They replaced a slightly scratched camera lens on my son's iPhone and had to do it twice because they rushed and botched it the first time with fuzz left inside and appear to have scratched the sensor INSIDE in the process. They then refused to stand by their repair claiming the scratch was there before, blaming it on us...... which isn't possible because they removed the lens twice and it was never opened before that. NEVER use them to repair your phone if you value your phone. The phone camera was working fine with a cosmetic scratch on the outside until they touched it and it became a scratch on the INSIDE. You get what you pay for. Go to the Apple store even if it costs a little more. read more

Literally no one else would take a look at my iPod Touch to see if it could be repaired after I dropped it out of my pocket and it shut off and refused to boot. I called every repair place in the area, and they all said the same thing: either they don't service iPods, or, if they were Apple certified, they just sent it to Apple. Went to Apple myself and after all the troubleshooting failed to diagnose a problem, was told that the only option was a full replacement of my device. Apple does not repair these, they just swap them out, and goodbye to any data you didn't get backed up. But JD at Cellairis not only popped my iPod open at no charge to find the problem--a failed battery--but was able to order in a replacement battery and swap them out for me, at half the cost of the replacement from Apple would have been. The battery came very quickly and JD was as excited to repair my iPod as I was to see it fully functioning again with all my data intact! It was so nice to find someone who was not only willing to look at a device that's finicky and uncommon, but who genuinely enjoyed getting to do so. Absolutely will go back in the future if any more of my so-called "outdated" devices go up on me. Truly a fantastic experience. read more

Picked the Washington Square kiosk location because Apple wouldn't fix my iPad LCD error (they wanted to replace the device for the cost of a new one...). I walked the mall to look at each "repair" kiosk. Cellairis was the only kiosk with open devices actively repairing - not just replacing cracked screens. So I stopped, chatted and was able to get a YES we can fix immediately. Repaired completed as described, on time, as estimated. Very happy. Great customer service. read more

Zero stars if I could! Their Chinese products are trash but most of all their service is bs! Guy that is dumb as a door know and smells like BO and mold is USELESS! The b*tchy lady that deals with customer complaints is there to tell you that if you were dumb enough to buy their products it's on you. Don't get screen replacements or repairs done here. Come here if you want your phone to be in worst condition than it was before. They have a warranty that is only 30 days. Why so short and why 30 days. Because you'll start to have multiple issues day after that warranty. It is such a joke that they replied to a customer's negative review saying they carry high quality items. Um what screen shatters when you never drop it, in almost a month's time? The original apple iphone screen did not shatter so easily. Just go to the next stand after their stand. His warranty is 6 months and better customer service. They also tried to a fix an apple watch when they definitely knew they couldn't fix or they do not understand apple's products and just attempt to fix it without knowing. Used cheap glue and the screen fell off within 3 days. Found out later from apple that the screens need a special machine and they should have never tried to fix. But they just want to take money even if they can't fix it. If you have any issues with their service do not expect them to fix it. Just avoid this place to begin with. read more

So I dropped my Galaxy S8, UGH, cracked the glass and cut my finger so I knew I needed to have this fixed. No warranty on my S8 thru the carrier. I went to Cellairis at Washington Square and asked them to fix it. I knew it wouldn't be cheap however I needed it done. I couldn't have asked for a better repair, we did hit a few bumps (part not coming in when it should have) but all in all a great experience. They will take great care of you and fix your phone. ****Rating is for the customer service!!!**** The workers were so rude! I walked up and they didn't say anything, I finally said hello, I would like to replace my phone screen. The guy who helped me barely talked let alone looked at me and said "$130 for that phone." Then he asked of I was paying with cash or card, I said card and he was like "Oh our card machine is broken can you pay cash?" So I had to go to an ATM, when I came back he again didn't say anything so I stood there and he showed me my phone and said "$130." So my iPhone 5s worked great except the screen wasn't responding or responding in weird ways. Apple wanted nothing to do with it because I had had had a non-Apple battery put in at Thanksgiving and they are too prissy to repair it because "it might explode." Whatever, Apple. So I thought I was stuck buying a new phone for 700 bucks plus right after Christmas. Eek! As a last resort, I stopped by Cellairis in Washington Square where, in less than an hour, my phone was working again - new screen and ready to go for under 50 bucks. William is the best and I am really glad that I found Cellairis. My headphone jack broke off and was stuck inside my laptop. Other electronics/ mobile repair shops said that they would not be able to get it out while William immediately said that he could try. When we went to Cellairis, he got the headphone jack out of the laptop within 5 minutes! And he didn't even charge us because he said it was too easy a job. Their prices have dropped and now I understand why- the lady told me they have the best reviews, and now looking a yelp as a sales professional I'm very upset with the dishonesty. I came back after an hour plus and my phone wasn't finished. Then when my phone was returned it wasn't working properly. Took the guy 3 screens to get it right after 2 hours from start to finish. Meanwhile other people had their screens fixed in a matter of minutes. I would have paid double to have a high quality screen with not only honest service, but a faster completion. James is a pro! I just bought my Pixel 2 yesterday, and when trying to activate it, the SIM card got stuck. The people at the Verizon store in Washington Square were worthless, they referred me to a kiosk called Talk and Fix. They were no help either, but they referred me to the next kiosk over, which was Cellairis. James was friendly and professional, and was able to fix it. It took 4 trips from Hillsboro to do the repair. Owner lives in Bend and will not issue refunds, although I could have disputed charges with credit card company. I bought a case here for my mom. The salesman put it on for her to see. When we got home, it was too difficult for her to put on and off, so I decided to return it. The salesman never told me there would be a 20% restocking fee. It was brand new!! Never used. Such a rip off!! Make sure you test it well at the kiosk before spending money here. I rarely leave reviews but I feel I want to this time to help other shoppers possibly avoid a similar situation. I brought my cell phone in because it had a really low battery charging power, after using the new battery they put in, strange things started to happen with my phone, like it hanging up mid call or completely shutting off in the middle of online scrolling. These strange issues seemed to increase over time, they convinced me to come in for 2 more batteries, and by the 3rd battery my phone was barely even able to function at all. I can't say for sure they broke my phone, but they were even unwilling to give me a full refund, I received a cheap case and class protector from them and a small refund. I ended up having to buy a new phone. I was unhappy with the service here. After bringing in the first battery they put in they found that it had swelled up, anyways I don't know. But I think if it were my company I would have replaced the customers cell phone. read more

I went in to get a screen replaced and well they apparently fixed it but I noticed the home button was sunken inward which seemed of and after the first day the whole screen began to unglue and come of I went back and they fixed it again. Went to the kiosk to get the battery replaced on my phone. They had to order the part (I was told they can only order on Sundays...) and it would arrive on Tuesday. During this first interaction, I started off speaking to one person then another took over. While putting down a deposit the second guy starts helping someone else find a case for their phone (like walking away from me and digging through bins). I had to ask him to finish ringing me up (he already had my card). So he did and I was to hear from them after the battery arrived on Tuesday. By FRIDAY I did not hear anything so I called them. Oops..they forgot to order the battery. Had to wait until Sunday to order it. I was told the part would arrive on Tuesday and he would be in on Wednesday morning so I could get it done then. This was really cutting it down to the wire as I was going to be working the next 5 days and then going out of town immediately after the last day of work. Fast forward to Wednesday morning. Guess what? The battery never came. I asked for a refund and was initially told I needed a receipt. I didn't even realize I was supposed to get one because the guy who rang me up did not give me one and was concurrently helping another person while processing my card. I guess since we have to give 1 star it would be for processing my refund (although I should have never went through with the order when I was getting ignored at the kiosk...my bad). read more
