Probably just not my thing since all of my friends rave about this place. First time I had the chicken pita, but with all of the extra "healthy" toppings, I just didn't love the flavor. Second time I had the chicken wild rice bowl, which was a step up, but only if you're into sweet potatoes. Overall, it's not the most amazing tasting food, so I'd rather go somewhere else (especially for the price). If you're willing to pay for healthy, then might be worth a shot. read more

I had the combo with a falafel pita, sweet potato bites, and homemade lemonade. Everything was super fresh and customized to be just how I wanted it. Great atmosphere and beautiful, modern space. Owners were friendly and involved at every step. They even gave us free cheese bread (pao de queijo) at the end of our meal- much better than the Rodizio or Tucano's version. Delicious food, poor customer service. I had ordered online and when I went to pick up the order it wasn't done on time, I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to finish it. I got in the line which was out to the door just to ask for my online order. When I got up to the cashier, the cashier asked another server to help me, then that server asked another server to help me. Finally, that server asked me to wait on the side. She said my order was already ready and packed. So I waited.... and I waited. I watched her serve a bunch of other customers that were in line. I went up to her and asked her if I can get my order, she then looks at me confused, like she had forgotten about me, then she tells me she's to give her a minute. I waited some more. Finally, I asked her again, so she stopped what she was doing to get my online order. She hands it to me and I noticed that the dressings I had asked for were not there, so I asked her for them. She then went to get them but took a lot longer because she went to chat with a male coworker before getting to the dressings. She then finishes chatting, and serves the dressing in a cup, and hands them to me. I'm already annoyed and frustrated so I grab the dressings and my packaged order and I head to the door to leave. As I'm leaving the server yells at me "You're welcome" in a very sassy voice. I felt extremely stupid for waiting so long in the restaurant for an online order that should have already been ready when I got there and felt stupid for giving my money to a business that doesn't even care to treat their customers right. The employees are rude, slow, and it almost seems as if they are purposely slow. read more

This place just recently opened and we've already been a couple of times. Absolutely love it! It is very hard to find places to eat healthy food in this area and so Aubergine is a nice change. I understand this place is supposed to be a healthy alternative. That's great, I enjoyed that aspect. But honestly, it wasn't that good. Maybe that's because it's a healthy alternative, but every thing our group got was very bland. We got the dream salad, and differing types of pita sandwiches. The strawberry juice was good. I give the food five stars. I was so glad to see a health foor restaurant. However the service is lacing to say the least.The first time I went I was confused. it is not set up clearly as to where you are supposed to order. You apparently order sandwiches, saladsin different places in the line. There is no signage to help you and nobdy working there is very helpful. The second time I went I knew where to order. However when it came time to pay the man charged the woman in front of me for my order because he thought we were together. The third and last time I went, we waited 45 minutes for smoothies. This is the BEST pace to eat if you are on a particular diet or are looking for a place to eat with incredibly good, natural food. My husband and I were quite impressed with the variety of food and the fresh ingredients. Friendly staff, clean place to eat. Prices are pretty comparable to Las Vegas (where we're from) so it wasn't something I balked about. I'd rather pay a bit more to eat better and feel good than pay less and feel like crap after eating fast food. During our stay in Springville, we ate most of our meals here. If it is important for you to eat well and clean, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this place to all health-conscience eaters. read more

So sad to give a one star review. I used to really like this place until I saw them cutting corners. 1. They used to have fresh food laid out constantly, I'm sure eventually they found how much money that costs them so now fresh food is seldom laid out. I can tell by the taste and quality of it. One time I had to throw out my 10.00$ sandwich because one of my toppings was completely bad/expired. 2. No clue how they passed the health test. I saw them drop a tub of lettuce on the ground. Instead of throwing it all away, like any ethical restaurant would do, they threw away some of it and put the rest of the lettuce back in the bin. May I repeat, that lettuce was on the ground, and so was the bin. 3. For the most part the staff is very nice but the one working tonight, who's name will remain anonymous, was very rude and short with me, which was very surprising because nice staff is pretty much the best part about this business. (!!UPDATE!!!: the owner explained to me that staff member can come off that way but being rude were not his intentions. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and take back my statement about him. The rest of the staff is very nice) 4. Lastly the way the owners run this business is heavily flawed. As mentioned before, this restaurant cuts corners, even if that means compromising the customer's health. Also I witnessed him arguing with a customer. Apparently "the customer is always right" doesn't apply here. The only reason why they're still in business is because they don't have any competition. If another healthy food restaurant opened this place would surely go out of business. read more

Ok, it wasn't all the restaurant's fault. On a business trip, my co-worker said, "Let's eat at this Greek restaurant," and I was all for that. But having a Greek salad on the menu of a health-food restaurant does not a Greek restaurant make. I had the chicken coconut curry, which was fine, but I was really hoping for GREAT. Nope. I was a little bummed out to find that they don't use organic produce. Their proteins are all organic so I was expecting the same with the fruits and veggies. With the chemicals that are sprayed and absorbed with GMO produce, I try to avoid it. I also figured with their prices that it was all organic as well. Fresh made to order delicious food through a well oiled assembly line. If you're in the mood for healthy greens, juices, etc, look no more. This place has all your vegan, gluten free, cleansing items at reasonable prices. A huge salmon salad, made to order juice, and some Chia Seed pudding all for ~20 bucks! That's a steal for a fresh meal. Worth noting that my salad came with a delicious gluten free mini sized roll/bread. All this would have easily cost me $40+ at whole foods. For newbies, it's worth noting that you go up to the section of the counter depending on what you are order (Salad section vs sandwich section) and then proceed to the end of the line to pay. You order the Juice closer to the pay station. Check this place out, your body will thank you. Don't mind the reviews with sappy stories. read more

Aubergine was one of the first places around here to have acai bowls that I was aware of. They still have some the best in my opinion. Their salads are amazing there. Don't let their many options intimidate you as to what to get there. Just ask their friendly employees what to get there. This place has great food, the only downsides are the price and the wait for the food. I've always had to wrait at least 15 minutes. read more
