We agreed on a scheduled repair date and Josh stayed. in touch throughout the day to update me on progress. When I was dropped off I saw my door from about 75 feet away and knew instantly they NAILED IT! Up close you can barely tell where the work was done unless you are looking for it. More money grubbing dishonest, dishonorable crooks. Out to screw you over and your insurance company. My car was in their possession from 10:40 am 3/29 to 1:56 pm 3/30 (27 hours) and because everyone is out for the greedy buck for doing absolutely nothing, they charged me $225.00 for 'butt hurt not doing business with us' fee. Breakdown: $75.00 administrative fee $150.00 storage of my car for literally 27 hours total of "storage" in their parking lot, not locked behind a fence or in their building. What is worse is my husband and I have given them repeat business in the past with two vehicles that were not cheap repairs but no rewards for repeat service just prove how lacking in customer service you are and only focused on money. $225.00 I guess is worth the bad review and boycotting of their business. I will take my business to one that still cares about customer satisfaction then screwing everyone over for a buck. read more

Received a estimate for 1,652.49 to get work done on my truck.I thought the estimate was high,but I said OK lets do it. When I went to pick up my truck the bill was 2,274.17. I took my car in for an oil change. The guy at the reception desk was very nice and answered all my questions. I was on a time crunch and they were extremely accommodating I was out of there in less than half an hour. I also received a voucher for a free car wash valid for 10 days. Had a great experience here after a fender bender with my Nissan. BACC is Nissan-certified and has a good relationship with the local Nissan dealer. Dustin got me in and scheduled very quickly (another repair shop couldn't fit me in for a month or more) and went above and beyond in sourcing parts and repairing the car. The customer service and employees at Berks Auto Collision are absolutely incredible. They are the friendliest and most accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I brought my vehicle here after hitting a deer. I didn't have rental coverage and they were able to immediately get me in to a nice rental for a very reasonable cost while my car was being assessed. Even after finding out my vehicle was declared a total loss and was going to be taken by the insurance, they were still incredibly helpful about assisting me through the rest of the process, getting my belongings out of the car and finishing the process for insurance to pick up the car.
