*WARNING* COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! Took my fiancés phone in to get the back camera & flash fixed.For whatever reason (still unknown to me) they go into the front of the phone as well (which makes no sense). They accidentally tore the wire to the facial ID camera. My fiancé goes to pick up her phone and they feed her with lies on why her facial ID doesn't work. "It's normal" & "that's what happens". Then they try to charge the full amount to fix the back camera. We refused to pay the full amount as they didn't fix the phone, but made it worse. We paid $60. Follow up to the next day: He calls my fiancé on his personal phone to tell her he lied about why the camera wasn't working. He admits to accidentally tearing the wire and that's why the camera won't work. He then offers to refund the $60 out of his pocket. He then proceeds to tell us he can fix the front camera but he's going to charge us $190. HE BROKE THE FRONT CAMERA. Why are we being charged to fix the phone HE BROKE. It makes me wonder why they were getting into the front camera of her phone, and what they might be doing with parts! AVOID AT ALL COST!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max to have the back camera and flash repaired. They told me no problem and to come back within 2 hours, the price would be $190. I thought wow good price, and quick service! When I went to pick up my phone the employee who fixed it told me everything was repaired, but when he went to check everything after repairing my phone, including the FRONT camera, the Face ID feature did not work anymore. I asked why the front camera was replaced as that was not broken. He could not explain this and told me Apple has iPhones set up to not recognize Face ID when parts are switched. I asked if this had ever happened and he said no. Weird, as they do phone repairs for business. He said he would give me a discount of $30 and charge me only $160. I paid in cash. After chatting some more he gave me back $100 more. I told him i was not upset with him but sad about the way this had happened. I left. After some googling I knew that something was not adding up. The next day I received a call from what I presume is the employees personal phone. He told me he wanted to tell me what really happened. He told me he lied to cover up what happened because he was afraid of telling the truth. During the check over of the job the screen slipped forward and tore the wire that allows Face ID to function. He told me he would refund me the additional $60.00 out of his pocket because the shop was "already losing money" and to come in the following Monday, today, 4/29. Today when I went in the employee who broke my phone was not there but the manager was. He told me he was aware of the situation and gave me the money back. He told me it was the employees personal money. The owner was not there and I have yet to hear from him since requesting to speak with him since this occurred on 4/25. I left my phone number to hopefully receive a call back. They broke my phone and will not replace it. The "solution" they offered is to order a new phone and swap the insides of my phone for this one, they quoted $200 for this. I told them I will not pay them to fix THEIR mistake and furthermore have lost all trust in their abilities and business to handle my phone. They lied and attempted to deceive me. If I had not asked questions they would have charged me the full amount and let me go on my way. I am very disappointed in how they handle business and would not recommend them to anyone. Nothing but PIGS. Bought a used flip phone for $100 for emergency purposes. Being a low tech person, I found it virtually impossible to use, as there were no menus. After 3 months, I gave up and thought of selling it back to them for $50, as they do not do refunds....ever! They told me the phone had no value, but would offer me $20. If it had no value, then where the HELL did they get off charging me $100??? For a lousy $20, I decided to take it home, smash it and through it out, which I did. I have a really random phone, an HTC. I broke the glass piece that covers the camera. Showed up, they had it in stock and replaced in 30 minutes for $40. Fast, easy, friendly. Asked about a battery, which according to online reviews said is a bitch to replace, and he said $70. Will do that soon as my charge is sucking lately. Good guys here. Holy nasty smelling incense in this establishment! My friend and I walked in real quick to ask a question and were immediately put off by the raunchy stench of incense. It was like the smell of the crappy motels of the 80's and 90's! I get that a very few select people enjoy that crap, but not us. I located PhoneStop on Craigslist and found they were reasonably priced to replace a cracked screen on my ipad. They were courteous and completed the job within a reasonable timeframe as well. They checked the ipad after installing the new glass and digitizer to ensure it is working properly and I also had them install a screen protector as well. Overall, I am happy with my repair from them and I am actually typing this review on the ipad as well. Would recommend based in my initial experience with them. read more

This is my second review and they are still 5 stars in my book. I initially went to the Verizon store because my camera quit working and I had bought insurance so it should be a cheap fix. Nope! $199.00!!!! I told them I could probably get it done cheaper at Phone Stop and they guy just said "Good luck." Phone stop fixed it for $60!!! And did it in about 40 minutes on top of that! The owner/manager is a very honest, hard-working, and detail-oriented man. His team are very good at what they do, and they work quickly. The prices of fixes are really fair. Called to get a quote for an iPhone 7 screen repair and the quote was about right with other tech shops around the area nothing special in that regards but the person that answered the phone was by far the most rude person that I have ever encountered in a business environment, what he said was "Yeah?" so I wasn't even sure if I was calling the correct place, I asked if this is Phonestop and to which he responded with "yeah what do you need?" in an extremely monotone voice like he doesn't want to be there, I don't know about you but for me, I prefer that the people I do business with actually want my business and to treat me like a person. Had my I phone 7plus screen repaired here on 4/28/18. The speaker for calling never worked. With a Newborn baby at home it wasn't a big enough deal to go back at that moment, blue tooth and speaker phone still worked. On 6/12/18 my screen completely stopped working, would not recognize touch. When I went in they reset my phone and the screen worked. I then informed them of my speaker issue and he said that they probably just didn't hook something back up when they replaced the screen. Once he realized that wasn't the issue and in fact they broke the connector. He said sorry, you're out of you 30 day warranty and you'd have to pay for the replacement. 12 days past the warranty date!! read more

My phone had water damage. I took it to them just needing to be told that it was unrepairable. To my delight, they said all it needed was a new display. So I paid the $200 and got that fixed. However after I put the sim card in that night, my phone started continually restarting. I then got on the phone to apple and they said I had hardware damage and needed to replace it. I called phone stop back to see if they had a refund policy because I wouldn't have repaired it had I known it was defective. They said "unfortunately, since it worked when I walked out of the store, they can't refund it." It actually didn't work, the sim card just hadn't been put in yet. So, I'm out $200 and I still need to buy a new phone. Please don't make the same mistake I did and take your phone somewhere else. read more

Do not waste your time. I took my phone to these crooks on 8-30-2017 to have my phone repaired. I left my phone overnight with the understanding that I'll pick it up the next day. I returned on 8-31-2017 to retrieve my phone. The work seems to be well, now the good part. They stole my battery and replaced it with a worthless battery. They didn't realize that I bought the battery new on 8-29-2017. My battery was a new Duracell, the battery they replaced it with was a old X2 power. Also here's something to note, if you pay with cash no taxes. I bet the State of Washington would like to know this bit of info. So, please Do Not do business with these crooks! I would like to rate these crooks a minus 5. I would like to add that I gave these crooks a chance to fix the problem, however there are no morals with these crooks. read more

Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast! My screen was shattered, and I destroyed the home button when looking and poking around the broken screen before taking it in. It is an iPhone 6s. I had a broken screen on my LG g2, I went into get it fixed from these guys FOR $150. the next day I woke up and the new screen was broken. all I did was put it on the charger want back several times and they refuse to fix my screen, they say it had been dropped when I explain what happened. these people are nothing but scammers and cheap, there screens are after market and from China, I had another phone company look at my phone to see if it was indeed cheap glass, and it was.. the screen wasn't. even position in all the way.. I took my Samsung tab to these guys for repair explained what I thought was the problem, a faulty charging port they informed me it would be a few day for repair one week later I returned. I was told by the manager they changed the charging port and returned the tablet to me still not working. They charged me fourty dollars and told me to send it back to Samsung for repair that it had a faulty battery. When I asked if they had tested the charging port before replacing it I was told no because I had stated what the problem was. These guys are a fraud and I'm sorry I ever went to them. I have come here on two occasions after dropping my phone in, um, water. ;) These people are so helpful and they can do a water damage removal that costs $50 (I think?) and gets your phone as good as new. (Apple stores do not do this sort of repair). I damaged my battery only the other day and they fixed it and gave me a new battery after only charging me for the diagnostic cost ($30).
