I am visiting from Las Vegas and the charger for my iPhone broke off in the port. This was the second store I called because the first didn't have the part in stock if I needed it. This store had the part and quoted a fair price for the repair. Also the time for repair was reasonable. Turned out the tech was able to remove the piece that was causing the problem and there was no need for any repair and no charge. The three people I came in contact with were very nice, professional, knowledgeable and more than accommodating. I highly recommend this as your first option if you need iPhone repair! read more

I would highly suggest you do not come here. A few months back, I shattered my phone screen and took in my iPhone 11 to get the screen replaced. It cost me about $190 after tax. Unfortunately, I did not know that I had AppleCare+ at the time, which after going into Apple after this place ruined my phone, they quoted me the same, $190. But Apple is at least certified and has real professionals working on phones that cost a *thousand* dollars. This place just has a group of 20 year old guys hanging out and getting annoyed when a customer comes in and interrupts their conversation... Within just a few hours after getting my screen fixed, I noticed the calibration and responsiveness of my touch screen was totally screwed up. I could barely type on my keyboard and I couldn't even swipe home to exit any apps. I had to use AssistiveTouch. The phone was almost unusable. I called them and took it back in and the guy told me basically all they could do was take my battery out and clean it and put it back in. Since apparently dust can foul up the touch screen? Idk...they're the professionals here Got my phone back and it only kind of works a little better now. There's a line in my screen in the lower half, right around the top of the keyboard, where there is no sense of touch. Like that part of my screen doesn't work at all. I can't touch anything in auto-fill or any buttons that require that part of my screen. It's way more inconvenient than you'd think since a good 1/8 of my phone screen isn't working. I also recently noticed quite a few dings around my phone where the back comes off to access the inside. I can almost guarantee these guys did that to my phone as well considering the quality craftsmanship they've already provided...I also have never taken my phone case off other than when I brought my phone to them. So there is no way I did the dings myself. I went into Apple and can't get my screen replaced bcus this store isn't Apple certified so neither is the new screen. I also can't get my phone Express replaced with my Applecare bcus again, they aren't Apple certified so my screen isn't an Apple product. So there's no way out for me. The main takeaway is if you have an Apple product, just take it to Apple for fixing. It literally costs the same and they actually know what they're doing. These guys don't. I unfortunately didn't do enough research and didn't know I had AppleCare until it was too late. So now my $1000 phone only half works, and I paid someone $190 to ruin it for me. read more

Said it would take months to fix and tried to sell me on a new phone. I had 3 phones to sell. The girl working couldn't figure out how to find a phones value. She had to make a bunch of calls. She couldn't even figure out how to look up an IMEI on her own . We ended up only selling 2 of the phones cause she was taking so long. The next day went back to sell the last phone & the boys working offered us more for the same exact phone, so of course we agreed but they didn't have enough cash on hand. Went back the next day and they still had no cash for buying phones. Even called their Happy Valley store & was told they didn't have the cash either. We took our iPhone 6 Plus in for repair, it's working great now. My only suggestion would be to give customer's a receipt when they drop off their phone for repair. And maybe a padded envelope or "ziplock" bag to put the phone and a copy of the receipt with customer information on it. To protect the phones and to make it easier for staff to easily find the phone when the customer comes to pick it up. We are pleased with the repair. read more

Dropped my iphone, broke the screen and took it here. The guys replaced the screen for $59 in less than an hour. Wonnderful. However, two weeks later I had to take it back because the screen quit responding to my taps. They mumbled something about how it "could be the motherboard" which almost set me off, but said they would test it. I came back 40 minutes later and they had found that the screen they installed was defective so they put a second "new"? screen on it at no cost. Five days later it is still working so hopefully that was a one-of-a-kind event and they aren't using substandard/black market parts. read more

Basically, there was an advertisement on craigslist. Obviously a good deal, and I was excited to get it. When I got to the store, the item had been sold, and yet the deal was still up on the site. Not only that, but the phone I had that I wanted to trade in for around $60-70, and they said that they wouldn't take it. On the website it says that they will take phones and sell them, old or new, recycle them if they wouldn't sell. Totally wrong. It's a disgrace. They front desk employee was stone cold and offered no help, and the lady that was buying something offered to help me out instead. It is quite a sad place and no life it seems. Well after spending an hour plus on the phone with Verizon they couldn't help me get the phone working and the other phone was reported lost or stolen. Make sure you have your phone pre-checked before you drop it off to get repair, took my Iphone 6 plus to get screen replaced, when i got it back i notice it would freeze up and not work,took it back and owner was not taking responsibility he did offer to refund my money but he would keep screen when I said sure but put my screen back it only had a small crack but was in perfect working conditions he refused, bottom line is that i left store with a phone that is not operational and he does not want to take responsibility any ways, In any case just for the principal of it i already have my lawyer working on this case will keep you guys posed! read more

This is a long overdue review. I was passing through Portland earlier this year and I got an email from my sister that she damaged her phone and she needed a new one. Short on time--- I looked up all the craigslist ads for all the phones in the area. Living in Los Angeles, I am pretty educated on the cell phone resale market and how the cell phone business. As one user said, you should try and buy an owned phone over getting stuck in a contract/leasing situation. I noticed that some of the ads posted on Craigslist were from this store and often at "too good to be true" prices. When I arrived to the store, everything was self explanatory, the customer service rep was really friendly and the prices were as they were listed on the site. All the Iphones I was looking to buy were at or below the Craigslist prices and all the phones I checked out were in great physical shape. I decided on an iphone, purchased the phone and activated it before I left the store. It was a great experience. Even though I don't need a new phone, I'm sure I'll stop on by again when I'm in the area. I highly recommend them if you're in need of a used phone. read more

I do NOT recommend. I have a iphone 5s. and needed a new battery, my battery was shit. They put a battery that worked but then my back camera quit working and then i went to charge and it wouldn't charge or turn on. Went in the next day and they opened the phone up and got to work with the bad battery, and said im missing a lot of pieces and the mother board is what was wrong. I got this phone used and have had it for 2 years and have had no issues except the bad battery.
