I bought a used 2014 Toyota Sienna from Audi Gilbert, and they provided an excellent experience overall. At 91K miles, I expected there would be some service work to do on the vehicle. Overall, Audi cleaned up the vehicle nicely, the exterior and interior were practically perfect (except they missed a bunch of food crumbs underneath the captain seats that I saw after removing the seats), but I was disappointed that they either didn't notice or chose not to address several issues before selling it to me. I took it to my mechanic after buying it who specializes in Toyotas, and the main issue he found was that the the CV Axle was leaking grease. The leak was small, but it WAS leaking, and that would have cost me an extra $300-500 to fix. On top of that, there were $750 worth of maintenance-related issues, like the serpentine belt that was pulling apart at the seams, and the transmission fluid that was dark and milky and was due for a replacement (we live in the desert and the heat here requires the fluid to be replaced around 90K, not 120K), among other things. I paid my mechanic for the maintenance-related items (I think that's to be expected for a vehicle with 91K miles), but I was really hoping Audi would fix the CV Axle for me since I thought that should have been done before they sold it. I was expecting there to be some hassling and fuss, but Jason (the service manager) was phenomenal. He inspected the axle and replaced it for me free of charge, without question, despite the fact that I bought the vehicle from them "as is". They had no legal obligation to fix it, but they did it anyway, and Jason was extremely nice about it. I felt truly valued as a customer, and I am completely satisfied with their service. Bill in sales was great, too. He was very responsive and communicated often showing me pictures and the status of the vehicle as it was getting ready to sell. Lastly, the finance department. I think this is the most stressful part of buying a car by far ("Am I getting ripped off?" "What kind of hidden fees will they toss in?" etc.). I experienced nothing of the sort from Audi. Nothing but professional service all around. No hidden or out-of-the-ordinary fees. The document fee in AZ averages $400 based on my research, and that's exactly what they charged (it's cheaper in other states). So, I'm glad I took it to my mechanic after buying it (Cary's Auto Service), and I'm really glad I found this van at Audi. It was in GREAT condition overall. I had zero opinion of Audi's brand before buying this from them, and now I have a very high view of the Audi brand. Thank you! read more

Not only was he not ready for me, but he tried to use the old bait and switch tactic and now get me a downpayment of $3000. To make matters worse, the Sales Manager tried to blame it on me and a lack of communication. Matters like this that make the whole auto industry have a bad reputation. Contacted a sales person Ahamed Barakath regarding a used car last night at around 6pm. Was told it was available. I asked if we could put a deposit to hold it since we were on the very west side of Phoenix. He told me we had several options, but I also told him I had a pre-approval from my credit union, but was willing to see if they could get me a lower rate. He sent me a credit application which I immediately filled out. But then I did not hear anything from him. I called his # on his email and no answer. I then texted him and was told he was off work. He told me that he did not come in until 11am the next day, but would call his Manager at 8am in the morning to get everything started. We exchanged several text and when I told them that I they had not yet run my credit, He said they were structuring the deal and would have everything back to me shortly. He asked when we would be able to come out and I told him that it would be later in the morning since my Daughter (this will be her car) had an appt. at 8am and I was not sure how long that would take. I also let him know that I wanted to do as much as possible by phone and email as I did not want to sit in a dealership for hours. He said that was fine. It is now 10am and they still hadn't run my credit, which should have been done hours ago. About an hour later I get a text from him that the car is sold. I asked him why it was not held since we were working a deal on it. He said sorry we can't hold cars, it is first come first served. He led me to believe that a deal was being worked on my behalf since 6pm the previous night for this car. I did everything he asked of me. Makes me wonder if he called anyone at all at 8am or was just waiting until he got in or when I showed up. Do not trust this dealer. Based on the reviews it is not the first time this particular salesman has done this to a customer. Shame on the Owner of this dealership for employing shady sales reps like this. Do not work with this dealership. My wife has a 2018 Q3 that had a clock spring fail. I had the diagnosis confirmed at an auto shop. I purchased and installed a genuine Audi clock spring purchased from a dealer and learned that it had to be programmed. I took the car on 5/20/2023 for programming and was told by the service advisor Liam that it was good to go. It in fact was not good to go. That was $225 down the hole and the buttons on the wheel still did not work. I took it back on 5/22 for further diagnosis and received a call the next day (5/23/23) that it was ready to be picked up. The service advisor, Liam, said some wiring harness was broken. Upon paying, I read the transcript from the technician which states that no wiring harness was broken, a connector "was not fully seated", however this was not causing issue. The technician said the programming for the steering control module was incorrect and that it had to be reprogrammed for everything to work. I spoke to the General Manager, Randy, saying I should be due a refund because I had to pay 2x for it to be programmed correctly. He called back insisting that there were two separate things and insinuated I may have caused the issue because the tech said one plug was "unplugged". This is fiction, I have pictures of the steering column taken prior to bringing it in and everything was plugged in; the technician noted the plug was not fully seated and that this wasn't causing the issue. The improper programming was at fault and upon re-doing everything, it was verified working. There is no "steering control module" on Audi parts for a 2018 Q3 and the product description states the clock spring is what interfaces with the buttons on the wheel. To date, I was not refunded for the second programming of the same part and now I am out $1k until Audi releases the recall for this part. I would avoid this dealership - I have not gotten consistent information from the the techs to the advisors and now it seems obvious that I had to pay a second time to correct the shoddy work intially performed. read more

Just now leaving the dealership, where my friend went through the WORST customer service I have witnessed. Tori, the sales rep, had taken his credit app, supplied him the numbers, my frienr asked if he needed to put anything down and he said no! My fiend text him and said that we were on the way, and Tori replied, "I'll have it ready for us." Drove 35 minutes to get here and then we were informed oh, sorry but we just sold that car. We then asked to speak to the manager, Trevor, whom gave the most ridiculous bs, that well, you didn't put any money down, and we informed him that we had asked and was advised no, we didn't. He then made another excuse which was, "that's how it goes sometimes!" People came in the same time you were headed here and had the money. I'm sorry, but is an absolutely unacceptable. Complete lack of communication! I am personally an owner of a 2020 GLI, and trust and belive, the lack of customer service that I witnessed has taken my opinion about the brand to a low! read more

We recently bought an 2018 Audi Q5 form Audi of Gilbert. The dealership is new but wow it is really nice and state of the art. We couldn't be happier, not only with the vehicle, but in how we were treated from the moment we arrived through our final purchase. We were greeted by sales consultant Adrian Sears. We went on many test drives, and he answered all our questions, very gracious and accommodating. We never felt any pressure and was very comfortable, as car shopping can sometimes be stressful. We settled on a Q5, but it was getting late in the evening. Excited to complete this purchase Kyle, the sales manager kept the dealership open past closing to allow us to complete the sale in an unhurried atmosphere. What a class act from a really great group. Recently i had the pleasure of working with salesperson Kem P., who is simply outstanding. I made only two visits to this dealership, one for an initial test drive and second a month later to further view their GREAT inventory, and ultimately consummate a transaction. The dealership is brand new, very nice, has excellent staff, great amenities (including complimentary snacks & beverages and what not), comfortable seating, and everything else you could want in a luxury car dealer. We enjoyed meeting Gino their new general manager and Kyle the sales manager, but mainly I would like to focus this review on Kem P. Simply stated he is very high integrity, diligent, has a passion for cars and simply EXCELLENT product knowledge. Also, he is patient with a demanding customer (but reasonable) customer, and a pleasure to do business with. I HIGHLY recommend anyone considering a luxury car purchase should reach out to Kem P. @ Audi Gilbert to provide him an opportunity to earn your business. It doesn't hurt this dealer has excellent inventory, AND a great staff, AND a great building/facility. But where the "rubber meets the road" is where Kem P. Particularly shined. 1 star for a clean fancy dealership and 1 star for proximity to my residence. I occasionally go to this dealership for parts and sometimes an oil change merely because it's close. Not anymore. I'm happy to drive to Audi Chandler as they listen to the customer's requests and concerns. A lot of Audi S and RS owners know their cars well and the service advisor should take note and not pander or prescribe snake oil services. Granted, I'm not the typical car owner as I'm mechanically inclined and have owned 8 Audi vehicles. Asked to purchase some floor mats today for my new Audi. "Sure $210." Ok, how about a coupon? "No, we don't have any." Really? There's one on your website right here for 15% off. "Only online orders." Called Audi Chandler and didn't even need to ask for a discount. 3 separate times I was in for service I asked for NO WASH, and 3 separate times my vehicle was washed. Each time my car was already clean so basically I had to go home and clean up their mess and do paint correction Theirs and most dealerships scratch paint and leave spots. It's just a fact. The online service res. tool doesn't function properly. This requires a couple phone calls which I could have done in the first place. Twice, for service, my SA recommended costly services my vehicle doesn't need. Audi USA should take note. Audi Gilbert appears like a top notch flagship store, but I promise it's only a veneer. So, I found a used Durango online and made an inquiry about it. Ahamed reached out to me and I told him I already had a loan from Navy Federal and I had the check plus I wanted to trade in my Tahoe. Well everything was going okay and the numbers were what I asked for, but then it came time for the paperwork and for them to call Navy Federal to verify my check. That's when things went south. They had asked my income and to run my credit so I said ok which was my mistake. After that it turned into how did someone like me get approved for the loan with this income (which wasn't my full income, but what does that matter when it's a cash deal). They also said they couldn't get ahold of Navy Federal and questioned the check making me feel like they thought I had a fraudulent check. So I called the bank myself and got through and the representative told me she could verify my check right now, but the dealership said no. They said it was fine and asked me to sign the check over to them, but I couldn't take the car until the check cleared. I was already uncomfortable after them questioning my income so I didn't want to sign over a check and leave. That just made no sense to me. It was a very weird experience and I definitely feel our race was an issue. I am disappointed in how we were treated so hopefully no one else has to go through it. I gave two stars because Ahamed was nice, but the overall experience was very upsetting. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is my 3rd Audi, my second from this dealership. The sales team has always been amazing! To say we have been treated poorly by service is an understatement. We purchased this car in July, in that time we have had several issues and had to continue to take it back in. Never were the issues actually solved, we were passed back on to sales last night as the service manager just left for them to try and help us fix a computer issue. These poor sales guys worked with us for over an hour( still couldn't fix the issue but really tried everything). the loaner we had to wait a month to schedule with " got a dime size dent" ( i do not believe we caused this dent, it went from the dealership to our garage, which the service manager spent more time worrying about that the fact that our car was not fixed and has decided to charge us $85 to have it repaired. I feel like the entire thing is a rip off! We have not been able to get this computer to work on our car since July and we have had to spend hours calling audi connect ourselves, replace a sim card, go back and forth to the dealer ship and still no solve! Yet we have to pay for the smallest dent that we "may have" caused!!!!! We get better service at the Ford dealership for our truck! customer service and a fully reliable car is why you spend the extra money at Audi, but this dealership i guess does not stick to that standard! I would recommend going anywhere else or just buying a different make of call all together! read more

The modern indoor service drive is nice to pull into off the street and I was greeted promptly by the Service Porters both times. It was a quick walk inside to see Al and within a few moments, I was back out on the road for work. Quick, friendly, and personable....every member of the team did an excellent job. Al and the Service team had both of my cars done quickly for their 45,000 mile needs and they were offered for Same Day Pick-up. I just purchased my first-ever Audi on Wednesday from Audi Gilbert, and I could not be any more happier than I am! During the past year, living in Gilbert, I watched this beautiful new dealership being built as I drove by and dreamed of owning an Audi someday. In the past month, we seriously began looking at new SUV's/Cross-overs; we looked at Lexus, Acura, Land Rover, Volvo, Infiniti, Cadillac, Lincoln, and Buick...all nice rides, then we finally looked at the Audi Q7 Premium Plus. I showed up at the dealership mid-afternoon on Tuesday and was greeted by Sam Tohaibeche. Sam was extremely helpful and answered my questions. He was professional and a complete gentleman, and I felt ZERO pressure; only kindness and a willingness to help! I only spent about 45 minutes at the dealership on this visit; just looking, no test drive...just curious. During this quick visit, Sam introduced to me several of his peers, management team, and finance staff. Everyone was very friendly, genuinely nice, and eager to help in anyway they could. The dealership was gorgeous and clean, with complementary beverages/refreshments. I told Sam I liked what I saw and would return the next day with my wife; she needed to like the vehicle first before we proceeded further. No pressure. We returned Wednesday afternoon and Sam greeted us. He showed my wife the vehicle I was interested in and, at her request, other Q7's (for interior/exterior color comparisons). Sam then gave us a thorough overview of the specific Q7 we liked, and allowed us to test drive it. Amazing vehicle! While on the test drive, technicians behind the scene and management gave my trade-in a thorough inspection, and issued their appraised value. I realize the Dealership is in business to make a profit and the end deal must be a win-win for both parties. So knowing that ... I did not make a ridiculous offer or demand a ridiculous value for my trade; I made a fair offer. My offer was made to Josh Zaret, the Sales Manager. Josh was fantastic to work with; again, no pressure...just good old professionalism and kindness with ZERO drama! Josh made one fair counter offer and the Q7 was sold. Sam and Josh made this entire event pleasurable; we felt very good about the deal we made. We then sat down with Brent Gunderson, the Finance Manager, who got us through all the necessary paperwork and set up our financing. Brent was also very friendly and really good to work with. Yes, he provided us with maintenance and warranty options...but never once pushed anything on us. We did buy the maintenance package and upgraded our warranty, but we've done this with all of our vehicles. Brent made this process very comfortable. Within a couple hours of arriving at the dealership, we drove off with our new Q7. On Thursday, we returned to the dealership and spent about an hour with Kenny Nguyen, an Audi Technologist, who thoroughly taught my wife and me how to operate all the technology that comes with this vehicle. Kenny took time with his presentation, made sure we understood everything, answered a ton of questions...and gave us lots of hands-on training. Kenny was awesome and made himself available to us whenever needed! Sam and Josh also introduced us to Jason Brown, the Service Manager, and Mike Webb in Parts; both very friendly and professional guys. Overall, we are very pleased with the staff and our entire buying experience at Audi Gilbert. This is my first luxury vehicle and this Dealership made spending money feel good!
