Came in to look at cars, specifically an Audi Q8 and James was such a great help. He was super knowledgeable about all the cars; friendly, not pushy and helped my other half spec out an Audi RSQ8. *If you are looking for a car to buy or lease I highly recommend asking for James.

Best experience I ever had at a dealership. Workers are very humble and care about your needs. Huge shoutout to the technologist Brandon, he helped me get into my 2022 Audi rs3. He has made the process so easy and less stressful for me. I 10/10 recommend to go and ask for Brandon.

Just got our new Audi Q7 from Audi Honolulu. Supper happy with the service. Thank you Scout and James

Terrance working hard with a smile.

Terrance was great to work with. Very friendly and easy going. He followed after my first request and was very patient during the negotiations.

Let me begin by stating that the Brand Specialist John Deron Ohtani is by far the most genuine, warm welcoming and extraordinarily knowledgeable sales specialist that my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Not intending to sound generic in anyway, but if you are in the market for buying an elite sports car, to a special addition custom ordered investment, to the everyday commuter vehicle, my wife and I highly recommend John Ohtani. He made what is normally a monotonous, high pressure and relatively stressful ordeal of buying a vehicle into an enjoyable and memorable experience. Not to mention his knowledge of the brands they offer at dealership such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley and Audi is truly astonishing and quite remarkable. We felt like we were at a luxury car museum at times, listening to John share fascinating information on the various luxury brands. The Velocity JN Auto Group dealership is an incredible experience in of itself. Professional service, beautifully designed building with multiple brands to select from and some to even feel in awe of. Incredible to be surrounded by such professionalism and assured buying confidence from a dealership that takes pride in having integrity. Mahalo, to Velocity and to John Ohtani, for an outstanding buying experience.

If you are reading this, it's probably because you are looking to buy a car from Auto Source…read more Listen to the scores of bad reviews, they are trying to save you the trouble of dealing with Auto Source, and Oahu's most notorious predatory used car salesman, Rima Braden. First of all the car that caught your eye, is likely just a shell of what it appears to be. Many of the cars sold at Auto Source have serious mechanical problems. You will be told not to worry, that all maintenance is included in their Carousel program and wont cost you a cent. What that really means is that you are not permitted to have anyone else check the vehicle, only AS can repair the vehicle, per their contract. And they will ignore requests for repair, gaslight you and treat you as if you are problematic when you do need repairs. Registration and safety checks are also allegedly included, and they are almost as difficult to get done as actual repairs. They also do their own safely checks and do not comply with state law, I can prove that they slapped a safety check sticker on my vehicle, when it did not have a working headlight or brake lights or safe tires. Used car salesmen often use a tactic called 'the waiting game', where the customer is left alone for long periods of time. This is done to create decision fatigue, as isolation lowers your resistance to bad terms. This is Rima's favorite tactic and it will be replayed every time you need something. He has asked me to come in to speak with him about my vehicle, which was in the shop repeatedly for the same issue, only to leave me alone in a room for hours. After HE made the appointment. Ultimately I sat there for nothing, despite Rima's text advising he would switch the car out, he did nothing to rectify the situation. His staff also commonly switches their phones to airplane mode, when they answer a call that they don't feel Like dealing with. The red flags are there from the beginning. Don't ignore them. Look around you. Customers are being given iPads to sign their contracts on, after hours of being stuck in the dealership. They are anxious and discouraged from reading the contract. Once signed, AutoSource will not automatically send a copy. In fact, they won't give you a copy of it even if you request numerous times. They will tell you that they report to credit agencies, they do not. They will tell that you are entitled to the unused portion of your security deposit, if you end your lease before the two year period is up, they will not. They will tell you that you are entitled to rebates for purchasing EV from them, you are not getting any rebates because they are not an authorized dealer. In my case, I leased a car via Carousel+ program. I already had a car and was trying to improve my credit. The salesman and Rima lied to my face because they do not report to credit bureaus. The vehicle I leased smelled of oil at the test drive. I was told it was from a spill, not to worry, the car had been owned by an elderly gentleman. I seriously doubted that, and would intimately find out that the car was in a terrible accident where a pedestrian was maimed. Nice. Anyway, I kept taking the car back in for the same problems over and over. Many times they would have it for a week or more. In August of 2025, they had it more than I did. And no, they did not supply a loaner car, as promised at purchase. Twice I got loaners, only after practically begging. Both times they were clunkers. At one point my car's interface was telling me that the engine was malfunctioning, and would not ho over 40mph. AutoSource knew this for months and would gaslight me as if I were lying, despite taking it in and showing them They admitted the car did the same thing during their test drive and they did nothing. Ultimately I was told to return the vehicle and the unused portion of my deposit would be returned. Spoiler alert: it was not. To make things even more fun still get billed because these guys kept the car in my name, and frequent parking garages in kakaako that charge my card. For context, I returned the car 7 months ago. And yes, of course I told Rima and of course he did nothing. I realize that a lot of used car dealerships have bad reputations, but AutoSource makes most of them look like saints. I invite you to look Auto Source, and Rima up on ecourtkokua. Look at the pages and pages of lawsuits filed against this business, the BBB's non recommendation, and lastly these reviews. You will see a common theme. Believe your neighbors over the guy who gets commission for making another sale for Rima.

I've always gone to this place because I purchased my Jeep from them 3 years ago. With the…read morepurchase, there were a lot of perks like free Safety Checks, Basic Service (warranty), and among other things. My experience has always been average; in fact, there was an incident that was not very pleasant. However, all issues were addressed-that's the important part. Anyway, last Wednesday I dropped my vehicle for another safety inspection and I am truly blessed to have had Marshall as my rep. He was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He called me in time when my vehicle was done (way ahead of schedule) and he even helped move all the vehicles in front of mine when I was picking it up for it was buried all the way inside (which would have been 15 minutes more waiting). Lastly, he asked me a question if there's anything else i need or if I have any questions. He didn't push to ensure to give him 100 for possible survey. He just did more than what is expected and that deserves more than a 100 in my opinion!

I know my review is lengthy, but I hope sharing our experience helps you make an informed decision before your situation turns out like ours. Our story after 1yr and 2months of owning a brand new 2024 Jeep Rubicon. Cutter Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Honolulu's denial of warranty coverage on my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (13,350 miles). Since early ownership, I repeatedly reported coolant loss and was told no issue was found. The vehicle later overheated, and I followed dealership guidance. At my most recent visit, I was told coolant is seeping into cylinder #4 and I now need a $16,000 engine replacement due to "neglect." This vehicle is 14 months old and under warranty. I reported the issue multiple times. This appears to be a defect, not neglect. If you value your hard-earned money, I recommend going elsewhere and reviewing the BBB website beforehand to ensure you're dealing with a company that treats customers properly. Unfortunately, the negative complaints you see are accurate. My wife and I regret not doing more research into how customers are treated. We placed our trust in this business, and that trust has now been lost. We now have a $85k car sitting in our driveway with an engine defect.
