They gave me a timeline of about two weeks to get the work done and worked with Enterprise and my insurance efficiently to get me a rental, making the whole process easy for me. They explained everything about the job up front and when it was expected to be done. Though it wound up taking a few days longer to get my car done, that wasn't an issue for me. I only wish they had called me initially to tell me when my car was ready; I called in myself to inquire the day it was scheduled to be done and they estimated another day or two, but I didn't hear back until it was actually completed. Still, the quality of the work was most satisfactory and the cost with my insurance was as expected, so there were no hidden fees or surprises. I'd definitely use them again if (knock on wood this doesn't happen) I need more repairs done.

The most recent was today, I thought I had a dead battery due to the extreme cold. The driver immediately correctly diagnosed it as a frozen fuel line, gave me a quick fix and then suggested an inexpensive long term fix. He also checked my battery, which had some life left, but was almost 5 years old. He quoted me a fantastic price for a new one and replaced it on the spot. The entire time I felt comfortable and he was upfront, no hard selling on the battery at all. I 100% recommend!

They were asking for over $2300. I was wondering how I could've gotten into trouble with the power steering since I only use my car to go to my job as a school teacher, and it's 5 minutes away. Greg checked it and said it only needed adjustment. All in all, it costs $1300, including alignment. The bigger surprise was that the car got detailed for free. He even checked the battery and cleaned it, which I had completely forgotten about, and the Nissan dealership didn't even mention it.
