I called once a week just to follow up, as I wasn't in a huge rush due to the weather and they never once returned my calls over the entire 6 week period. I finally had to get my car and take elsewhere. I picked up my car after leaving a message the day before to have it ready to pick up. When I got there, they were at lunch and wouldn't even come down to talk to me about what had or hadn't been done. My car was stored outside and was covered in dirt and bird droppings. My previous experience with them wasn't terrible, however repairs were performed without prior approval. Do not go here! Now I have to go somewhere else to have my car worked on In the busiest time of the car show season. if you don't have time to work on my car let me know, so I can take to someone who does have time and won't ignore or lie to me! And instead of treating me like a potentially valuable customer who would have brought all 6 of my vehicles to you for service and repairs, instead you treated me like an annoyance because you're too busy. A true professional would have been friendly, because it's the right way to treat people, and would have asked to look at it if you were concerned about rust...
