After waiting for 10 minutes for "Justin", he came out from the back and asked how he could help. I explained that I did not know what was wrong with my phone but it was "broken" and I had insurance. He proceeds to tell me that I would need to call my insurance and open a claim (how am I supposed to call when my phone is broken??). That or buy a new phone. He warned that either way - my rate would go way up because he'd never seen a plan so low. "Not for 6 or 7 years" even though his name badge said he only started there in 2025 (this year!). He was of ZERO help. He offered no suggestions other than buying a new phone. He said he could not help with the insurance. A lie - because my parents have T-mobile and I have brought their phones into that exact store and they filled out the insurance right there for us. I asked if he could take a look and maybe figure out what was wrong with my phone. He just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language - and did nothing. Frustrated, I said I would go to my neighborhood T-mobile store (this one is on my way home from work and I was pressed for time). Wouldn't you know - I went to my store, on SE 122nd and Amy B, did a hard re-set while I was explaining what happened and my phone was back up and working perfectly within one minute. LITERALLY 1 minute!! This is the difference because a zero star customer service rep and a 10 star customer service rep. Boo on Justin and Yay for Amy B! Someone needs to train Justin on how to do a hard re-set and how fill out insurance paperwork (on the Ipad) for customers.

Yes, I am giving a phone company five stars. I am as surprised as you are. I went there to swap my…read morephone for the new Samsung S25 Ultra. That accommodated my every need and question. That transfer was taking too long, so they let me take the old phone back until the transfer was done. They were as nice when I came back to return the old fun as the previous day. The bathrooms were shockingly clean.

My mom and I went in just to look at the new iPhones as hers was beginning to show its age…read more An employee named Isaac began helping us and was immediately extremely pushy about upgrading her iPhone (instead of trying to assist with our issue). Upgraded her to a pro model which she did not need. Then he pushed their internet package down our throats. And finally their DIRECTV streaming package. He had a convenient answer for every concern we raised. Everything was made out to be extremely easy to use and so much cheaper than our existing services. He was very clear on the return time periods to get our money back if we changed our mind. He said again and again to just try it out and return it if we change our mind. He either lied to my face or intentionally did not mention the DIRECTV package was a 2-year agreement with them. We did everything we were told to return the devices for both internet and DIRECTV, and yet, the DIRECTV service did not in fact get cancelled within the time period and we are left with a $460 early termination fee. Felt super scummy, anything to get his sign-up bonuses

Beware We were contacted by a person as AT&T representative that offered us a great deal if we…read moreswitch to AT&T. $250 per line credit, free new phones with trade in. All for 158 a month. Lower than our current bill. Sounded great for our business all 6 lines. It took over a week to get all phones and transfers done but when we went to return our trade-ins at the corporate store we were informed that the deal was made by a 3-party company and AT&T did not honor the deal. The phones were all on a lease at 28.?? a month per phone. there would be a 150 credit on each phone as down payment on lease. Making the bill just under $500 a month for 36 months, when we tried to cancel AT&T would only cancel for a restocking fee of $330. And we only had 5 days left to return all the phones before we were stuck in the contract. So it was pay the fees or be stuck in the rigged contract.
