The cashier greeted me and I ordered my favorite pretzel I was salivating when she was dipping the pretzel in. Utter than into cinnamon sugar. Every time I come to this Auntie Anne's, they never have enough made pretzels. They would always offer me the pretzel bites, which I don't want. They said that it would take them 10 minutes to make a pretzel. I think if you're a pretzel store, you should make enough pretzels without having people wait for you to make them or offer them alternatives when they want the one they ordered. My first bite of the Cinnamon & Sugar pretzel got me hooked, and now I'm going to all these Auntie Anne's for my sugar fix. All in all, it's about $5, and is not much considering all that you get. This is the stand in the first floor in the middle of the mall, not the actual store on the second floor. I usually come to this one because the line is shorter, but I agree with other reviewers. The wait time is really long since they're rarely stocked. I guess they don't want to waste pretzels if everyone is going to the other store. Service is usually okay for me, aside from the wait time. I don't usually get attitude from them. Yesterday had me walking away irritated though. Let me start by saying, I admit partial fault. I came with 2 coupons, one for a free birthday pretzel and one BOGO. That's 3 pretzels for the price of 1. I only told the guy (shift manager, btw) about the birthday one at first. So he rang up 3 pretzels together and discounted 1. That's when I told him I had another coupon. He said he might not be able to combine coupons, but he was going to try it anyway. He scanned my BOGO, and said it wouldn't work. I asked if I could have them rung up as separate transactions and he okayed it. He was actually very nice about it, but he didn't know how to do it. So he asked the other guy (helper), and helper deleted the entire transaction instead of altering it! I already knew how the rest of the transaction was going to go down. My coupons weren't generic ones; they were one time use. They rang up the birthday pretzel again, and I could see them struggling. I told them shift manager already scanned it and completed that one earlier. I think they gave up on ringing that one up and just gave it to me. Next, they tried to ring up my BOGO but rejected it because I "already used" it. I gave shift manager a disbelieving look, and he outright asked me if I used it before. I told him it was probably because he just scanned it, and he told me there was nothing he could do. My face dropped, like I could feel bitch face coming on. But I reached for my wallet like "whatever!" even though it was clearly not "whatever". He quickly backtracked and offered to honor the BOGO. I appreciate him fixing the problem and I got what I wanted, but I walked away in a bad mood and feeling like it wasn't worth it. Yes, I admit I messed up, but the whole thing really started going downhill when he basically accused of me of stealing(? Cheating? Lying? I do not usually write one star review but I had to write about the customer service I received. Coming to a place like this you would think that the people would at least put a smile on their face while serving, but nope I was wrong. I would like to write it for specifically April 25 around 5:00. Me and a friend wanted to get pretzels because we had a coupon to get the pretzel nuggets and get a free pretzel. As we were walking, the cashier who happened to be hispanic or filipino, female and probably 5"2 being rude to a customer ahead of me. Normally if a customer gave the cashier the wrong form of payment, the cashier should politely inform that this is not right instead of being mean to the customer. From what I saw today, the cashier was already rude. I also noticed the customer was looking like she was pissed too after she left. My initial reaction was "wow that is bad customer service". Now it came to my turn, the cashier gave us a dirty look (probably cause of the coupon in the hand). She started being rude and did not want to help at all until I called her to get me the almond pretzel nugget and the sourcream pretzel. To her, she thought it was ok to harshly grab the pretzel and pass it onto the table. After she grabbed the sourcream pretzel, she did not say what the total was and was waiting for the card and coupon and she rudely starred at me waiting for it. I gave it to her and in my head I was like "why could she be so rude?". Right when she turned around for a sec, she quickly rolled her eyes and gave a bad sigh of breathe. I do not know if I was making a bad move to smile and give it to her or was she just flat out naturally mean and having crappy customer service. After the payment, she just watched me hold the pretzels and did not offer me a bag or anything or say "thank you". Since I was trying to be nice I just said "have a great day" and she quickly gave me a dirty look again... like seriously? Someone actually was nice enough to you to say "have a great day" and you have the audacity to give them a dirty look. Like I am sorry for the female working there but I assure that I was at least being polite and respectful. I honestly do not like being mean but this is by far one of the worst customer service I received. The pretzel left a very bitter after taste because of how I and my friend was treated and she also noticed that she rolled her eyes. I mean like you are getting paid to at least smile and give customers what they want, at least do it. In my case I would smile and help them as much as I can (I work at a boba shop so I understand what it is like). read more

They never have prepared pretzels or anything, I always have to wait. Also the sign in the back is super small, they should really expand it so customers can read it.
