Did you know this place sells and installs car batteries?! I didn't until today. And the guy who helped me couldn't have been more helpful. He found the battery for my car in stock AND they install it for $20. I asked how long it would take and he said between 15-25 minutes and then to my surprise HE went from behind the counter, went to the back to get the battery and went out to the parking lot to install it! He ended up changing it out in about 15 minutes and was friendly and knowledgable the whole time. Super efficient, and the place was pretty busy. Wish I had gotten his name but I didn't see any of the empoyees wearing nametags and if I worked retail I wouldn't want randos knowing my name either haha. I went in to get a replacement battery for my car fob. The one from the dealer lasted 2 years but it was starting to get weak. The sales person tried to sell me on a "maintenance plan" (which seems like everyone wants you to do nowday). The idea being if I pay extra I can get a free battery replacement when this one goes bad. I explained that the last one lasted about 2 years and as I am leasing the vehicle and the lease is up in less than a year I will pass on the plan. He then pushed it and said these things do not last long and are costly to replace. Again I declined. Now, about 2 months or more since it was replaced it is going bad. Two years to two months. Maybe selling old batteries to get subscribers to their plan is an incentive to join or maybe it is just that I got the bad one or the dealer got the super battery? Who knows but from now on it is DIY with batteries bought elsewhere. read more

While I was out running other errands, I decided to see if this store had a certain lightbulb in stock that I couldn't find online because I couldn't find the specific type/number of the bulb. As soon as I walked in someone came to help me and found exactly what I needed. He was so kind and helpful. He also let me know about the 5 year warranty they have on the lightbulbs and said if any of them go out before the warranty, I can just bring it back and they'll replace it. How easy! Had to make a stop for some emergency Halloween batteries today. I was in need of some 2450 lithium and some normal AAA batteries. The AAAs were a no go as they were 10.99 for four, ended up getting those at Albertsons. But while the 2450 were 3.99 in the single packs, the guys working were able to find a multi-pack (bolt) and sold them to me for $2.50 each since I needed 7. From the moment I walked in, greeted by guy who spoke very aggressively, loud and with a rehearsed script. Fine. Whatever. I was barely able to state what I needed when he kept interrupting me trying to upswell me on warranties, future services and what not. I just needed a key fob battery but he made it quite clear that if I didn't purchase his little service package then I'd have to change the battery myself. Duh. I don't need help with that. GREAT PLACE FOR IPAD SCREEN REPLAIR!! I brought my IPad in because my screen was cracked so badly you couldn't touch it without glass getting in your fingers. The guys that I spoke with were super intelligent, thorough, fast-paced, and very kind. 10/10 customer service. ALSO, they let you know the risks before you get it done. Didn't have any problems with that though. It took them 5 days and cost $99.99. Wasn't bad to me. You pay after the service is finished. And they ask you to bring a case for afterwards for extra protection and securing your device. They did forget to call me when it was done but hey everyone is human and everyone was apologetic about it. Plus, to be fair due to my estimated time on my confirmation sheet they still had two and a half hours to call me anyways. So it was not a big deal to me. I just used the number on my confirmation sheet you get before you leave your device with them and gave them a call to check in and picked up within 20 minutes of the call. I'm super appreciative. My cell phone went kaput. Really, it's like having a limb outta comission that's how stupidly attatched I am. It's my lifeline to my vulnerable peeps that I take care of. Panic! Car charger? Nope. It's all in the details! I went to get new batteries in 2 watches. The salesperson offered me 2 options (onetime replacement or lifetime replacement for $7 more) and gave me no grief when I went the cheaper route. He went right over and started working on my watches, he was not only attentive to me but was also helpful to the salesperson helping a customer pick out batteries for his boat. He quickly replaced my watch batteries & also helped me pick out warm LED bulbs for my bathroom. The big surprise was when I got home. I thought I would have to reset the time on both watches, but he had already set them! I can't tell you how nice it was to have this seemingly small detail already taken care of. So I mean this place made it easy for me to get a new battery. I went in, told them what car I had, and he suggested two types of batteries for me. I said great and decided on one, and he grabbed it off the shelf! They do install it for you right in the parking lot. Or you can get like a $10-15 discount if you just buy the battery and you install it yourself. What kind of baffled me was that this guy just brought out my battery and one screwdriver to get my battery out. He of course ran into to grab another tool, and another one and another one. He ran into the shop about 5x before he had all the tools necessary. My only suggestion is to make it easier on them, they should have a cart to wheel out with all the necessary tools to uninstall and install your battery. It would make it wayyy more efficient. But none the less it was a painless procedure and I would recommend this place to everyone. Super glad I also have a warranty on the battery as well which works nationwide no matter which state I'm in! read more

I made an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced, but when I walked in and told the employee what was going on with my phone, he explained that it seemed like I was experiencing a software issue, which is not something they could fix. (They only fix hardware issues.) I really appreciated his honestly, because he could have easily told me that my battery needed to be replaced, charged me the fee, and handed me back my phone without solving the problem. Instead, he was honest and professional, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I'll be back next time I need actual hardware repaired. read more

Went around to two different apple places to get the battery changed on my iPhone and they were either out of stock or said it would be over $200 (because they HAD to change the screen too) with a two day waiting period .... came here and it was changed in about 45 mins, kept my screen and only spent $60.00. Was excited to come here and get my phone screen fixed, as a majority of the reviews are glowing. My phone screen does look great and I'm thankful to not be staring at a shattered screen however ever since getting my screen replaced here my iPhone has been giving me tons of trouble - touchscreen not registering my touch, clicking random buttons/letters on the keyboard when I have not even touched those letters, completely glitching (purpleish colors appear in the corner, similar to when an electronic has been stepped on and the screen is all wonky now), won't properly scroll, etc. Luckily it does not do this every single time I use it BUT it does fairly often. Makes it extremely difficult to use the phone. read more

This place has come a long way, from batteries to now fixing cell phones and computers. That is very impressive, but the prices are over the top. It will cost $259 + to fix a cellphone from front to back. I cannot imagine an iPad or computer. The pricing needs to come down a lot in order to get more customers, especially in cellphones. After I declined to fix my phone the representative said here's a ten dollar coupon if you change your mind. Not funny and that kind of customer service will get bad reviews because I review all my Yelp locations good and bad. I am so grateful I discovered the MANY services this place offers. Both of my car key fobs died at the same time (one of which was improperly assembled in the first place - thanks Ford!) and Ford told me it couldn't simply be the batteries, and quoted almost $200 to replace and reconnect the fob to my car. I wanted to troubleshoot their diagnoses, and these guys walked me through troubleshooting, ultimately replacing one of my batteries and quickly fixing the other. Problem solved. I was searching for a place that does iPhone screen replacements after our 2 year old threw my husbands iPhone 6 into the sidewalk and shattered the entire screen. I made an appointment online for the same day. Although, thinking back I would just forgo the appointment and just walk in. The customer service was top notch. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and everything was explained to me before I agreed to any services rendered. The parts to fix my husband's phone were in stock so the phone could be fixed that day. Although they said it might take a few hours, in less than a half an hour they were done.
