Over the years, I've taken phones to several repair places. As a rule of thumb, it is a great deal -- extending the life of a phone with a new battery or a replacement for a cracked screen is good for the pocketbook, good for the environment, and a way to reduce your own stress as you avoid having to transition to a new thing all the time. I've been using my current Samsung Galaxy for a few years, and like it. It is still performing well, and I like the size, although the battery performance was starting to wane. So I went online and bought a replacement battery (OEM) for about $10 on ebay, thinking I would just install it myself. After watching some youtube videos and trying to get the back cover off, I gave up and decided to have a pro do it. I reached out to a few different places, and the going rate was about $85 for a replacement battery installed -- but of course I already had the part! The guy here, however, was willing to install my provided part, and only charged me $45 for labor (a perfectly reasonable price, after I watched those youtube videos). The phone turned out great, and the operator of the business was friendly. I'm sure I'll be back for another repair in the future. He is our go to guy when it comes to phone repairs. Very fast turnaround. Highly recommend very reasonable priced

Waited two hours to get a charging port repaired, it was suppose to take one hour, the owner kept leaving the store and asking me to wait longer and longer if they have things to do then they should have said something not give me an estimated time of an hour and keep people waiting outside. So unprofessional take your money somewhere else! read more

Very professional. Excelent work. Good communicator. Fixed several of my phones and done sooner than you'd think possible. What's not to like? read more

I have been bring phones here for 5+ years. Always fair pricing and excellent customer service. It seams like all of the recent 1 star ratings are from the same disgruntled customer with charging port problems. Bernardo is friendly and a staple of Gresham. Highly recommend read more

The most unprofessional business I've ever experienced they had my fiancé waiting over two hours to get my charging cable repaired, he gave her an estimate of one hour. It took much longer because he kept leaving the property to "do other things" as a customer I have other things to do as well, and should not have to be inconvenienced, she asked for a discount for wait time because she had our dogs with her, and he proceeded to threaten her if she would not take her yelp review down, she paid full price and we're still disrespected. When she asked to see that it charges fine, he tried to call the cops because she didn't want to leave without seeing for herself that it did charge, he claimed to not have a cord which is interesting because he pulled one out after a few minutes of arguing, the business is shady. He is shady and should not be an owner by any means please take your business somewhere else! read more

Bernardo is Great! I went in for a replacement glass screen protector, was so quick and my phone was all shiny and cleaned up so nice too. Highly recommend for big and small jobs read more

This is single-handedly, one of the worst businesses out there. No consideration for customer time/service. Owner and staff has major attitude problems. read more

Extremely rude and inconsiderate of costumers time. Had a costumer waiting outside for phone for over two hours later than previously discussed, with no apologies to customer.Had phone in PIECES when finally got back to the store. Refused to show proof that the phone actually charged, lied and said there was no charger to prove phone works. Absolutely do not come here. I will be spreading the word that this establishment is unprofessional. read more

No stars. Rude staff. He leaves during business hours and leaves customers waiting outside. not willing to show proof of fixed items after paying. Do Not Waste your time. read more

This was the first time I had major water damage on a phone so I don't have much comparison with other phone repair places. But it was just what I needed, helpful and fixed my problem within the same day. I dropped my iPhone 6s in water and had to have the entire screen replaced. He took apart my whole phone to clean the inside and said there was no charge if they couldn't fix it. Even when there was an issue that couldn't be fixed he did his very best and gave me a new screen protector on top.If there is ever a next time I will take it there right away instead of trying the rice method. read more

I have confirmation from another iPhone repair place as well as the IPhone store downtown Portland,Oregon. I have video footage of my engagement with this place. And documents stating that "THIS PLACE STOLE MY ORIGINAL IPHONE PARTS." I'm out of so so so much money trusting in this place. They have no paperwork/disclaimer for privacy or liability. So this means it won't be much to prove they messed up. So, you ARE NOT PROTECTED! I pray the B.B.B shuts them down for the public. I will get justice for this, not just for myself...It's FOR YOU too. SMH read more

Repaired an iPhone that was deemed dead by another repair specialist. Honest and open about fees. Got the job done quickly. Would definitely take my iPhone here for future issues. Thank you. read more

Lately I have been having an issue with my iPhone 8 plus' charging port. I first took it to AT&T, they then referred me to the Apple Store, who then told me it would be $100 (deductible) to repair. I brought it to these guys just looking to get an estimate, and they resolved my issue for free! read more

Bernardo is the absolute best! I thought I needed to replace my iphone 7 charger port because my phone wasn't charging anymore. I brought it into him and he said that it probably just needed a cleaning and surly enough, that was all my phone needed. He kindly cleaned my phone free of charge! Definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their phone fixed. read more

I had a problem with my iPhone not charging. I would have to play with the charging cord to get it to connect and charge. I showed it to the repair person and he took it back to clean it. He came back a few minutes later and said it was clean and there was no cost. Great service and honest. read more

We went here randomly after another repair place was closed because of snow. The gentleman was very nice and did a quick diagnostics of our phone for free. We didn't get the repair due to expense but will def go back here in the future! read more

Bernardo is an absolutely lovely fellow. I had broken my glass screen cover and I'm pretty hopeless at getting them on straight with no bubbles. Bernardo replaced it so fast I couldn't believe it. Cleaned the screen, gave me the old one back for warranty exchange, applied the new one perfectly straight and absolutely no bubbles or lint under it. Wouldn't charge me. He's my choice next time I have a problem. read more

Came on for two of my iPhone 6 phones that I have been having issues with. One of them I had insurance for with Verizon and when I sent the phone in, they send me a new one for $149. The new phone also had the same issue. I brought my iPhones into iPhone iRepair for repair. The guy there replaced my batteries in less than 15 mins. I paid under $100 and have a 6 month warranty on the battery. Where Verizon offers a 30 day warranty. I should have came here first instead using my phone company insurance... My iPhone is working great, service was fast, and price was excellent!!!! read more

had a broken screen, came here to get it fixed. they installed a non genuine apple screen and a month later I got green pixels everywhere there is supposed to be black pixels, came to get it fixed because the guy at the front desk said it will be covered under warranty since it had no water damage or dropped. came in and they said they can do it with a $30 discount. shouldve just paid the $279 to get Apple to fix it instead of this shop. Paid $250 at this shop. Save your money and just get it fixed by Apple. read more

iPhone iRepair is a solid choice for excellent and attentive customer service, Bernardo who runs this store is an honest and very skilled repair person and is willing to listen to your issue before giving an informed answer while still willing to investigate your described concern as well. Located in downtown Gresham inside of a very cool used and antique store there are many options for shopping and eating as well while you wait, although the wait won't be long. Service is fast and reasonably priced, and Bernardo will honor the 6mo warranty on parts installed by himself. I recommend giving it a try. read more

I'm glad to know I now have a "guy" I can go to now with any iphone issues. The owner is pleasant, helpful and expedient. He swapped out my battery for me last week in minutes and his price was more than fair. Apple is replacing them now at discounted rates but I didn't have 2-5 weeks just to make an appointment. He only charged marginally more but I didn't have to screw around with the wait. He seems very knowledgeable about iphone issues and I will definitely check him before going elsewhere. He's worth a conversation to be sure- read more
