After weeks of no call backs, wrong estimates sent out, we had to ask ourselves: was it really this hard to have three phones connected? Dropped calls all day, we can't call anyone including for emergencies due to very poor signal. The T-mobile map in the store is false advertising as it said we would have amazing 5G service. I don't blame the store for this, but shame on T-Mobile for false advertising. After hours on the phone with customer service and multiple calls, they refuse to cancel our plan without penalties. He told me right away that although they could work with me, it would be more expensive than what I could get from the two big guys, for basically the same service. No notice of this was given to us. I contacted Sterling Communications about it, and they said that the contract that they had with the provider of the filtering expired and that they are looking elsewhere for the service. So far, still no filtering. It has been months already. I'm paying a pretty high price for internet on a DSL line which is not very fast, and I'm paying the phone company for adding data to my landline service. The total bill is too high for a slow service without porn filtering. The only thing that's keeping me here, is that I don't want to change my email address and contact information so that people I've handed out my cards to, will not be able to reach me anymore. I'm very disappointed.
