I seriously don't know why this shop here with all of the guys in there you would think that they know what their doing But they don't. E brake still doesn't work lights still up on the dash, buttons that worked before no longer work now. & then on top of the charge extra for parts that were stolen when it was in the possession don't trust this shop especially the employees&their prices or their work.

The gentleman who helped me was very kind and friendly. Did a basic check on my Prius and topped off some fluids and sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me. He recommended that if my check engine light goes off again, I should go to another mechanic because it's probably not a minor thing. My car ended up getting towed 13 miles later, which sucks. Despite that, I am grateful for him taking a few minutes of his time to help someone. Thank you!

Like many people, I don't usually enjoy bringing my car in for service--but 625 Auto Repair made it…read morea truly pleasant experience. From start to finish, I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in the recommendations they provided. I came in needing my inspection done and also wanted to get some "mystery noises" checked out. My car has a lot of miles, and I wasn't sure if it made sense to put more money into it or trade it in. The team at 625 was great right from the start. I was given a loaner car immediately, and after they checked everything over, they sent me an electronic file with all the recommended repairs--clearly itemized with costs broken out. When I spoke with Casey, the owner, he took the time to go over everything with me. I explained my situation--deciding between keeping the car or trading it in--and his honesty really stood out. He told me that if I planned to trade it in, there was no need to spend money beyond the inspection since, with high mileage, the dealer would likely just auction it off anyway. That advice wasn't in his best business interest, but it was absolutely the right thing to say, and it meant a lot. If I decided to keep the car, he had the repairs prioritized so I could take care of the most important items first and handle the rest over time. I decided to keep it, and the repairs they completed were done quickly and done right. The noises were gone, and what had been a rough, bumpy ride was suddenly smooth again. I'll be continuing down the list of recommended repairs in the coming months, but I can already say this was one of the best auto repair experiences I've ever had. 625 Auto Repair is honest, professional, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend!
