I have used their services to buy and install screen protectors for several iPhones & iPads for my family for several years. These have been of great quality and lasted as long as we had the phones. Very knowledgeable and competent staff. Also bought some phone cases, good quality & competitively priced. read more

Kevin and Shay were both great, highly recommend this business. Kevin explained the possible issues with my phone when I called and Shay expertly cleaned out the charging port on my SAMSUNG A35. Presto! 1 minute after arriving at the store, problem solved! I appreciate you guys, thanks! read more

After leaving my just paid off IPhone on the roof of my car and then have it go flying onto the road and seeing the screen completely cracked and the camera lens shattered I sadly thought I was in for a new phone. I requested a quote via Yelp and Kevin Cases 4 Phones answered write away even after his shop was closed for the night. I went to the shop first thing in the morning. There were 2 phones already in line to be repaired that morning but they were able to repair it within 2 hours. They quoted me $128 for a screen and a new camera lens. They said it would be a bit more if they found out the camera was destroyed also. I said go ahead and fix it whatever it takes. When I picked up the phone they informed me it only needed a lens and not a new camera. I trusted them and they didn't fail me. So refreshing. Phone is like brand new. I can't recommend Cases 4 Phones highly enough! read more

What a relief to find Kevin at Cases in Vancouver. I needed the phone screen replaced right away for a trip. He responded quickly and I showed up early a day later. But not before several others. Needing to wait for the repair, most of the day, his technician, Shane, suggested he could give me a break in the line. This 80 yr old really appreciated Shane's consideration. The screen is fine and I added a protective layer to reduce the risk of breakage in a fiture drop. (And Shane got a tip in appreciation.) read more

These guys were great, they had the lowest quote out of the three that I received. Very quick to respond on the Yelp message service as well. Phone was fixed in an hour and the screen looks great. Only issue for me is I am down in Lake Oswego so I didn't realize how far it was from me, but anybody who is on the north side of Portland or obviously over the state line in Washington, this is the place to go for sure. Friendly, fast, cheap (relatively, these screens suck to replace haha). Apple is like $125+ though and much longer waits. Just go here. read more

A crunched IPhone X screen =instant panic. After checking around, I found Cases 4 Phones to be among the most affordable (under $180 out the door) for a complete screen replacement. I requested a quote via Yelp, and received a response within an hour, with a link to confirmation of appointment at their location. Communication was clear and straightforward--it took about an hour (good time to grab a coffee next door or do some grocery shopping at the adjacent Safeway store). My repaired phone looks like new, and their warranty makes me feel secure in making sure all is functional or will be taken care of by Cases 4 Phones personnel. Overall, highly recommended for this service. read more

Fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes! My charger's piece got stuck inside which I wasn't aware of. Glad I didn't try to fix it myself, because I thought it was a totally different problem. Thank you!!! read more

Super fast and friendly service. They fixed the completely shattered screen in my son's iPhone and it's just like new!

This store has the best service! They recommended a protector for my iPhone (the kind that sticks to the screen) and it has saved my phone several times! I'll be back! read more

We've had several iPhone battery and screens fixed at this business and they are wonderful! Their prices are awesome and the quality of their work is 5-Star. They are polite, explain everything, and are fast to get the repairs done. I recently brought my iPhone 6plus in becuz my toddler was playing with it and the volume button stopped working. He opened up the phone and found water *sigh*. He spent time, on the spot, to dry my phone out. He made sure the entire unit was dry, checking every nook and cranny, and made sure no pieces had corrosion. They have a solid, happy customer forever. It's hard to find a place you trust to fix your $1000 phone and I have confidence in these guys. Hands down, won't go elsewhere. read more

I have been to this location twice now. I love the staff, super helpful and easy to work with. I went in AFTER I spent gobs of money going to AT&T to replace my broken Iphone 5. I was in complete despair because I cannot even work without my phone (I run a small business). I went in to look at cases for the 6s and found out how easy it would have been to have just spent a small amount and had my 5c fixed in seconds, rather than spent half my day with no phone. I ended up selling them the broken 5c and put the money towards a FANTASTIC case! I took my daughter in as well to sell hers and put the money towards a case she adored! You guys are kind, patient and wonderful! Thank you! read more

shane provided fast, friendly service and replaced my cracked iphone screen in 1 hour. good stuff!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. They quickly fixed my broken iPad screen at an affordable price. While I hope I don't have to return anytime soon, I would recommend this place to anyone that needs an iPhone or iPad screen replaced. Support small businesses!! read more

I Messaged him about a phone on offer up he had listed he messaged me back with his address. I go down there and tell him I had messaged about two Motorola phones and I wanted the 70 dollar one. He looks on the computer and tells me " Oh that one is sold. " so I continue to ask why he didn't tell me that when I messaged. And said he guess it sold this morning. Now you're gonna lie to me? So I tell him the guy that I was purchasing it for wanted Motorola and pulled out 92.35 ever penny I had in my pocket. Mind you I came all the way from Clackamas 40 min drive apparently if you go downtown. He would not do that for the 120 dollar motorola. Knowing that it was his mistake and to keep a good customer which I had bought a phone a year ago for a girlfriend. He would rather do bad business and waste peoples time! DO THE WORLD A FAVOR AND GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A GOOD PERSON. Keep passing the good vibes.... :) read more

I had my badly cracked iPhone screen replaced here in about 10 minutes. Great service! Thank you, thank you!

I have had two products repaired here, iPhone 5c, and an iPad mini. Both were repaired quickly, and have not had an issue with either one. The cell phone takes a lot of abuse too, no problems! I had the cell phone repaired about 6 months ago and about 3 months ago on the iPad. I have one knock, and that's there is a finger print under the glass on the iPad, haven't worried about it enough to have them fix that. I will leave more of a review soon, for I have two more phones I need fixed, both iPhone 5c, one with a broken screen the other a battery and Bluetooth. read more
