The store itself seems clean and there's a decent amount of parking available. However. Yes, HOWEVER... (grab some popcorn people) The staff and customer service is the worst at this location that I've EVER encountered since being with T-Mobile. (I've been to several others and have yet to experience an issue). They insisted I change my phone number upon getting a new plan with them. I was charged for the number change and it didn't fix anything. When that didn't work, they instructed me to buy a new SIM Card. I verified with the employee helping me that buying a SIM would fix my problem before doing so.. It didn't fix my phone service issue and they refused to refund me or credit my account for the pointless purchases they advised me to make. (This already screams money, money, money.) I was there for about 2 hours and during the whole process, several other customers came in for simple things mind you, and each transaction went on FOREVER. The guy working was making inappropriate jokes THAT WEREN'T EVEN GOOD, and practically followed people out the door. We're like halfway through now, and a couple came in to pay a bill (took like 10 minutes) and ended up unknowingly leaving with a phone that had its SIM deactivated by this employee who somehow managed to deactivate it while adding a payment to their account. They leave, and when they called the store like 15 minutes later to see what TF was going on, this dude STRAIGHT UP has them on speakerphone REALLY REALLY LOUD and is like: Okay well could you just come back in..? Like how far did you get from the store? It's probably no biggie, you have time yeah? (Love how he knew they didn't have plans on a Friday night) They told him they were at the grocery store, shopping and couldn't come back tonight and he goes: ask someone to like watch your groceries I can like, try and see if maybe I can get your SIM working if you come in. If not.. can't really help you my dudes (insert inapropes joke here). So naturally they came back in while I was still waiting, desperately trying to get my phone fixed because NO OTHER EMPLOYEE WOULD HELP... (including the store manager who was very busy, as you can imagine with all this chaos happening, playing a vroom vroom game on his phone) and this MF*ER up and tries to charge them an additional $25 + tax for a BRAND NEW SIM CARD because it was too hard to reactivate the one already in her phone that already had every digital aspect of her life on it. He said, and I quote, "you know, it'd actually be a lot easier for me if you'd just be willing to buy a SIM.. I can't seem to get this one *picks up her phone* working."
So, recap: I was there for over 2 hours. Got charged for several unnecessary steps that didn't help. Several other customers experienced hell while I was there. And after all that, they still couldn't get my phone to work and I ended up buying a new one online at about 2/3s the price of what they carry in-store. So if you like drama and didn't get enough in high school, grab a Red Bull (maybe a Percocet) and come here. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble my babes and go to the one by the mall or over to the 164th location so you don't end up as one of those "Don't be like Bill" memes read more
