tell me, when I need to exchange it, something is defective or does not work as intended, "that's not our problem". This would all feel a lot less like highway robbery if the pods weren't like $10 each. It's $70 for 2 4 packs. That's a ton of money. Yes smoking sucks but some of us still do it and there are worse habits. Sooooo just be prepared everyone, if you buy vape products from sheetz and they don't work, it will take being berated by staff, 100 calls to corporate, and at least a months wait for them to tell you it's a you problem. read more

Has anyone been to this Sheetz lately? Did you look around? There is trash from one end of the property to the other. This is one business that has been booming since the pandemic so they are not suffering. No excuse there. They had at least 6-7 employees working that we counted. A few of them could have been sweeping outside. The manager should be embarrassed at the state of chaos that place is in. It looks like shit. And I'm supposed to take my teenagers in to order something to eat for a late Saturday evening dinner? Hell no! That place is grosser than gross! And THEN, one kid working behind the register area swings the door open and we could see there were bags and all kinds of garbage on the floor back behind the registers too! I will no longer spend a dime at that location. I'll go to another one in hopes that they're under different management and in better shape. Not holding my breath though. I know I sound like "Karen" right? But it was disturbing. It was like people are just giving up. Can't we have some pride people?!! I can't go there. Can't buy gas or even gum. Sheetz and I have been friends since college. I have fond memories of going there late at night to get some schmuffins and other various late night snacks to enjoy while I studied. As an adult Sheetz is still a good place to get late night or any time snacks. The MTO menu has really expanded and they keep adding yummy things to try. The store itself has a lot of options of things to try and I never leave there without a bag full of stuff I wasn't planning on getting. The food is not bad. The mozzerella sticks are my favorite but the sandwiches are hit or miss. I guess depending on what you get. Sometimes the bread is not the freshest. The subs are decent (when the bread is good) and I like the nachos and coffee drinks. I like the car wash too. Its convenient and takes card. The air is free (I think at least it was) and the vacuum is strong. Lots of gas pumps so you're never waiting in line for gas. Tip: Order food online if you can. The line inside gets long during lunch/dinner hours. Everyone wants their MTO. read more

Now I go to sheetz for their famous 2/1$ dirty dogz. I went in today and got 4 dirty dogz. Let me tell you that these dogz were not dirty. They even put the sauerkraut underneath the dirty dogz and it ruined the bun. They also forgot marinara for my mozzarella sticks. read more

For a new Sheetz, this place disappointed bigtime. I was expecting one like the Paxton location. New and modern looking. Instead, the inside looks like one of the old Sheetz, and their MTO area is lacking along with the aisles of goods. Plus this place is so busy, I had to wait 10 minutes in line to buy an ice cream and almost 5 minutes to pull out of my parking spot due to traffic going in and out. Insane! The young kid at the register was friendly, but had a laid-back, surfer attitude which was amusing, yet annoying at the same time. Not the best Sheetz I've been to. We just got breakfast here and I've never tried their breakfast before so I'm not sure if its the location but the breakfast burritos are nasty. I took 2 bites and threw it out. The hashbrown patties were super greasy. I also got a sausage, egg, and cheese on a english muffin. That was ok but nothing to brag about. Service was fast enough but they just left our food on the counter and didn't call out the number, (at least loud enough to hear). I probably would have stood there a lot longer if another customer didn't get their order and tell us that other orders were up there. read more

It is a Sheetz. It is right off Interstate 81. Can there be anything remarkable. Unfortunately, yes there is. While the restroom were clean and the gas pumps worked, the latte and hot chocolate machine were broken but still turned on. They also seemed to be less stocked than other Sheetz. It is a bit off the highway, so I really do not think it is worth going to. read more

I recieved an invitation for a free sub, free small fries, free bakery item and free coffee on may 21st, 2008 between 10 a - 2 pm. Here i thought it was a good idea, free food. So i get in my car and head on down the road towards the brand new ribbon not cut yet Sheetz. Here i was sitting at the red light for about 3 or 4 minutes. from the light it looked like there was a parking spot or two open. So finally when I pulled in I tried to make my way through the parking lot. There were other people with the same ticket / invitation I had. When i got to the first 'open" parking spot it was actually blocked by some construction equipment. It really was filled with cars, i mean cars everywhere because of the promo that day. I went next to the seemingly "open" spot, here it had a orange cone in front of it. a cashier smoking a cigarette yelled at me when I went to move it and park my own car. she came running up and said "cant park there, its reserved". I effing couldnt believe how ignorant that was. What you have here is your typical Sheetz. It took forever to get our food and then of course my order was not even right. I am glad i looked in to see if all my honey mustard was there. It was not, so I spoke up. The worker double checked the whole order and turns out half the order was wrong. So they fix it and surprise surprise I get home and they still shorted me a damn honey mustard. The only reason it rated 2 stars is because of its nifty little air machine.
