My first time here and I'll certainly be back and recommending these dudes. Came here after I…read moredropped my iPhone (15) and the haptics started making an awful grinding/rattling sound instead of the normal "buzz buzz". YouTube said it's common after a drop that the screws break and that results in the rattling sound. I contacted five other repair shops and no one but Fixoid said they could do the repair. Also, Reddit reviews as of 2026 HIGHLY recommend Fixoid's Vancouver location - no idea why it's rated so low on yelp Called to confirm the price and their hours. Came in around 4:30pm mid week and slapped down $100 ($110 with tax). They called my friends phone to pick up in about 30mins and said they had to remove my protective screen so they put a new one on for free. Super happy. Thanks guys!!

I needed a new charging port and I also got the cover for the charging port. They had a reasonable price and convenient location. Their repair guy was only there part time. At first they said they had to order it. I waited a week, then the repair guy said he had the part, I came by and he said, nope it won't work. Then they said they had to order the part after all. A little confusing, but once the part came they fixed it in about 30 minutes. More recently I ended up getting my phone wet and for some reason the new charging port cover did not work as well as the original one and the phone got wet inside, but over-all I'm a happy customer.

*WARNING* COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! Took my fiancés phone in to…read moreget the back camera & flash fixed. For whatever reason (still unknown to me) they go into the front of the phone as well (which makes no sense). They accidentally tore the wire to the facial ID camera. My fiancé goes to pick up her phone and they feed her with lies on why her facial ID doesn't work. "It's normal" & "that's what happens". Then they try to charge the full amount to fix the back camera. We refused to pay the full amount as they didn't fix the phone, but made it worse. We paid $60. Follow up to the next day: He calls my fiancé on his personal phone to tell her he lied about why the camera wasn't working. He admits to accidentally tearing the wire and that's why the camera won't work. He then offers to refund the $60 out of his pocket. He then proceeds to tell us he can fix the front camera but he's going to charge us $190. HE BROKE THE FRONT CAMERA. Why are we being charged to fix the phone HE BROKE. It makes me wonder why they were getting into the front camera of her phone, and what they might be doing with parts! AVOID AT ALL COST!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! AWFUL EMPLOYEES/CUSTOMER SERVICE.
