I was dragging it for miles before spotting it when we got off the highway for a rest break. A man in the service center where we stopped saw my troubled face and came out to recommend Jeck's. We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low. Now there are service centers that might take advantage of an opportunity like this but not here! Jeck's is proof that there are still good and honest people in this world. The bill was next to nothing! I don't usually tip at car repair shops but I told them to keep the change! If I was local, this is the place that would be servicing my vehicles! God bless!

Never, ever, ever in my wildest dreams did I imagine anyone could PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) this dent out of the door from my Audi Q7, but Berks Auto Collision Center did! Look at the unretouched pictures and judge for yourself. Do these guys know what they're doing? Damn straight Skippy! Joshua Gilmour handled the entire repair start to finish. Josh has excellent communication skills and exceptional industry knowledge. Of course I understand they use an oudstide vendor, all body shops do. Josh had his professional on the phone while I was sitting at his desk. They reviewed my pics together and discussed process and price. We agreed on a scheduled repair date and Josh stayed. in touch throughout the day to update me on progress. When I was dropped off I saw my door from about 75 feet away and knew instantly they NAILED IT! Up close you can barely tell where the work was done unless you are looking for it. No insurance, no rental car, no hassle. Without question I wholeheartedly recommend Berks Auto Collision Center for any repair, minor or major.

Croft's pinpointed the issue right away and fixed it when Pepboys couldnt. Ever since then, I now go to Crofts for the yearly inspection and when I recently purchased a Used car, I had Crofts look at it for an inspection. It seemed like Croft knew my car inside and outside. I was very impressed with his knowledge of cars and engine. I highly highly recommend Crofts.

I always worry that someone will take advantage of them or me (a single white female) when it comes to car issues. Mr. Croft is the best. He has been helpful, efficient, and honest with us. I am not car/garage expert, I am just an average, hard working person who appreciates good service. I totally recommend his services. I don't get too upset with my car issues knowing he will be there to help me.

The repair looks fantastic you'd never know there was damage there at all. Garry was who I worked with, and he was great very personable, thorough, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They had my car for about a week and a half, and while it did take an extra day, it was because they needed to bring someone in to properly recalibrate the blind spot sensors after the repair. I appreciated that they took the time to do it right instead of rushing it out the door. Before choosing a shop, I asked around on Facebook, and Yancey's was the only place that got consistent, all positive feedback and now I get why. Highly recommend. If I ever need body work again (hopefully not anytime soon), this is exactly where I'll go.

I scheduled an oil change at E-Motive Performance and Auto Repair after extensive searching and praying to God for a mechanic I could take my car to regularly. I had to change my original appointment with short notice due to the weather earlier this week and today I was like an hour late to my appointment because of poor time management on my part. When I walked into the shop, I was welcomed so kindly by Esten, who introduced himself and his partner to me. He listened to all the concerns I had about my car, then waited patiently for me to get myself together and figure out how I would wait for the work to be done. Rather than send me to the back of the line, they worked on my car right away they explained so much to me about cars when it was clear I didn't know much, Esten even called my dealership to check to see if I still had a warranty on any of my parts! He went above and beyond for me even without knowing me. He told me everything I needed once they checked my car out, gave me a list of prices including the labor charges, gave me a timeframe of when I should be replacing things and I was just literally blown away by their ability to relieve all of my concerns and give me an affordable game plan moving forward. As a woman, this type of professionalism is invaluable to me! It's just a small shop in the middle of nowhere and I got the best service I have ever had in comparison. My car is running like it's brand new and I feel confident to refer anyone else like me to these guys. This is a gem, I promise!

Joe Mays Towing came to my home in the middle of the night and towed my car from the parking lot…read morewithout cause. I've parked in the same spot every single day for the past two years with no issues. I got home from work around 8 PM, parked as usual, and when I went outside at 8 AM to leave for work, my car was gone. They towed my vehicle 10 miles away and then charged me $300 to get my own car back. The person who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude during the entire interaction. He told me my car was towed because my permit "wasn't shown," even though it absolutely was. He also admitted they towed another car because the permit was "hidden," which tells me they are not even properly checking for permits before towing people's vehicles. When I questioned their pricing, he said that if I needed a tow from the side of the road it would be a "different rate," but refused to tell me what that rate even is. Completely sketchy and suspicious behavior. The fact that they can't or won't provide the standard roadside tow rate raises more concerns about the legitimacy of the $300 charge. I also asked for an itemized receipt and proof that my permit supposedly "wasn't there," and they refused to provide either. That alone says everything about how they operate. This was completely unnecessary, stressful, and expensive--especially when my permit was visible the whole time. Their behavior shows a lack of care, professionalism, and accuracy when towing from residential areas.
