After leaving my just paid off IPhone on the roof of my car and then have it go flying onto the road and seeing the screen completely cracked and the camera lens shattered I sadly thought I was in for a new phone. I requested a quote via Yelp and Kevin Cases 4 Phones answered write away even after his shop was closed for the night. I went to the shop first thing in the morning. There were 2 phones already in line to be repaired that morning but they were able to repair it within 2 hours. They quoted me $128 for a screen and a new camera lens. They said it would be a bit more if they found out the camera was destroyed also. I said go ahead and fix it whatever it takes. When I picked up the phone they informed me it only needed a lens and not a new camera. I trusted them and they didn't fail me. So refreshing. Phone is like brand new. These guys were great, they had the lowest quote out of the three that I received. Very quick to respond on the Yelp message service as well. Phone was fixed in an hour and the screen looks great. Only issue for me is I am down in Lake Oswego so I didn't realize how far it was from me, but anybody who is on the north side of Portland or obviously over the state line in Washington, this is the place to go for sure. They are polite, explain everything, and are fast to get the repairs done. I recently brought my iPhone 6plus in becuz my toddler was playing with it and the volume button stopped working. He opened up the phone and found water *sigh*. He spent time, on the spot, to dry my phone out. He made sure the entire unit was dry, checking every nook and cranny, and made sure no pieces had corrosion. They have a solid, happy customer forever. I have been to this location twice now. I love the staff, super helpful and easy to work with. I went in AFTER I spent gobs of money going to AT&T to replace my broken Iphone 5. I was in complete despair because I cannot even work without my phone (I run a small business). I went in to look at cases for the 6s and found out how easy it would have been to have just spent a small amount and had my 5c fixed in seconds, rather than spent half my day with no phone. I ended up selling them the broken 5c and put the money towards a FANTASTIC case! I took my daughter in as well to sell hers and put the money towards a case she adored! I Messaged him about a phone on offer up he had listed he messaged me back with his address. I go down there and tell him I had messaged about two Motorola phones and I wanted the 70 dollar one. He looks on the computer and tells me " Oh that one is sold. " so I continue to ask why he didn't tell me that when I messaged. And said he guess it sold this morning. Now you're gonna lie to me? So I tell him the guy that I was purchasing it for wanted Motorola and pulled out 92.35 ever penny I had in my pocket. Mind you I came all the way from Clackamas 40 min drive apparently if you go downtown. He would not do that for the 120 dollar motorola. Knowing that it was his mistake and to keep a good customer which I had bought a phone a year ago for a girlfriend. He would rather do bad business and waste peoples time! I have had two products repaired here, iPhone 5c, and an iPad mini. Both were repaired quickly, and have not had an issue with either one. The cell phone takes a lot of abuse too, no problems! I had the cell phone repaired about 6 months ago and about 3 months ago on the iPad. I have one knock, and that's there is a finger print under the glass on the iPad, haven't worried about it enough to have them fix that. I will leave more of a review soon, for I have two more phones I need fixed, both iPhone 5c, one with a broken screen the other a battery and Bluetooth. read more
