When I got there, they were at lunch and wouldn't even come down to talk to me about what had or hadn't been done. My car was stored outside and was covered in dirt and bird droppings. My previous experience with them wasn't terrible, however repairs were performed without prior approval. Do not go here! Now I have to go somewhere else to have my car worked on In the busiest time of the car show season. if you don't have time to work on my car let me know, so I can take to someone who does have time and won't ignore or lie to me! I asked to have a mechanic speak with me since I'd have to have it towed and don't want to waste time and money if they can't help. Well, it's been 3 days now and no call. Shame because I also needed some bodywork done and probably would have used them for that had I gotten any kind of customer service.

By the third visit, my inspection had expired and the woman told me they couldn't fix my issue. I had purchased the expensive parts they advised me I needed which didn't even get used in the end. One of these parts was broken by one of their techs and they tried to hide it by glueing it back together and not tell me! When I called to see if I could get reimbursed the money it cost me for this part, the woman was very rude, ignorant and belittling. While she was ripping into me on the phone there was another person in the background laughing! I've never had such a horrible and stressful experience with any garage and will never go there again. They never reimbursed me for the part they broke either.
