They did not need to stop their work to help me, especially when I was not even parked in their lot. it says a lot about them!! most recently, winter storms and ice caused major damage to my hybrid vehicle's battery and additionally, AAA caused extra damage when I called for a jump, and they handled it incorrectly. Fountain Street accepted a tow on a Friday during this time when they had 0 appointments available for 3 weeks. Anthony was able to get my battery replaced, and they kept my vehicle over the weekend so they could address the electrical issues that were not there before the battery was dead/AAA caused damage. I had my car back that Wednesday. I am a single female living close by in Manayunk for the last 10 years, and I am disappointed to have ever used any other shop. I will absolutely be switching to regular service with these guys. They are kind, laid back, and in my case, made me feel confident they could handle the issues rather than causing me more stress over the unknown.
