I was told by my coworker and boss to check this location out and I'm extremely happy that I did. The guy at the register; Jose O. was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even while waiting he came over and had a small conversation with me since I was sitting in the lobby area alone, I was leaving the state the next day and I needed my inspection done before heading to the airport the next morning. Acosta (the mechanic) was very detailed when explaining what I needed and gave me a nice discount. This crew is the best and I will be returning for ANY and ALL service needed for my 2018 Equinox. So- very stressful when the alert signal came on - tire pressure warning. Watched in horror as the PSI steadily declined in the right rear tire. Quickly mapped to nearest tire shop open Sunday morning. Directed to Mavis. Arrived to be greeted by several surly mechanics desperately in need of Customer Service Training. Even though just one car on a lift and 7 open bays, was told it would be about a 60 to 90 minute wait. " But it's only a nail, in the tire, it just needs a plug". Didn't matter. Frustrated , I checked Google, nearest Tire and Auto Repair was Jack Williams - and it was just across the street. Called the Number and was connected immediately to Bryce. Told him the sad story and he said bring it right over. We have a few people ahead of you, but if it's only the tire we can have a look right away. Tire pressure going down more quickly now, we drive across the street. Bryce took the keys, handed them to Dillon- who put the car on the lift right away. Twenty Minutes Later we were back on the road. Nothing but a Great Experience. It was always my thermostat which they gratefully replaced and honored the warranty too. But they dug in and did extra homework although my check engine light was NOT on and found KIA modified the thermostat with a restricter because they knew my current setup would throw the cold engine repair code. They are ordering the parts and getting me right back in to do the work asap. I cant say enough great things about these mechanics Have been a customer nearly 2 years and wint get anywhere else!​
