I went into the west linn Verizon store tonight, right before closing, and I was pretty angry upon arrival. Angry from ongoing issues I've been dealing with surrounding my Verizon account for months & months . I had just been hung up on twice when calling Verizon support, so I went straight into the nearest Verizon store tonight. I arrived 5 minutes to closing. I expected to get rushed out the door and was already expecting I'd probably be told to go to another location on the following day. ( as that's happened in the past) Nick greeted me with a smile, he patiently listened to me explain my issues, and he went above and beyond to do everything in his power to help me get them resolved. He took detailed notes of my issues, he was 100% honest in telling me this is something that corporate will probably have to address, so I'd have to go to another location, he named the nearest ones. He stayed long after his shift, when he could have rushed me out the door, he didn't. He stayed, and he took notes of the issues and I felt heard and I felt like he genuinely cared. I arrived to the store mad as could be, swearing I'd never use Verizon again. I left the store thinking,Wow, he really cares, he went above and beyond for me, and for Verizon to have somebody like him representing their name, they are so lucky! Thanks again, Nick! Verizon is beyond lucky to have you behind their name, representing their business, and I'm forever grateful for your assistance and service tonight. Thank you!

We stopped in to check out their 55+ program and Avery was well informed and very respectful of our needs and concerns. She explained every detail and all of our questions were responded to in a positive manner. We had been AT&T customers for decades, but in recent times have been less than pleased with their customer service and pricing policies. We immediately saved around $250 a year by switching to the 55+ program currently being offered by T-Mobile. We took advantage of having our car set up for broadband access with t-Mobile's sync hardware. The store manager, Akash immediately set up the hardware and associated software in our car and on my iPhone. He was extremely positive and super knowledgeable, plus an all-around good chap! In addition to basic roadside assistance, one of the benefits of the sync hardware is that you immediately receive recall and service notifications about your car. One of the service notifications we received when the system went active dealt with a particular issue that we had been having with our car and had been unable to pinpoint the exact problem. Because of this feature we now have a solution! Overall, a very positive experience with the crew at this t-Mobile location. We were also fortunate to have the Portland area marketing manager present at the store when we signed up for T-Mobile service. His name is Drake and he was totally awesome!! Had a very keen and vigorous sense of humor and made our entire experience pleasurable and unique.

Jeff made us feel like a priority and made sure we went through each and every possible route to fix the issues at hand. He wasn't trying to upsell us on anything, literally might have been one of the best representatives/ managers we have ever talked to regarding support / service. Thank you Jeff, for providing service beyond expectations and rolling with the punches while we figured out what needed to happen. I hadn't been able to get them set up yet because the man who sold them to me at a different location never added the lines to the account, and every time I called 611 for help they were unable to get it done. Not sure why...when she finished with her customer (12:20) she promptly just walked back to her office, no acknowledgment of me, the customer. Meanwhile the other store rep was kindly taking care of her customer so could not help me...20 more minutes later I inquired as to if now there was only her on the floor. Yes, I'm told. There's a mandatory managers meeting at 12:30pm on Mondays...which is why Nadeen disappeared. Listen, I have no problem with mandatory meetings, but a good customer service rep would've informed me that she wouldn't be able to help me and would have checked to see how much longer the other rep would be...

I have gotten continuously bad service from constant drop calls to losing all my service all together, even with my bill paid up, I will still lose service, signals all the time. Their phones are bottom shelf in a way as they defect real fast and then the company will try to blame it on you and make u pay a deductible on a phone that was factory defective. I ended up driving on my way home to a full size store to get my galaxy phone and switch over. I would advise to bypass thos place and go to a full size store and not have to deal with the waste of a trip. If you have to stop by call amd ask about any inventory questions ahead of time. I also saw many bad Google reviews about fraud and employees that left the company calling out their actions at the store. I would say avoid if all possible and get to a better reviewed store. I normally don't review non food places, bit this call out needed to be said as they dont have many reviews here in yelp.
