First visit to this casual-vibes brewery located in an industrial building/complex. Long picnic table style seating inside, which lends itself to sharing tables and meeting new people. They also have a large back patio with a couple covered tables, misters, and heaters. They don't serve food but have various pop-ups to provide munchies, and I noticed that some people brought in their own food. Parking is limited to on street only. The beer selection was fantastic, and we started off with a 6-pour taster to see what we wanted to have with our lunch. Everything was tasty, but they could have been served a little colder for my taste. I will say that the beer prices were very reasonable. During our visit, they had a pop-up caterer onsite, Burger Boy Joy (@burger_boy_joy), and they provided some delicious eats. Their smash burgers were some of the best we've had, and their chicken tenders were huge and juicy. Will definitely look for them again at a future location. Overall, we had a fun time and will be back to try more brews!

Here for the 1st time, and it's eehhhh.... No food here, but rumors has it they have food trucks from time to time, today I guess this is not that time and it's a FRIDAY NIGHT. They do allow you to bring your own food so that's cool I guess. There's no options other than their beer list, and even though I know this is a brewery, I'm sure they would make much more money if they sold some ciders or had wine option for those that don't drink beer. Finding this place felt like a thriller movie. The building that actually has the logo is NOT where the tap room is. But it does look super sketchy. Lights flickering, windows with bars, and not a soul in sight. I sat in my car for 10 minutes to wait and see where this place was... finally a guy came out of a garage from a separate building and I soon realized that was the place. The guy with the weed wacker didn't help the walk to the entrance, it only made it more creepy. Once in side it feels like a typical brewery. I don't drink beer so I was unimpressed with my can of squirt. Restrooms are "male and female" and as I entered I was actually impressed how clean it appeared until I looked up at the ceiling and saw the grossness up there. As I look around I notice that this is definitely a locals place. Like all breweries, Parking sucks... and the longer I sit here I'm finding out more info. Apparently they no longer have food trucks here but their OLD venue is where they had food trucks and ciders. I guess I should have checked this place out before they moved here. Overall, if you're a locals only type of person or you're on a mission to try all the breweries in town go check it out yourself. But if you are neither of those, I think this one you could pass on.

Photo looks better than it actually was.

Beer selection was pretty good. Surprisingly, I liked their Michi even though I don't like tart or sour beers. But they had the perfect balance of lime to michilada. It was freezing this day we went. Inside was so cold. They had heaters outside but no one was sitting out there. The pizza out back will feed you if you're hungry. But don't expect much. The dough/pizza was so sad.. frozen microwaved pizza would have been much better. Hopefully they change something out because that's a lot of work for not good pizza... Not worth $14.

1/6/24 FYI, Turner, American red ale

Cut and pasted from their website: "SOUTH EL MONTE'S FIRST MICROBREWERY" Quality/Quantity - Turner, American Red Ale - Good, actually really good. Smooth with just the correct amount of flavor. Also tasted the Burro Belgian Pale Ale - It was very similar in flavor as the red??? So I went with the red, so I could get a pint rather than a 12 oz pour. Today's food truck was burgers and wings - My wife did want this, so a quick beer and off we went. Atmosphere - The address is off. I believe the address on Yelp is for the office...? Which was closed when we got here. Good thing I double checked on Google Maps and realized that the brewery is further down behind the office. See pictures. Since the office is closed, you can park there. Plenty of parking, see picture. Indoor/outdoor seating. Plenty of outdoor seating. Limited indoor seating. Indoor seating had both bar and picnic seating. Very small arcade, see picture. Limited games, see picture. Dog friendly, both indoor and outdoor. Monday = Music Bingo. Thursdays = Trivia nights at 7pm, my daughter would like this. Fridays = Karaoke. Service - This is where they failed today. 3 employees, all on break...? Hanging out at the other side of the bar, just talking amongst themselves. We tried to flag them over after waiting 5 minutes just sitting at the bar. 10 minutes later, we got a hold of one of the girls. But she came down to us with an attitude, as if we interrupted them/her. She hesitantly gave me a sample. And when I asked for a receipt, she said "we don't do that." A better reply would be "we are paperless." We went to Angry Horse Brewery the next day, please see that review for a more welcoming environment. Price - $6 + tip. Yes, I still tipped. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2013...? As Federal brewing? New owners, brand, name change, etc...? We will give you another chance because the beer was good, but hopefully the service will be better next time.

Tuesdays are for Lotería - you get a card with each beer purchase.

This place is a hidden gem of So. El Monte. I happened to stumble into this place on a random Tuesday and progress did not disappoint! Great vibes! And they have pop up catering in the back.

First time here! Once I walked in I fell in love with how spacious it was. It's very wide and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating! They have quarter game machines on the left hand side that automatically made me wish I had change on me. I headed to the bar and the menu options were nicely written out and explained, They had a variety of beer options, wine and agua Frescas! I tried the Providencia beer which was really Smooth and tasty! The description next to that one was creamy ale And it definitely satisfied my taste buds! They also allow you to sample the beers on tap so I went ahead and tried the sandia loca which had chamoy instilled inside the beer already! Im a weenie when it comes to spice but for all The spicy lovers I'd recommend that beer Overall the staff was great and friendly and the service was very fast I'd recommend this place for A nice smooth Friday night

We found this place on yelp and wanted to stop by for the beers and board games. When we arrived, we thought it was closed because all the doors were gated up. After driving around, we saw that they were located a couple buildings over from the corner that the directions led us too. It was kind of difficult to spot. There were a lot of beers to choose from and it was fairly priced. My boyfriend only paid $18 for three beers. There were arcade games but the change machine was broken when we were there. They also had board games but not a lot of options, we ended up playing apples to apples. There was a live DJ outside playing really loud music. My boyfriend was a little bummed because he wanted to play music in the indoor TouchTunes jukebox. It was also a super hot day and there was only one fan but we weren't seated near it. We ended up moving outside to a shaded area with a little breeze. There was also a food truck. It smelled really good but we just came from lunch so none of us were hungry.

This place is very fun . Great selection of beers . They have food vendors outside. It is very kid friendly they have claw machines inside for them. Good times. Street parking available. Side note they don't have water only soda water so bring some.

Google maps sent us to the place across and we thought it was closed. Good thing right before we found the right location because it was a nice hangout spot! The inside has some board games and we had fun playing apples to apples. It was quite hot inside though. But I like that they have outside seating. I would say that it would be nice if they had mists outside and more fans inside. The beer we got was good!

Willie showed up right on time for pickup, professionally dressed in a suit, super personable, and friendly. He helped us load our food and jackets into a spacious, spotless Suburban, and we settled in for the journey. The car was clean with ample room for the four of us, with Fiji water for each; and even though there was traffic, the trip was relaxing and driving was excellent. We arrived with the perfect amount of time to comfortably settle in, and agreed upon pickup time. When it came time to leave, Willie was front and center at the crowded pickup location. There was no waiting- we simply got right in and left! Virtually impossible at the Hollywood Bowl. The trip home was equally relaxing and relatively quick given the hour. I should note that Willie came all the way from his home base in Rancho Cucamonga to Thousand Oaks for this trip, then back. That's dedication. Thanks Willie for being a huge part of our unforgettable evening with Andrea Bocelli! Now, about one of those wine tours... we'll be in touch again soon!

What a great business Angel Limousine was to work with!…read more I had booked another company without fully understanding what they offered and it was more of a shuttle bus than a party bus. After realizing my error in not asking the right questions, my wife found Angel Limousines. 4 days before my daughters bday party, they were able to get us booked with an amazing, clean, safe party experience for my daughter and her friends. They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival. We exchanged numbers (my wife went with the girls, I did NOT!). Got 4hrs of premium service from Darryl who was professional, timely, and made sure the girls had a fantastic time around town. Highly recommend Angel Limousine!

The party bus we got for our bridal party was amazing and very fun. Our group of 18 enjoyed every bit of it. My main issue was with the drop off. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day so the roads weren't favorable. As we were approaching our reception site, instead of dropping us off as close to the venue as possible, our driver stopped on the side of the road and in front of a puddle. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen stepped in the puddle, and my wife's dress got dragged in it. Not to mention, we had to walk quite a distance in the rain to get to the reception. Keep in mind, there was security at the front gate available to guide us into the parking area closest to the entrance, but our driver didn't bother to ask me if we were able to enter the venue or look for staff members to guide us. He just parked and told us "sorry there's a puddle watch your step". It was very unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful to leave us that way, especially in the rain. Anyone considering their services, I recommend to make sure you're taken care of from beginning to end. I would hate for anyone to experience an ending like our bridal party.
