It took forever but we got it done then fast forward today 2/15/25 we check the bill and another line was added at that location the same time we added the one line. So beware you might go in for something and they will add whatever they want to your account. Then you have to go to customer care and stay on the phone for at least 45 mins to get it straightened out. Wow Great job T-Mobile. Oh and here's the kicker the lady on the phone with customer care said this is NOT the first time she's heard of retail doing some shady business.......SMH Avoid this T-Mobile at all cost. LIARS LIARS LIARS The manager of the store told me if I…read moreactivated my son's watch today, he had a $150 credit he would apply. It would come in the form of $10 per month for 15 months. I told him I didnt really need it for another 60 days or so, he told me the offer may not be around so I accepted it. Well, the paperwork had $10, he ensured me he just had to make a call to let them know it was a Verizon watch (I had just replaced my other sons watch) and it would make the credit $150. I told him I trusted him that he was being forthcoming and told him I wanted to wait for him to make the call. He acted like he did, leaving and coming back telling me I was all set, and the credit would show on the 2nd billing cycle. Well, it's never shown up, and on top of that Verizon charged me 300% more for the BS fees for a 19 day pro-rated month. 3 watches on the account, one has $1.79 fee, this one, $5.49. This was the case for all the different fees. So, the managers lies cost me $140 in credits for the watch, 2 months worth of service at $20 or so each, and Verizons rip off pro-rated fees for a total of $200 in added costs. They have told me 3 times they are making it right, but that doesn't happen.

They accidentally tore the wire to the facial ID camera. My fiancé goes to pick up her phone and they feed her with lies on why her facial ID doesn't work. "It's normal" & "that's what happens". Then they try to charge the full amount to fix the back camera. We refused to pay the full amount as they didn't fix the phone, but made it worse. We paid $60. Follow up to the next day: He calls my fiancé on his personal phone to tell her he lied about why the camera wasn't working. He admits to accidentally tearing the wire and that's why the camera won't work. He then offers to refund the $60 out of his pocket. He then proceeds to tell us he can fix the front camera but he's going to charge us $190. HE BROKE THE FRONT CAMERA. Why are we being charged to fix the phone HE BROKE. It makes me wonder why they were getting into the front camera of her phone, and what they might be doing with parts! AVOID AT ALL COST!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! AWFUL EMPLOYEES/CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.
