While that was ongoing, my husband and I had car trouble in New York state. We had the car towed to Hershey Auto, and despite being backed up, he ran diagnostics and solved the problem. It was always my thermostat which they gratefully replaced and honored the warranty too. But they dug in and did extra homework although my check engine light was NOT on and found KIA modified the thermostat with a restricter because they knew my current setup would throw the cold engine repair code. They are ordering the parts and getting me right back in to do the work asap. I cant say enough great things about these mechanics Have been a customer nearly 2 years and wint get anywhere else!​

A little over a year ago I had recently gotten an old car for free that needed a good amount of work. After getting an estimate I ended up talking with the mechanic who looked at my car. I was getting the run down on the car when, right in front of me, he shouted, "Looks like we'll make our week's pay on this one!" into the garage to a few other mechanics. I know he was just joking, but that's not a great way to treat your customers. It made me feel like he was trying to rip me off.
