I asked questions about the particular vehicle and he did not have the basic knowledge of parts under the hood. He tried to tell me that this vehicle didn't have many versions in AWD, which I knew was false. He assumed since I was a woman that I didn't have adequate knowledge on the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I loved it, but they were not willing to fix something minor on it. I called another shop and was quoted how much it would cost to fix that particular problem. Nathan was not willing to go down on the price, even though there was an issue with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to the service department again and see if they could fix it. I never got a call back or anything. Horrible service, horrible attitude. What a crook!
