Next was Blue Raspberry spritzer also very light more like jolly rancher vibe, next was The couch Crusher very tasty light beer similar to a Michelob Ultra vibe, I sampled (yes free Samples) The Hopodouken and woah not for me it's a heavy hops earthy flavor beer. Acquired taste if you ask me. Finally my favorite was The Triple Jam. Slightly sweet and light goes down smooth. It was packed Sunday Playoff game. Seating was limited. I was in the area and wanted to try out a new brewery, so I decided to stop by Arrow Lodge Brewing Company. As I pulled up to the parking lot, I noticed they had an outdoor seating area, which is really nice on hot days. It looked like a great spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a drink in the evening. When I went inside, I immediately liked the camping and outdoor vibes. The whole place has that rustic, lodge-style feel that makes it stand out. They had a bunch of pinball machines, which was a fun surprise, and there were murals all around the walls -- including ones of Lakers legend Kobe and the LA Dodgers. It definitely gives off strong local pride and a laid-back atmosphere. The inside is very spacious, with plenty of room to move around and a lot of TV screens, making it a solid spot to catch a game. I could easily see myself coming back to watch a Dodgers game there. That said, my experience at the bar wasn't the best. When I stepped into line to order, it seemed like the two beertenders were a bit distracted. There was a group of ladies sitting at the bar, and it felt like they were getting most of the attention. Usually, beertenders are welcoming and might ask something like, "Is this your first time here?" but the guy with the long mustache who served me gave off more of a "What do you want?" vibe. I asked for a taster, and he did provide one, but I didn't feel comfortable enough to ask to try anything else. At other breweries, I usually feel encouraged to explore the menu a bit more. Instead, I just winged it and ordered the Pink Lemonade Seltzer. It was okay, but compared to a lot of seltzers out there now, it wasn't very flavorful. It almost had a slight medicine-like taste. Because I didn't really feel the love from the beertenders, I ended up having just one drink and heading out. The space itself has a lot going for it -- great theme, fun games, plenty of TVs, and nice outdoor seating -- but I definitely think there's room for improvement in the customer service department. I might give it another try in the future, especially to catch a Dodgers game, but I'm hoping for a warmer, more welcoming experience next time. read more

My friends and I came here one weekend. It's a pretty small brewery. They have a big room inside to sit and they project the games on the wall. They have a little outside in the front with a few picnic tables. There were limited options for both beer and seltzers. The beer I got was red and it was pretty good. The only service is when you go up to order the drinks, they don't come around and pick up cups, they leave it to you to bring them back. The pizza and wings were really delicious. We ordered the supreme pizza and buffalo wings, garlic knots. It was a large enough size to feed 5 adults and 2 toddlers. I would definitely recommend getting the pizza. The vibe was cute and it wasn't too busy at 12:30 on a Saturday for a lunch day. Definitely family friendly and cute. Our group didn't particularly enjoy any of the drinks available on the menu, which was a little disappointing but we ate from their attached pizza place and that was really good. We got invited by our friend to support our friend the Raptors. But they were having an outdoor event with vendors and food and Little things that people made it was really cool. The bar was awesome just went inside to get water for us and the kids. Met some other friends their and we had so much fun, the kids had a blast they danced and played and the music and vibe was amazing. We had so much fun, I would definitely come to this area again for an event like this. The bar was really nice, such a cool vibe, clean the employee's were really nice. They used to tell me in church that you are not supposed to worship any other gods than the one they demanded you to worship. At the risk of being sacreligious, Arrow Lodge Brewing is the alter at which many of enlightened moments were birthed for this reviewer. Much like churches there are many breweries in California, and in recent years Covina and its surrounding cities have been home to many new ones, but few have the quality of beer that is comparable to this gem of a brewery. I know! You might not be able to see it at first glance, draped in sounds of ping pong machines clinking, beer glasses hitting the table and laughter amongst friends. But you too may have a moment of enlightenment here, simply through experiencing people and life after beer has creaked open their doors of inhibition just slightly. And if what you see behind those doors of inhibition are a little too heavy for you, then just walk on over to the Pie Trap for some of the most delicious pizza you'll ever taste. WHO knew? What a fun place. What an amazing staff. This is really fantastic. I was tired and needed a coffee. They don't have that - this is a local bar/brewery. But still the bartender made me the most delicious cold coffee drink and it was incredible. This is a bar, sure. And a brewery (they make the beer on site!), but it's also a community hub, with lots of events going on and a fun atmosphere that feels like a hang. I was here for the first time on Saturday to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was great! We arrived at 4 PM, and there was plenty of parking--it wasn't too crowded. The seating area was on the smaller, cozier side with maybe 8-10 tables. They were also hosting a costume contest for kids, so the vibe was especially family-friendly. Wanted to update my review for this spot, I had a bad day a couple months ago and I couldn't play pinball here cuz the main manager wasn't around to fix the coin machine so I got mad but he explained to me sometimes the change machine runs out so he's the only one that can fix it which is why im not giving full stars, otherwise I've changed my view about this spot over the years, I used to hate their smoothie and sour beers here but now they have more variety so I recommend the stouts, lagers, and blondes here which they rotate sometimes. This is the best spot in our area for pinball btw, 50cent games unlike other ones and they have tournaments and leagues for women and mixed. I came here for the first time on Friday , 6/6 around 4:30 -5:00 pm. My dad wanted beer so he and my husband went to check out the selection. My dad does not go to breweries nor is familiar with the types of beer they sell, so he asked the lady what type of beer they had , and she proceeded to just say "the menu is behind me ". My husband then took it upon himself to intercept and try and find a beer my dad would like. My husband said she didn't even try nor offer a sample as part of customer service to help my dad. I'm looking for creative and experimental ingredients and recipes to make me remember later down the road. Unfortunately I didn't find that here. Came for the retro arcade tournament. Stayed for the brews and pinball machines! Been here a few times in the past when they were still new and wasn't fully furnished like now. Overall ambience has improved drastically, but the current selection has too many double IPA and heavy selections. Started with the saison and went up to a few of the citra IPAs. The saison was on the lighter side of a saison than used to. Enjoyed the citras and felt it wasn't as hoppy which I sometimes feel like the IPAs in so cal tend to be. Also purchased the sour cake 4 pack and the high rise IPA 4 pack to go. I'd say bring some friends along and hit up this brewery for some pinball action! Today, lodge was extremely crowded! Maybe because it is St. Patrick's day! However if you are here early, it seems to be a kid/family friendly place. Lodge has a side pizza parlor "trap pizza" on the side, so you can order pizza. we had dinner before so just stopped here for a few drinks, but I do want to try their pizza.Everyone so friendly and it is pretty loud, there is inside and outside seating. I also noticed a few dogs outside, I love pets, I adore my dog, but c'mon please keep pets at home... however from what I heard that this bike club stops here frequently.
