Over the years, I've taken phones to several repair places. As a rule of thumb, it is a great deal -- extending the life of a phone with a new battery or a replacement for a cracked screen is good for the pocketbook, good for the environment, and a way to reduce your own stress as you avoid having to transition to a new thing all the time. I've been using my current Samsung Galaxy for a few years, and like it. It is still performing well, and I like the size, although the battery performance was starting to wane. So I went online and bought a replacement battery (OEM) for about $10 on ebay, thinking I would just install it myself. After watching some youtube videos and trying to get the back cover off, I gave up and decided to have a pro do it. I reached out to a few different places, and the going rate was about $85 for a replacement battery installed -- but of course I already had the part! The guy here, however, was willing to install my provided part, and only charged me $45 for labor (a perfectly reasonable price, after I watched those youtube videos). The phone turned out great, and the operator of the business was friendly. I'm sure I'll be back for another repair in the future. Waited two hours to get a charging port repaired, it was suppose to take one hour, the owner kept leaving the store and asking me to wait longer and longer if they have things to do then they should have said something not give me an estimated time of an hour and keep people waiting outside. The most unprofessional business I've ever experienced they had my fiancé waiting over two hours to get my charging cable repaired, he gave her an estimate of one hour. It took much longer because he kept leaving the property to "do other things" as a customer I have other things to do as well, and should not have to be inconvenienced, she asked for a discount for wait time because she had our dogs with her, and he proceeded to threaten her if she would not take her yelp review down, she paid full price and we're still disrespected. When she asked to see that it charges fine, he tried to call the cops because she didn't want to leave without seeing for herself that it did charge, he claimed to not have a cord which is interesting because he pulled one out after a few minutes of arguing, the business is shady. He is shady and should not be an owner by any means please take your business somewhere else! read more

This was the first time I had major water damage on a phone so I don't have much comparison with other phone repair places. But it was just what I needed, helpful and fixed my problem within the same day. I dropped my iPhone 6s in water and had to have the entire screen replaced. He took apart my whole phone to clean the inside and said there was no charge if they couldn't fix it. Even when there was an issue that couldn't be fixed he did his very best and gave me a new screen protector on top.If there is ever a next time I will take it there right away instead of trying the rice method. read more

And documents stating that "THIS PLACE STOLE MY ORIGINAL IPHONE PARTS." I'm out of so so so much money trusting in this place. They have no paperwork/disclaimer for privacy or liability. So this means it won't be much to prove they messed up. So, you ARE NOT PROTECTED! I pray the B.B.B shuts them down for the public. had a broken screen, came here to get it fixed. they installed a non genuine apple screen and a month later I got green pixels everywhere there is supposed to be black pixels, came to get it fixed because the guy at the front desk said it will be covered under warranty since it had no water damage or dropped. came in and they said they can do it with a $30 discount. shouldve just paid the $279 to get Apple to fix it instead of this shop. Bernardo is an absolutely lovely fellow. I had broken my glass screen cover and I'm pretty hopeless at getting them on straight with no bubbles. Bernardo replaced it so fast I couldn't believe it. Cleaned the screen, gave me the old one back for warranty exchange, applied the new one perfectly straight and absolutely no bubbles or lint under it. Wouldn't charge me. Came on for two of my iPhone 6 phones that I have been having issues with. One of them I had insurance for with Verizon and when I sent the phone in, they send me a new one for $149. The new phone also had the same issue. I brought my iPhones into iPhone iRepair for repair. The guy there replaced my batteries in less than 15 mins. I paid under $100 and have a 6 month warranty on the battery. Where Verizon offers a 30 day warranty. I should have came here first instead using my phone company insurance... He swapped out my battery for me last week in minutes and his price was more than fair. Apple is replacing them now at discounted rates but I didn't have 2-5 weeks just to make an appointment.
