So when he seemed to have succeeded by indeed, introducing my new (new to me... It was an older "Magic Keyboard") keyboard that just had to recognize my iMac. He had to use an "adapter", his words... to get this done. I was very pleased and relieved and gladly gave him the $26 and change that he determined to be the damages. I get home and unpack the iMac and turn it on and my keyboard cannot recognize my computer! I call him and tell him my situation, and he responds with I am gonna have to get an adapter of some sort... I was aghast!!! You did this and apparently knew that it was not going to be a "fix" without said adapter and you charged me...?!!!! So I mull it over a wee bit and call them back and get another staff member. I ask if I could use the $26 as a credit to a key board that they had for sale for $89? She responds that her manager is out for the day, "off the clock", and she cannot get this question satisfied until "tomorrow". It took forever but we got it done then fast forward today 2/15/25 we check the bill and another line was added at that location the same time we added the one line. So beware you might go in for something and they will add whatever they want to your account. Then you have to go to customer care and stay on the phone for at least 45 mins to get it straightened out. Wow Great job T-Mobile. Oh and here's the kicker the lady on the phone with customer care said this is NOT the first time she's heard of retail doing some shady business.......SMH Avoid this T-Mobile at all cost. LIARS LIARS LIARS The manager of the store told me if I…read moreactivated my son's watch today, he had a $150 credit he would apply. It would come in the form of $10 per month for 15 months. I told him I didnt really need it for another 60 days or so, he told me the offer may not be around so I accepted it. Well, the paperwork had $10, he ensured me he just had to make a call to let them know it was a Verizon watch (I had just replaced my other sons watch) and it would make the credit $150. I told him I trusted him that he was being forthcoming and told him I wanted to wait for him to make the call. He acted like he did, leaving and coming back telling me I was all set, and the credit would show on the 2nd billing cycle. Well, it's never shown up, and on top of that Verizon charged me 300% more for the BS fees for a 19 day pro-rated month. 3 watches on the account, one has $1.79 fee, this one, $5.49. This was the case for all the different fees. So, the managers lies cost me $140 in credits for the watch, 2 months worth of service at $20 or so each, and Verizons rip off pro-rated fees for a total of $200 in added costs. They have told me 3 times they are making it right, but that doesn't happen.

They accidentally tore the wire to the facial ID camera. My fiancé goes to pick up her phone and they feed her with lies on why her facial ID doesn't work. "It's normal" & "that's what happens". Then they try to charge the full amount to fix the back camera. We refused to pay the full amount as they didn't fix the phone, but made it worse. We paid $60. Follow up to the next day: He calls my fiancé on his personal phone to tell her he lied about why the camera wasn't working. He admits to accidentally tearing the wire and that's why the camera won't work. He then offers to refund the $60 out of his pocket. He then proceeds to tell us he can fix the front camera but he's going to charge us $190. HE BROKE THE FRONT CAMERA. Why are we being charged to fix the phone HE BROKE. It makes me wonder why they were getting into the front camera of her phone, and what they might be doing with parts! AVOID AT ALL COST!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! AWFUL EMPLOYEES/CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I asked why the front camera was replaced as that was not broken. He could not explain this and told me Apple has iPhones set up to not recognize Face ID when parts are switched. I asked if this had ever happened and he said no. Weird, as they do phone repairs for business. He said he would give me a discount of $30 and charge me only $160. I paid in cash. After chatting some more he gave me back $100 more. I told him i was not upset with him but sad about the way this had happened. I left. After some googling I knew that something was not adding up. The next day I received a call from what I presume is the employees personal phone. He told me he wanted to tell me what really happened. He told me he lied to cover up what happened because he was afraid of telling the truth. During the check over of the job the screen slipped forward and tore the wire that allows Face ID to function. He told me he would refund me the additional $60.00 out of his pocket because the shop was "already losing money" and to come in the following Monday, today, 4/29. Today when I went in the employee who broke my phone was not there but the manager was. He told me he was aware of the situation and gave me the money back. He told me it was the employees personal money. The owner was not there and I have yet to hear from him since requesting to speak with him since this occurred on 4/25. I left my phone number to hopefully receive a call back. They broke my phone and will not replace it. The "solution" they offered is to order a new phone and swap the insides of my phone for this one, they quoted $200 for this. I told them I will not pay them to fix THEIR mistake and furthermore have lost all trust in their abilities and business to handle my phone. They lied and attempted to deceive me. If I had not asked questions they would have charged me the full amount and let me go on my way. I am very disappointed in how they handle business and would not recommend them to anyone. I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.
