From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different. The staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They listened to my concerns, took the time to understand the situation, and handled everything seamlessly. What multiple stores had made feel complicated and inconvenient, this team resolved quickly and efficiently without making me feel like I was a burden. Although the outcome couldn't undo years of unnecessary charges, I truly appreciate that this store was willing to help when others were not. Their focus was on providing excellent customer service rather than passing me off to someone else. I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.

We came here to get a MacBook Neo and a Mac mini. We had checked on our phones with the APPLE APP that stated that it was available for purchase and pick up at this location. The Guy proceeded to tell us that it was not available and ended with that. We said okay that's fine, and then asked if there were any MacBook Neo available and he stated yes and to go over to the "order pick up table". My fiancé and I arrived to the table and saw a team member kind of slouched over the table and when we approached her she stated are you here to pick up an order? We said no and then she said well who sent you over here? I said the guy that greeted us in the front. Already- I am annoyed, cause 1. WHY are you annoyed? 2. The whole time we were talking, she was slouched over ( in a lazy way), she was not making any eye contact with us at all! I was the one that was purchasing the MacBook Neo, but she would ask questions or talked to my fiancé instead, like she did not even acknowledge that I was there. He also stated to her that I was the one that is buying it and to redirect her questions to me. 2 more people arrived at the table for pick up but she seemed annoyed. Her mannerisms and attitude was very below average. She spoke very low and I had to lean into her to and ask her to repeat herself which just made her more annoyed. The other gentleman that had arrived maybe 20 minutes after us later then asked if she can get another person to the table to assist them and that is when she went over and grabbed " Jake" to come and assist. Jake was pleasant and kind and was able to answer all of our questions and gave us reassurance and was able to assist us with placing an order for a Mac mini. If it wasn't for Jake, I would have said F this and drove to another location that is out of my way. The team member that was at that table I later found out by her name tag was " Ivy". There was no introduction no nothing just " Who sent you here". Like TF? She was also wearing a mask which okay cool but with her speaking low it made it difficult to hear and understand her while slouched over the table the whole damn time! very not approachable! Honestly, we came here to purchase some items from Apple, and yet members of this team made it so difficult to communicate and buy, like it was a burden that we are in there spending hundreds of dollars. I am so surprised that this location is nice, so you expect that the customer service was also going to be nice as well but ended up being trashy attitudes when it comes to purchasing an item. Out of the 3 people from that location, 1 was nice, attentive and actually showed that he cared about the items we were buying. Can barely get a signal all over Portland. Both T-mobile and Verizon are way better. When I signed up they added a bunch of stuff to my bill that I had to call and have removed. I never signed up for their insurance (the phone was insured with AppleCare). I finally decided to end the contract when they charged me extra every day that I was abroad though I never agreed to this and barely used my phone outside of hotel wifi. Their website said I could continue to use the phone while abroad and there was no mention of additional charges (though I'm they'll claim it was hidden on the fine print). When I switched to Verizon today I found out AT&T doesn't let you do that and that they carrier locked my phone so even though I have already left and signed up w/ Verizon, Verizon can't give me service until Tuesday because unlocking somehow takes 48 hours. Bad selection of phones too. Overpriced especially considering that it's the worst option in Portland. And this particular shop is sooooo slow. We were on there for hours while they tried to get everything to work. Geez.

This is a ploy to keep you locked in. There are carriers that are available that don't do this. Lastly, they claim your internet is unlimited. Not true! After you reach 50 GB they warn you they will ramp you down until you reach the next billing cycle. If you reach 100 GB they notify you that your speed will go down to 600 kbs until the next cycle. Unlimited internet with T-mobile is just false. It's time people wake up to this and start voting with their dollars. There are better carriers out there that do provide unlimited internet and don't try to lock you in with a contract. Do your research and you will find better value for your hard earned money elsewhere.

Her phone was not charging. Ruth diagnosed the problem, the prong in the phone's charging port was damaged. Now, I have insurance on it which would cost $49 in deductibles and take 2 days to receive a new phone and then a second trip back to have the data moved from phone to phone. Ruth suggested that we buy a wireless charger for $30 so that we could get the phone up and working (my daughter is in college and needs a phone available). We can always file an insurance claim later. Love how this nanager thinks & trouble shoots.
