The drink was a great blend of strawberry lemonade and addictive to drink. The topping on the sweet almond pretzel was well made. Every bite is successful in fulfilling my stomach. Service was fast if the food is in the display, it may take awhile if they are out of stock. Downstairs there isn't the best spot to stand and wait. There is a little side high chair table near the stairs but it's not very pleasant. More of a grab and go spot. Very yummy! read more

According to mall ecology, if Auntie Anne's and Wetzel's exist in the same space that means the mall is currently in a healthy state. Auntie Anne's may not be my go to, but this location is pretty solid. It's nice to see the workers use their magic to whip up the dough and form the pretzels and the times that I've ordered from here, the wait is never too long. Workers are friendly and quite efficient. With the location conveniently near the exit I use to get to my garage pit parking, it works out nicely for me if I want to grab a pizza pretzel to go (my usual go to). A bit oily, but a delicious fast food snack. read more

These pretzels keep getting better and better. They're cut up into perfect squares, they have the right ratio of sugar and cinnamon, they're always warm and even getting the smallest portion gets you enough so that 2 people could easily share. 10/10 snack in one of the latest good malls of the SGV. read more

They do not accept US currency at the kiosk. I thought we were in the United States! I only wanted a $4 dollar drink. Why should I have to use a card for that amount? They need to accept cash, it says it on the money, "This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private!" read more

When it comes to snack, I prefer savory foods. No need to be fancy but definitely be comforting. Friendly and quick service. This shop is located in a shopping mall so there are plenty of seats around, very welcoming vibe to enjoy different snacks. Pretzel nuggets with pepperoni : crunchy on the outside and very airy texture on the inside. The grilled cheesy pepperoni adds the flavor perfectly. It's a handy shopping snack in deed. read more

I'm a fan of Auntie Anne's pretzels, but my less-than-satisfactory experience with their original pretzel at another location made me want to venture out and try something new. The cashier recommended that I try the pepperoni bites. They were so-so. They were a little too greasy for my liking. I almost had to pop an omeprazole pill after eating these. I wouldn't order these again. Thankfully, I had a coupon for a free pretzel on the app. read more

After some fun bowling at Bowlero Arcadia in The Shops at Santa Anita, I was on my way to Wushiland to get some smooth boba drinks. Somehow I caught Auntie Anne's station at the corner of my eyes so I had to make a quick detour for some yummy sweet almond pretzels. I am a sucker for small pleasures of tasty delights LOL. Ambiance was okay as it was situated in an open space where everyone who walks by can see them. Luckily, there wasn't a long line. Staff was okay. I ordered 4 Sweet Almond... my daughters and my favorite pretzel flavor. We'll have to play rock paper scissors to determine who will get the 4th pretzel LOL... usually my daughters both share half and half. As for taste, no one has beaten Auntie Anne's Sweet Almond. They have the right sweetness and good amount of almond crunchiness... it's just the perfect moist pretzel bread! However, I was slightly disappointed as to how thin the pretzels were this time around. Hence, 1 star less. Hopefully, they'll read this review and make them normal size with some pretzel buffness LOL. Anyway, Auntie Anne's will always be our go-to pretzel place!!! read more

Auntie Anne's - Mini Pretzel Dogs - Fast Food Near Me - Arcadia, California

Santa Anita mall has extremely limited to non existent food options. The new restaurants all have the exact same thing as every restaurant in Arcadia. Very boring. A pretzel can be a good quick snack. Sadly, I noticed after I got my snack that they handle food with no gloves. There was one person using tongs but the person who handed me my food also did it with bare hands. Also the other side of my food was burnt. I got my order and went and tossed it in the trash. It's only $6. Not worth fighting for a refund. read more

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor & outdoor seating available since it's located in a mall with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal inside the mall. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since this establishment is located inside a mall. If you come here during peak business hours or on the weekends, you may circle all the lots a bit before you find parking. Parking spots are decent everywhere. Food: I ordered the original pretzel dog. The pretzel around the hot dog was soft, salty, and warm. The hot dog itself was tasty. This was the perfect combo for a mall snack. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, and fast. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. read more

The food is good at this location and is fairly consistent at most of them. The service does vary at each location and it was good here on our visit. I've been to the Auntie Anne's in the Westfield Santa Anita Mall a couple of times. It's a great location in the mall especially if you're looking for a snack. The smells coming from the store is always very temping. The team members that work here are always friendly and courteous. They're impressively efficient too. It's a very well oiled machine. It's fun seeing the pretzels being made. I typically get the plain pretzels or the cinnamon sugar ones. If i'm looking for something more filling I'll get the pretzel dogs or the mini pretzel dogs. I like the combination of the textures and flavors. Usually the lines can get kind of long but you're able to get helped quickly. If they're out of a certain item, they'll usually tell you but then you'll have to be able to decide on a different item right away. Auntie Anne's never disappoints. read more

My friend and I have come to get pretzels at the upstairs Auntie Anne's location on multiple occasions. Our go-to is the cinnamon sugar pretzel and Noemi has been really helpful more than once. She is friendly, fast, and made great suggestions (cream cheese is the way to go for a dip with the cinnamon sugar pretzels). The other staff are also fast but we thought Noemi's service stood out because of how welcomed we felt. It can get pretty busy, and it's a mall during the holidays... but we will continue to brave the crowds for our little treat because it's always a pleasant experience. read more

Great service every time me and my hubby come! Their food is amazing and always taste fresh and love the connivence of it being in a mall

This review is for the upstairs location. I have noticed that the pretzels have strunk in size but not in taste. They are expensive in my opinion but their rewards program is quite good I think in that it is not too hard to get enough points for a free pretzel unlike some other reward programs. There is a female worker there on weekdays in the mornings who is super nice. If it weren't for her I would have given this place a three star. read more

Dan helped us and was very nice. He made us a brand fresh pretzels 20 minutes before they closed. I think im in love

I recently bought a Groupon for this place, and while at the mall, I decided to finally redeem it. Even though I've only tried them once before, I do recall the sweet ones were better than the savory. They offer 5 different flavors. Sour cream & onion Garlic Parmesan Cinnamon Almond Original I got 3, consisting of 2 almonds and 1 cinnamon. They were made fresh for us and took less than 10 minutes. Almond was slightly sweet w a subtle almond crunch. The cinnamon was much sweeter but still good. What really stood out was the 2 girls working there. Both were super nice and friendly. It's as is they treated this as their own business, not just a job. Credit to the boss who hired these 2 excellent young ladies. Pretzel is not something I would crave often, but if I do, I'd rather come here than the other location in the mall. read more

My favorite pretzel place is Auntie Anne's! My daughter and I usually order the Pretzel Nuggets seasoned with Sour Cream and Onion. Sometimes they run out of the nuggets so instead, I order the unsalted pretzel with Sour Cream and Onion; the salted pretzel is too salty. While we wait for our pretzel, my little one likes to watch the employees prepare and make the fresh pretzel through the glass window. (http://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=NO5e0WtLAOYcjheLU6OEVg) ::Food:: The pretzel always tastes fresh, soft, warm and chewy. Every time I purchase a pretzel, I am always satisfied. When we order the sour cream and onion it can get messy because of the white powder. I also tasted the Sweet Almond Pretzel, it is coated with sweet crushed almond pieces. We like to pair it with the Caramel Dip but it can be too sweet. We also like the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets and Pretzel dog. ::Customer Service:: The staff is usually friendly. ::M's Notes:: They also have the following items: Regular Pretzel Dog, Jumbo Pretzel Dog, Mini Pretzel Hot Dog, Pepperoni Pretzel, Pretzel Nuggets, and Cinnamon Glaze Nuggets, lemonade and frozen lemonade. What's wrong with the employee here. 4:32pm an male individual working at the cashier, uncertain if he's the manager. He has glasses on. I want to order almond pretzel, but he kept trying to discourage me from doing so. First he wants me to go to auntie Anne located at the bottom floor. I said no, then he said it will takes 20 mins for a new batch, I said can wait. Then he said, 30 mins, I said I can wait. He finally ring me up, no less than 3 mins, the female staff brought out the fresh one. Seriously, what is this guy issue? read more

Between this and Wetzel Pretzels, Auntie Anne's is the clear winner. Their pretzel options are so much better. Their newer stuff like these kitschy drinks like the Candy Lemonade Mixers with gummy worms and Swedish fish are so laughably lame because they're just trying to jump on the Instagram foodie wagon. Sometimes their pretzels are not as fresh as they should be and you can tell they've been sitting out a little while longer than they should have, especially when the employees try to push the sale of certain ones. My favorite is and always has been the Cinnamon Sugar with cream cheese dip on the side. HEAVEN. Those two were made for each other! They no longer offer stamp cards but you can still earn free stuff by downloading the app. You get cool offers like BOGO deals, earning free pretzels after a certain amount spent as well as a complimentary pretzel during the month of your birthday! I tried Auntie Anne's for the first time 19 years ago and I've been a fan since. read more

4.5 stars for these pretzels! Auntie Anne's pretzels are just heeaaaavenly! When you are walking into Westfield and something amazing wafts by your nose, that's the Auntie Anne's pretzels! There are actually TWO Auntie Anne's pretzel stands in the mall, one on the second floor next to Old Navy and the other on the first floor next to Michael Kors. They know that people like me are lazy and can't get enough of their pretzels so they have it conveniently located in two parts of the mall. YAY, lucky me! I would have given them 5 stars if not for their inflated prices. Many years ago, these pretzels used to go for around $2 I think. Now, they cost around $3.50 a pretzel. But sign up for their Pretzel Perks thing and you'll get monthly coupons of BOGO or Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 and Lemonade and Get 1 Free. Don't buy these things without the coupon! You should also ask them for the stamp card. For every 6 pretzels you buy, you get 1 free! Better than a lot of other places where you have to buy 10 before you can get 1 free. My all time favorites are the: -cinnamon -sour cream and onion -almond All the other flavors are also good! I've tried buying their kit at CVS once and making it myself. It kinda works but by the end of baking them, I didn't really want to eat them. Unless you're a Bake Master, save yourself the trouble and just buy them fresh here. These guys really know what their doing making these things all day every day. read more

So I went in to try again and the Assistant Manager was working and she says that they don't have the electronic scanner to redeem my gift card. Okay fine then I'm just going to pay for pretzles since I've been craving it. She seemed to be little annoyed with me but isn't it reasonable since Im just trying to spend my gift card? I was going to order 4 two for me and two for my fiance but the assistant manager mentioned a special they had going on where it's guy 5 pretzles and get 3 free. So I was excited about that! Until I got home and saw she only gave us a total of 6 pretzles... What about the deal 3 free? So dissatisfied. read more
