It doesn't look like much outside and it's in an industrial area. There's street parking at night. We were here for an engagement party. My guy liked the beer. Thankfully they had wine too. I had Moscato which was good. There was a live band and a food truck. It was fun.

We attended the 9th anniversary party at Mt. Lowes. Friendly staff, lots of vendors outside and very family friendly with lots of activities inside and out. I ordered a newer beer, "Yuzuel," a Japanese lager with yuzu fruit. It was a light, crispy with a nice flavorful taste. My guy ordered the "Octoberfest marzen," dark robust lager, it was a good Octoberfest beer he said. The place was packed, inside and out. We tried to go out to watch the fight, but after a few, I couldn't do the cold anymore. They tried to light the heaters, but were out of propane. So I was out too. Until next time..

Mt. Lowe is an amazing community brewery in Arcadia. Super hospitable staff, feels like I'm in DTLA with all the advantages of being in a suburb (i.e. quiet, plenty of free street parking). It has a spacious interior and spacious patio with benches and lawn chairs where you can catch the latest sports game. Also there is fun pub trivia on Wednesdays. My sister won last year and they were able to create their own beer which was then sold (and ended up selling out!) Beer selection is pretty good and they also have non-alcoholic options like sparkling lemonade. They also have rum barrel aged seltzers and wine. They also have rotating food vendors in the patio, like burritos, pizza, and burgers. Great place to chill and hangout with a group after work. They are unfortunately running into the same problem a lot of small businesses are during these times so definitely think of Mt. Lowe as a destination to visit the next time you have a chance.

Nice spot to hang out with friends. Can bring your own games, they also have pokers, pool and ping pong table. Good and chill vibe. We didn't get to try the food, happy to check out next time!

Our first time here, we had gone here for Steady Garage's Friday Kik Bak Bike Show. I was fortunate enough to be selected to have my bike on display. This place has a very welcoming and chill vibe. The people who worked here were super nice. I'm not much of a beer fan, but I wanted to support and see what they had to offer. They have a huge selection of beer to choose from. I was surprised they had an offering of items like sparkling raspberry lemonade, a berry awesome series, and wine. They had something for everyone. I decided to go with a jolly rancher apple that they had. It was light and not too sweet. I was debating on trying the berry one but decided to stick with this for the whole night. I loved that they had cookies made by Sour*doe*sisters. I saw a flyer outside their window and was interested in pre ordering a sourdough loaf. You definitely must try them. 1. Pumpkin chocolate - light and pumpkiny - it tasted like a muffin top 2. Chocolate Chip - I can't go wrong with a classic. 3. Red velvet - I'm not a fan of red velvet, but I had to try, and it was light and tasty. 4. Strawberry cookies made with real strawberries - This was my favorite it was so different. I never had a strawberry cookie made with real strawberries before. It was moist and not too sweet. The layout of this place was pretty cool and spacious. They had a private event going on when we were there as well. The taco vendor they had there was a hit. I definitely see us coming back here soon, even if it's not for a bike event. The location was cool, and there was plenty of parking.

Neat space with a good drink selection. It's family friendly and often has a food truck out in the patio area.

It's always a good time at Mount Lowe. From trivia nights to bingo to karaoke. This place is a brewery for the people. All the staff members are super friendly and the manager is really cool. They will definitely hook you up. What's the syrup splash on whatever beer you want if you want a bit more flavor for those that are not into beers as much but nonetheless, this place has a really stacked roster of options. They always have a food truck on the weekends and sometimes have live events like shows or charity events. They support the city firefighters and have hosted multiple events, including motorcycle clubs, car, clubs, and fundraisers. It's a cool little stop to Arcadia with multiple seats in house and spacious outdoor seating as well. Arrive early because it will get full during specific events such as game nights..

Mt. Lowe has been my favorite brewery since it opened up in 2016. I feel like it's definitely a bit of a hidden gem, off of First Ave and St. Joseph, you could easily drive past. But please, do yourself a favor and stop in! The selection of beers available is always fantastic, from blondes to porters, they've really got it all. There's almost always a new beer to try, and a new favorite to be had! My favorite mainstays are definitely the Huntington Hef and the Thaddeus, but I'm always excited to try one of their new beers, which they have so frequently!! My current fav is Uncle Franks Backyard Brew - a coconut porter that's to die for. You're also doing yourself a disservice if you haven't tried their new rum barrel aged seltzer yet!! The service is always fantastic - you'll not meet a nicer or more sincere group of people. Everyone behind the bar is so fun and kind, and always excited to show you what's new! There are games like, billiards, foosball, and shuffleboard, not to mention tons of card and board games available. Theres also a huge amazing patio outside, which is perfect for those warm summer evenings. Mt Lowe also has some really fun events, from Bingo on Sundays to trivia on Wednesdays - and they usually have some sort of craft market every few months. They've also always got big sports games playing inside and outside when available, from the Dodgers to UFC fights. Mt. Lowe has fostered this amazing community, and we're so proud to be a part of it!! Shop small, support your local businesses, and have some fantastic beer while you're at it (or lemonade, sofa, etc! They also sometimes have root beer on tap, which is heavenly). You won't leave disappointed!!

Peach fizz Beer

Not the best tasting beers, the flight was a little rough to get through. The 'Peach fizz' was not good and smelled awful. Staff and ambiance was descent.

The brewery is quite spacious, there is outside seating on the sidewalk, but then also some outside seating inside the gate before you go inside to the bar. There were many crowds of happy and jolly people enjoying the weather with lots of laughter and smiles all around. The bar itself on the inside is pretty crowded and tight to order, but the bartender is friendly and does allow for samples so that you can decide what you want to order. I asked to sample the blonde which I really liked, and my friends sampled the Mystic Merrow Red which I liked as well, as well as the IPA which was delicious, however I decided I wanted to order the Blonde and one of my friends asked for the same. When we received our beers we noticed that instead of looking clear the way the sample looked, the beers we received were pretty hazy and we deduced that we got the Hefenweizen instead. Although this minor snaffoo, we ended up liking the Hefenweizen allot. I usually am not a fan of Hefenweizens but this was very refreshing and not too heavy for me so we kept the beers and we sat outside enjoying the weather. I really loved the vibe of this bar and I wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often. Now that I know about this little gem, if I'm ever in the area I will definitely stop by again!

The Brewery has a large parking lot however it gets full pretty quickly, if you get lucky you can also find some parking in the neighborhood street adjacent, or there is street parking for 2 hours on the main street. Yesterday was a pretty packed day, the main back patio with umbrellas was packed with people as there was an artist doing doggy portraits on that side. The back patio is disconnected from the brewery so you have to walk back and forth if you want to refill. I would say that side is more in the sun, so even with umbrellas it's a bit hotter on that side. The brewery is pretty cool inside, they have two separate bars to order from, one is the Beer bar, and one is the coffee/tea/ other things bar. I tried their Shibuya rice lager which was ice cold and very refreshing for a hot day. Our group also ordered the Really big pretzel, and Nachos which were pretty delicious. Finally, there is the front patio which faces the main street, and was fully in the shade. It is quite small with about 4 tables, but the sidewalk has quite a bit of foot traffic, and this is where we were able to set up camp with the fosters to mingle and meet with people who wanted to meet the doggies. When a breeze goes by, it is so refreshing and it's pretty nice on that front patio! I love that Wild Parrot Brewing company is dog friendly and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I actually had my first drink on their patio outside but it got soooo~ hot so I was thankful for all the indoor seating. Clean bathrooms, beers can be bought in cans for purchase and I saw some people just dipping in to grab & go. Located in the industrial area of San Gabriel, Ogopogo highlights their ube beer and food. Sad to say, they do not make a pandan hazy IPA anymore, which was my main reason for coming. I had no idea! We parked in the faded parking lot in the front of the brewery. The parking is unclear as for the opposite side says no parking. We walked in, and felt very cold, since it was a rainy/cloudy day. They had their doors open that led towards he outside seating and the front entrance, so a breeze was going through. On a Sunday afternoon, it was not busy at all. We took a small look around the brewery and didn't see anyone. The beertender was actually hidden towards the left and wasn't near the register. She didn't say anything nor greet us. In fact, I don't know if she said anything at all. We ordered out two beers and went to sit down. I found out that she was counting her minutes to leave and another beertender took her spot. We sat in the back where the music wasn't as loud so we can do some work. I ended up going back up to order their hot dog happy hour: a Boeman and a hot dog for $10. I then ordered myself a hot dog for $5 in addition to a Hazy IPA. the second beertender was a tad nicer than the first. She explained to me the discontinued beer, which I didn't know about. The hot dog was pretty good for the cost. It's bigger than a hot dog you'd get at a stadium and it was definitely half the price. They had ketchup packets and offered onions as a topping. As for their beers, it was decently priced with the haze I was expecting. They had a bigger crowd of people starting at 6 when we left. The parking lot was filled on both sides and people created their own lot with their cars. It's just odd how no one really comes throughout the day on a Sunday. They could offer more foods, snacks, or incentives to get people coming, but I didn't see any of that. The workers seemed not to care too much either, so that's a bummer. Again, lots of potential, but the care needs to be put in. I probably won't be back.

Drink prices were reasonable too,. The only downside, and honestly a big one for me, is the food situation. If you want food, You're required to order from the restaurant next door due to their contract (according to security at the door), and the prices are pretty steep. For example, $32 for 12 chicken wings with no sides just didn't sit right with me. We asked if we could bring in outside food (we were craving pizza), but security said no until the restaurant closes, which was too late for us. Because of that restriction, I probably wouldn't return. It's unfortunate, because the place itself has good vibes and a lot of potential. If they allowed more flexibility with food options, it would make a big difference.
