Bonus: the picture of the car online actually matched what the car looked like in person. No "from this angle you can't see the huge scratch down the side of the entire car" shots. What you see is what you get. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. While the truck i got is a beautiful truck cosmetically, the kind of work they put in to the truck is not be the best. From the moment I test drove my truck, I had brought up the fact that the bed was jumping too much and rattling whenever I tried to go over 65mph. The salesman had assured me that it was normal (it's not, trust your gut). A couple of weeks after, the truck was just not riding smoothly. I had contacted them and they referred me to the shop that did the work and when I took it, turns out my gut was right. The rear shocks were upside down, which was the cause of why the rear was bouncing all over the place. Anyways, the shop fixed it by turning it upside down. However, those shocks are compromised. You'd expect the dealership to replace the shocks since it was unprofessionally done but business is business. Again, do your research before buying any of their vehicles.
