My husband and I took our Jeep here for an oil change and inspection and emissions. Matt called us…read moreback with a report that we needed new front and back break pads and rotors and a new rear bumper bar that was rusted through along with the inspection and emissions and oil change plus labor. The total was $2533.12!!! We initially agreed and then called him back 30 minutes later and told him to hold off on the repairs because we needed to think about it because the cost was too high. He then emailed us a payment plan option through Synchrony. We then called another garage we were familiar with and found out we could get this done for about half the cost. So we called him back and told him to put the car back together and we would pay for the work already done and come pick up the Jeep. The next day we call him and he tells us it is going to cost us $435 .47 for doing emissions and inspection (that failed) and oil change, plus a restocking fee of rear bumper part. We disputed this high charge for not even getting it inspected and Matt argued that his workers need to be paid for labor they did. Matt ended up dropping the total to $260.24 once we brought up disputing these charges in court. I would not go here at all. Highway Robbery. Find somewhere else and save your money.

These guys recently bought out the garage we were using so we decided to try them out based on…read moretheir convenient location and the good reviews we had seen on their other locations. We started out with them by having a state inspection done on our pickup truck and also mounting and balancing a new set of tires. Seemed to do good work for a fair price, and we thought we still had a decent garage. A few months later we scheduled our other vehicle for state inspection. On Feb 21, it passed the emissions but failed the inspection. We were told what was wrong with it, and they were easy fixes that we could do on our own. So, we paid for the emissions and the inspection and were told to let them know when we had the repairs made and they would get it in to double check and put the inspection sticker on it. We bought the parts, fixed everything, and called them on the morning of Feb 28. They could not get us in until March 5. It was more convenient for us, so we scheduled to leave the vehicle for an appointment on March 7. March 7 rolls around, we dropped the vehicle off before they were open, but shortly after 730 they called to tell us they "got her in ok" and proceed to tell me my charges for the re-inspection. I was told it had to be re-inspected because we were outside the 10 day grace period...now, WHAT 10 day grace period? I was told that this is their policy. However I was not made aware of this policy during any of the three prior conversations, which were once by phone to discuss the items that needed to be fixed to pass the original inspection, in person when the vehicle was picked up, or while on the phone to schedule the appointment for the follow up inspection. So even though we had it ready for a re-inspection within the 10 day window and called to schedule it within the 10 day window we were unable to get an opening in their schedule within the time frame. This would have easily been avoided by conveying this policy on the day the vehicle was picked up so the follow up could have been scheduled at that time. Instead it was done this way so that we could be charged a second time. It is fine if you want to have a 10 day policy in place...it is NOT fine when you don't tell your customers about that policy. Poor communication means poor customer service.

They lied multiple times to me and their stories from employee to employee did not match. I paid $2400 to have my 07 Dodge Ram transmission completely rebuilt only to find out that they just replaced it with an un-rebuilt junk transmission from an 05 Durango!! The installer even signed and dated the transmission with a yellow paint pen and the owner didn't know that and said it was like that before I brought it in!! They didn't check each other's lies. It's been back in their shop FOUR ADDITIONAL times just over the summer for a leak and it didn't leak before they "worked" on it.. Their one fix was to take a chisel to the oil pan to stop the leak!!!! When i simply asked about the 05 Durango the installer wrote on the transmission, i was sworn at multiple times I have never encountered customer service like that it my life....There is a possible lawsuit pending since part of the bill was paid by the warranty company.. Do yourself a HUGE favor and seriously look elsewhere.....
