I had to change my original appointment with short notice due to the weather earlier this week and today I was like an hour late to my appointment because of poor time management on my part. When I walked into the shop, I was welcomed so kindly by Esten, who introduced himself and his partner to me. He listened to all the concerns I had about my car, then waited patiently for me to get myself together and figure out how I would wait for the work to be done. Rather than send me to the back of the line, they worked on my car right away they explained so much to me about cars when it was clear I didn't know much, Esten even called my dealership to check to see if I still had a warranty on any of my parts! He went above and beyond for me even without knowing me. He told me everything I needed once they checked my car out, gave me a list of prices including the labor charges, gave me a timeframe of when I should be replacing things and I was just literally blown away by their ability to relieve all of my concerns and give me an affordable game plan moving forward. This is behavior I'd expect from a shop being run out of someone's garage, and not an established shop where I've brought my car for service on multiple occasions.
