Well I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I recently just purchased a 2008 Infinity G37 in which seemed to be in good conditions but I was wrong. In less then a month and by the way I haven't even done my first payment, my transmission started to slip which was my clutch. My car came with a two year "warranty" of power train"(transmission, engine, axels)". I took to the mechanic so they can fix it. After a whole weekend & + just sitting there, the mechanic called me saying that the warranty will not cover my "clutch" and that I needed to pay out of pocket 1,500$. I suggest you guys read the contracts and make sure they don't exclude the important things. Because it doesn't make any sense to exclude the most important in the transmission,because if you don't have a clutch you're not going anywhere. And it's very sad that a big company like this will do something shady and disgusting like that. They just hooked people with cars that are about to break down and contracts that don't even work. I really suggest you guys looking somewhere else you really do not want to go thought this, especially if you are a hard working person that goes to school and does not have the time or money for these type of problems. read more

I've been looking for a new SUV for several weeks and so many dealerships I spoke with and visited seemed disinterested in me and my business. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of a pushy car sales person, but I do like the person I'm working with to show some interest in me and my wants in a new car. Robert the service rep manager is very rude and dismissive. My brand new Audi had a problem with the Active cruise control and active lane assist. The error message would come on several times a day, every day. The tech changed a module but the problem persisted, so the tech tried to convince me that it was normal for the "Acc not currently available : no sensor vision" message to come on several times a day. He said active cruise control would only work under ideal circumstances and told me to read the owner's manual. I told Robert, the service rep manager, about this problem and all he did was to repeat what the tech said by telling me to read the owner's manual and that my car was fine. I brought it to Walter's Audi and within 20 mins, they said there was a problem with the ACC. They called up Audi regional center and recalibrated all my sensors and made sure the problem was fixed. The system works great now thanks to Walter's Audi. I would never trust my car to Audi Murrieta/Temecula service department. read more

I have used there service Department twice and both times I felt like there goal was to pry as much money out of my pocket as possible. Brought my Q7 in for a steering column issue, it did not adjust up or down. From my research online It was suggested the dealer needs to reset the computer and when I dropped it off I explained this to the service tech. OK well look into it sir, then I get a call and they wanted $2300 to replace the steering column - I declined and asked if they tried to reset the computer. Got a bullshit response, bottom line thier crooks!! Independent repair shop reset the computer and the steering column works fine. read more

Michael sold me a beautiful used Audi with 2 years of warranty and even took my old trade in which was barely drivable. I was never pressured into buying a car I couldn't afford, or even buying a car. I don't actually own an Audi, but I've been to this dealership a few times for my boss who does have one. This review is solely based on the service side of the business. Just to give some context, my boss brought her Q7 in last February to get the brakes fixed because they would squeak every time she would back up. Apparently, this was a constant issue for most Audi's. So they got the brakes replaced, but they were still squeaking and my boss almost threatened them with a law suit because they obviously didn't fix the brakes if they were still making noise after service. I took the car back into service in October. According to the Service Advisor, Felipe Cante, since squeaky brakes were an issue in several other cars, the brakes needed to be ordered because they were completely out of stock. That's fine. He told me that they'd be in stock in about 2-4 weeks, and they would give us a call. Acceptable. Over 3 months go by and work was so busy, I completely forgot to follow up. However, I also never heard from Felipe. Isn't that his job to call us when the brakes came in?? I only remembered because I was cleaning out my inbox and I came across his email from October! I emailed Felipe asking for a follow up, and he was so casual about it saying that the brakes were in and I can schedule an appointment. I responded saying how disappointed I kind of was and how it was a bit unprofessional that I had to reach out to him instead of it being the other way around. Didn't he care at all about trying to fix my boss' car, especially when they screwed up the first time? Also in the email, I was trying to schedule my appointment. No response! Are you serious? Felipe has no idea how to work in customer service. So of course when I didn't hear back from him, I had to call in and talk to him on the phone. Just as douchey on the phone than he was in email, and no apology for not responding and not following up. Overall, just a little frustrating to deal with. According to my boss, her brakes are not squeaking anymore. However! Let's see how long it lasts because the first time they got the brakes replaced, they didn't make noise for about 2 weeks, and then they started squeaking again. Hopefully, the brakes are fixed so I won't have to deal with Felipe again. read more

Bought the A3 convertible there a couple of weeks ago. 5 hours from start to finish which seemed long-ish to me but...it was Sunday and I didn't have anything else to do. (Also, I just moved here so maybe this is normal for CA.) The dealership is beautiful - brand new and spotless. There was an appropriate amount of inventory to look at. The sales team were perfectly normal people (meaning - I didn't get a creepy "car salesman" vibe off of them). The product is amazing. 2 weeks in and I can definitively state that this is he nicest car I've ever owned. The price of the car was about right. I bought some warranty stuff because I've never had an Audi before. I maybe could've gotten a slightly better deal if I pulled out all the stops and really pushed. However, I don't have any "I just got ripped off" feelings so I'm comfortable with how that all worked out. read more

I was also greeted by Robert the Service manager who is very friendly and professional. We ended up trying Temecula audi 3 years later for our annual service (pre paid with Audi care) and again realized why we drive 30 minutes to get better service. Excellent customer service and fair dealings! My husband and I are repeat customers due to this dealership's fair dealings and great customer service. Our family's vehicle situation changed so after only 6 months, we turned in our TT lease and bought a Q5. They treated us fairly and worked with us on the early lease return AND we got a good price on the Q5 (we did extensive research). So far my experience has not been great. Leased my car through them and they sold me a pre-paid service package. My first appointment was to be today, they called me just before closing yesterday to tell me they have to cancel it, no open time, no available loaner. Not the end of the world but when I mentioned I had planned out my schedule around that (when I would leave for holiday weekend etc) the response was, "oh well sucks to be you" I feel like with an online booking system they should have known when I booked it over a week ago. I have the feeling an employee wanted the loaner car for the long weekend or they wanted to close early and forgot to block out the appointments and so they decided the customer doesn't matter in this case. My Audi A6 had a "check engine light" and Orange County dealers were telling me it would be a month before I could schedule an appointment. I called Temecula Audi (a long way from where I live), and Jerry the service rep told me to bring the car in two days later. The tech solved the warning light issue in no time as well as looking into an add'l issue I had. Couldn't have been a smoother operation. Great service and nice facility. I give the location a 5. But the car a 1 Star. The car has a proximity key. What that means is if you don't have a key on you, you can NOT lock the car. So if you live downtown San Diego or somewhere busy....make sure you get out at the same time as the driver, don't leave your purse with keys upstairs and come Down to grab that last bag of groceries. WORST COSTUMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Horrible Experience at this dealership. Tried to return my car off lease and was told by the Service manager that they had no one on staff that could take my car back. He can store my car but I would have to continue paying insurance on it while he got someone in from the Sales team. Really??? A part from that while we owned the car and had it in for service they were always trying to nickle and dime me. I had to chase them down to get my car back because they never called. Unless they wanted to sell me some sort of service. If you really want an Audi I recommend you go up the road to a different Audi dealer or consider a different brand. read more
