I brought my very cracked screen trac phone in there to have the screen replaced. Stefan did the work on that he even ordered the part and did a great job putting the phone all back together with the new screen and everything making the phone look just like new. My data and pictures and videos all stayed in tact so I did not lose anything which was a worry I had but he eased my mind on all matters and was very professional and personable He was very kind and listened to my worries and woes. I will definately go back to him for my sons problem phone. The prices are very reasonable too. I could actually afford them. I also took my laptop to Dian who is their computer guy to get a problem diagnosed on my HP lap top. He did a very thorough and extensive inspection on it. He explained everything that he had to do and let me know what needs to be done to it. He was very kind, listened and was professional and personable as well. I am a person who gets nervouse about leaving my important things like electronics with anyone but he made me feel comfortable about it and he and Stefan are both very honest and trustworthy about all of it. I left my electronics knowing they would be safe and returned. I will be going to see Dian again with my other laptop that has a power button ribbon problem. I would give this service no stars if that were an option. I had my iPhone screen repaired at this place. The repair did not take so I returned shorty to the store this past Saturday only to find a sign that they were expectedly closed for the day. I returned on Monday during business hours to find the place closed with no sign. I called the number on the door but never got a call returned. So sent message via yelp where I learned they sold the store on SE 82nd but I could come to their Vancouver location and he would take care of me. There is NO indication on their website and this yelp page that the location on SE 82nd was sold. That information would have saved me considerable time and headache. Today I went to the location - the person working had no clue about this convo and said rather surly I could have the phone scReen repaired - I asked if there was any compensation as I recently purchased this and also wasted three days now traveling to get this fixed. He said NO but I could have it repaired for $59. That was the price I paid for the original repair. Desperate, I said yes. When I returned to pick up the phone a half hour later, I was told it would be $69. I reminded him he quoted me $59 adding this has been a nightmare. So he cut off only $4 off the price. It's always a little nerve racking when trying to buy a phone from a third party. Fearful that the phone will breakdown the moment the warranty expires lol. At least thats my fear. I decided to write a review to express my experience purchasing from this place. I'm currently visiting from Georgia but have been in communication with Vior about purchasing LG-G6 phone. We communicated via-offer up email. He was responsive always within an hour. When I flew into Portland he followed up with communication giving me the address to meet and make the purchase. When I arrived he was not at the store but another employee named Serge was working. Serge from Russia ( I remember his accent lol ) was very nice, respectful and funny. I had a weird request for help as I could not get my iphone to charge in my car . Dean was helpful over the phone . So we decided to go in there to see if he could resolve our issues . He listened again and came out to the car with a charging cord . It worked ! We must have bought and tried a faulty cord .It was a simple solution just as his business said !! Dean is knowledgeable and super friendly and the price for the cord was a third of what others charged . Very reliable, I have never had any issues with any of the phones I buy there or any problems with repairs done there. Really amazing staff! I met the owner of this company and he was so helpful when I had questions. He gave me so much advice and told me what was wrong with my phone screen. The previous guy that fixed my screen didn't screw everything back properly and bent some things so my screen would turn black randomly while watching a movie. They breathed new life into my aging 6S. New OEM screen and quality replacement battery. Also got an Otter Box to finally protect the investment (like I should have done in the beginning ) Took about 55 minutes but these 6S are complicated inside, the way the wires wrap and around that sensor button (pain to access) Glad they took their time.
