I have stopped by a few times for watch battery replacements. They offer a lifetime replacement or one time for $16.99 with install. We also had our car key transmitter swapped into a new fob shell with a new key. Quick and easy. read more

Did you know this place sells and installs car batteries?! I didn't until today. And the guy who helped me couldn't have been more helpful. He found the battery for my car in stock AND they install it for $20. I asked how long it would take and he said between 15-25 minutes and then to my surprise HE went from behind the counter, went to the back to get the battery and went out to the parking lot to install it! He ended up changing it out in about 15 minutes and was friendly and knowledgable the whole time. Super efficient, and the place was pretty busy. Wish I had gotten his name but I didn't see any of the empoyees wearing nametags and if I worked retail I wouldn't want randos knowing my name either haha. Anyway, I highly recommend this store for all of your battery needs! read more

This place always surprises me with how great their service is! Just this week, my husband got a new key for his car and I got a battery for my ironman watch. They can do it all and they are quick, efficient and friendly. read more

They are very nice and super helpful, I had several questions and they happily answered all of them! I would recommend them 100%

I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max front screen replaced for $200. My display on my parts and service says unknown. My iPhone battery dies quicker and is laggy at times ever since the screen repair. Just go to Apple if you need a screen replacement. read more

Good varieties and such, but didn't appreciate the constant sell job. I came in looking for a specific thing and got it. What I did appreciate was the up front information. Lose the hard sell and I'll think about a better review. read more

I always go to other places whenever I need lightbulbs or batteries, but I think I'll start coming here instead! I've driven past this store a billion times, but never actually stopped by. While I was out running other errands, I decided to see if this store had a certain lightbulb in stock that I couldn't find online because I couldn't find the specific type/number of the bulb. As soon as I walked in someone came to help me and found exactly what I needed. He was so kind and helpful. He also let me know about the 5 year warranty they have on the lightbulbs and said if any of them go out before the warranty, I can just bring it back and they'll replace it. How easy! I will also be using this shop in the future for any lightbulb or battery recycling. read more

I went in to get a replacement battery for my car fob. The one from the dealer lasted 2 years but it was starting to get weak. The sales person tried to sell me on a "maintenance plan" (which seems like everyone wants you to do nowday). The idea being if I pay extra I can get a free battery replacement when this one goes bad. I explained that the last one lasted about 2 years and as I am leasing the vehicle and the lease is up in less than a year I will pass on the plan. He then pushed it and said these things do not last long and are costly to replace. Again I declined. Now, about 2 months or more since it was replaced it is going bad. Two years to two months. Maybe selling old batteries to get subscribers to their plan is an incentive to join or maybe it is just that I got the bad one or the dealer got the super battery? Who knows but from now on it is DIY with batteries bought elsewhere. read more

Superb customer service from every employee! I had some watch batteries replaced, and found something else I needed while I was waiting. Highly recommend! read more

Had to make a stop for some emergency Halloween batteries today. I was in need of some 2450 lithium and some normal AAA batteries. The AAAs were a no go as they were 10.99 for four, ended up getting those at Albertsons. But while the 2450 were 3.99 in the single packs, the guys working were able to find a multi-pack (bolt) and sold them to me for $2.50 each since I needed 7. I appreciate the discount and will be back again. read more

BATTERIES PLUS HILLSBORO Well, that was super easy! I brought my wireless, landline phone in for a battery change and Matt at the Hillsboro location in Oregon didn't miss a beat or a single second. He immediately got me what I needed and took care of everything with a happy and positive attitude. He was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, professional and absolutely helpful. It's not often that I witness perfect customer service and this was all within two minutes tops. Matt must be a great person at all times in his life as his excellent attitude made his professionalism authentic not feigned nor forced. Batteries Plus should recognize him and pay attention to and support his career. Thank him again for me. Chris from Rockaway Beach, Oregon. read more

If you have an i-phone you can get the battery replaced here for around $80. However, the battery is inferior to an Apple battery, and once a non-apple shop messes with your phone, then Apple won't service it any more. They have you by the cahones. read more

This place is a joke! From the time I walked in, I knew they were not gonna help me with my warranty on my broken phone! The guy at the counter actually called another store to find a way out of it! It was finally determined to be a warranty issue so with reluctance in his approach he told me he could but it would take 6-7 hours?!? Having already researched the issue I explained that a cable needed to be plugged into the screen,,,, that mattered not! Horrible place, go to Beaverton! read more

From the moment I walked in, greeted by guy who spoke very aggressively, loud and with a rehearsed script. Fine. Whatever. I was barely able to state what I needed when he kept interrupting me trying to upswell me on warranties, future services and what not. I just needed a key fob battery but he made it quite clear that if I didn't purchase his little service package then I'd have to change the battery myself. Duh. I don't need help with that. He pointed to the battery options and their prices but kept making it complicated. Jesus hep me. All the while he's talking as if he's a damn sergeant. He was so darn annoying. Can't he just relax and act and talk to a customer in a normal manner? That was so upsetting. Even at the register as I'm trying to just pay and get the hell out of there, he kept on with his script and pushing all other services they offer and shoving a brochure on me. Dude! Relax the f up!! Somehow felt sort of attacked. Never coming back here! Zero stars from me. read more

My cell phone went kaput. Really, it's like having a limb outta comission that's how stupidly attatched I am. It's my lifeline to my vulnerable peeps that I take care of. Panic! Car charger? Nope. Wall charger? Nope. Mophie? Nope. Sigh. Since it's a Samsung through Credo I couldn't pop into a regular phone store to get a new one. Credo stuff is all online. I wanted my phone working NOW. So I typed "cell phone batteries" into Google and came up with this. It's new. I think it's in Pasta Pronto's old space by the bank. There's ok parking. The store is CLEAN. The nice man behind the counter was awesome. He checked my old battery ( it apparently had some charge left and he didn't pressure me to get a new one). He wanted to check my mophie but I left it at home of course. I went with a new battery. It cost more than it would online but it was worth it. They have all kinds of batteries and accessories there. And light bulbs. Even weirdly shaped ones. The man was super nice to me. I had a great experience. I'd totally go back. My phone is back online. Whew. What on earth did we do before cell phones? read more

Rarely fine that adequate stock available when I need batteries. Waiting two or more for restocking. service is good.

Can't compliment this store enough! Ty, Sonny, Austin, Miguel-IMPECCABLE customer service! Had to come back for something and I was very frustrated, nothing but kindness and excellent customer service! Issues always addressed with the customer in mind!!!! read more

GREAT PLACE FOR IPAD SCREEN REPLAIR!! I brought my IPad in because my screen was cracked so badly you couldn't touch it without glass getting in your fingers. The guys that I spoke with were super intelligent, thorough, fast-paced, and very kind. 10/10 customer service. ALSO, they let you know the risks before you get it done. Didn't have any problems with that though. It took them 5 days and cost $99.99. Wasn't bad to me. You pay after the service is finished. And they ask you to bring a case for afterwards for extra protection and securing your device. They did forget to call me when it was done but hey everyone is human and everyone was apologetic about it. Plus, to be fair due to my estimated time on my confirmation sheet they still had two and a half hours to call me anyways. So it was not a big deal to me. I just used the number on my confirmation sheet you get before you leave your device with them and gave them a call to check in and picked up within 20 minutes of the call. I'm super appreciative. THANK YOU! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I needed to get a watch battery replaced and it can be hard to find a place, so I turned to yelp. Went here and was greeted by a friendly guy who took care of me in about 10 minutes. Offered the one time battery replacement, or for $4 more, lifetime replacement. Awesome!!, and the battery has a sticker on it so that they know in the future, in case I forget!!. Anyway, I can highly recommend this location and will go here again when the need arises. read more

I made an account just to gI've a rating. I walked in and the guy at the counter immediately gave me incredible assistance in finding everything that I needed. Went to get my phone screen replaced. They couldn't have been more professional and friendly. They explained everything very thoroughly and their prices are competitive. I got my phone screen and battery replaced within 3ish hours of visiting. My home button on my phone was a little wobbly but it seems they fixed that too at no extra cost. The quality of the work is great: it's as if my phone was brand new. read more

I wanted to thank the guys at your Hillsboro store #799 for helping me to find a battery for my car. It's a hybrid and takes a "special" battery and they managed to find one and install it. They delivered excellent customer service with a great attitude. It's rare to find employees that go out of their way for their customers. I wish I would have gotten the mans name that installed the battery because it wasn't exactly easy and the gentleman that rang me up that had a great beard. Thank you to both me ! read more

So I mean this place made it easy for me to get a new battery. I went in, told them what car I had, and he suggested two types of batteries for me. I said great and decided on one, and he grabbed it off the shelf! They do install it for you right in the parking lot. Or you can get like a $10-15 discount if you just buy the battery and you install it yourself. What kind of baffled me was that this guy just brought out my battery and one screwdriver to get my battery out. He of course ran into to grab another tool, and another one and another one. He ran into the shop about 5x before he had all the tools necessary. My only suggestion is to make it easier on them, they should have a cart to wheel out with all the necessary tools to uninstall and install your battery. It would make it wayyy more efficient. But none the less it was a painless procedure and I would recommend this place to everyone. Super glad I also have a warranty on the battery as well which works nationwide no matter which state I'm in! read more

It's all in the details! I went to get new batteries in 2 watches. The salesperson offered me 2 options (onetime replacement or lifetime replacement for $7 more) and gave me no grief when I went the cheaper route. He went right over and started working on my watches, he was not only attentive to me but was also helpful to the salesperson helping a customer pick out batteries for his boat. He quickly replaced my watch batteries & also helped me pick out warm LED bulbs for my bathroom. The big surprise was when I got home. I thought I would have to reset the time on both watches, but he had already set them! I can't tell you how nice it was to have this seemingly small detail already taken care of. My watches are working again and ready to wear with no extra effort from me. It shows a high level of care for the total customer experience and I just had to put it online! read more

We needed a rare battery for an old appliance and after looking all over town and online, some really smart person recommended this place. They were very friendly when we called to inquire, even offered to hold the battery at the front counter for us until we could get there. I've never spent money at this location, but I'm giving it five stars. I made an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced, but when I walked in and told the employee what was going on with my phone, he explained that it seemed like I was experiencing a software issue, which is not something they could fix. (They only fix hardware issues.) I really appreciated his honestly, because he could have easily told me that my battery needed to be replaced, charged me the fee, and handed me back my phone without solving the problem. Instead, he was honest and professional, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I'll be back next time I need actual hardware repaired. read more

Dropped off a broken iPhone in the morning, phone was fixed that same afternoon. Price was right.

They did an awesome job on my son's phone. Highly recommend them to anyone with a cracked phone.

This place is amazing! Went around to two different apple places to get the battery changed on my iPhone and they were either out of stock or said it would be over $200 (because they HAD to change the screen too) with a two day waiting period .... came here and it was changed in about 45 mins, kept my screen and only spent $60.00. If that's not magic I'm not sure what is. read more

Kudos to the manager Pat for handling the exchange of a damaged watch. The watch had to be sent to a third party three times for repair and eventually had to be replaced. Was excited to come here and get my phone screen fixed, as a majority of the reviews are glowing. My phone screen does look great and I'm thankful to not be staring at a shattered screen however ever since getting my screen replaced here my iPhone has been giving me tons of trouble - touchscreen not registering my touch, clicking random buttons/letters on the keyboard when I have not even touched those letters, completely glitching (purpleish colors appear in the corner, similar to when an electronic has been stepped on and the screen is all wonky now), won't properly scroll, etc. Luckily it does not do this every single time I use it BUT it does fairly often. Makes it extremely difficult to use the phone. read more

This place has come a long way, from batteries to now fixing cell phones and computers. That is very impressive, but the prices are over the top. It will cost $259 + to fix a cellphone from front to back. I cannot imagine an iPad or computer. The pricing needs to come down a lot in order to get more customers, especially in cellphones. After I declined to fix my phone the representative said here's a ten dollar coupon if you change your mind. Not funny and that kind of customer service will get bad reviews because I review all my Yelp locations good and bad. So for that alone I will only give you one star, bad customer service and pricing. read more

I am so grateful I discovered the MANY services this place offers. Both of my car key fobs died at the same time (one of which was improperly assembled in the first place - thanks Ford!) and Ford told me it couldn't simply be the batteries, and quoted almost $200 to replace and reconnect the fob to my car. I wanted to troubleshoot their diagnoses, and these guys walked me through troubleshooting, ultimately replacing one of my batteries and quickly fixing the other. Problem solved. I love the warranty on the battery replacement and I'm now really excited to hear about all of the services they offer here. Thank you all again! read more

I was searching for a place that does iPhone screen replacements after our 2 year old threw my husbands iPhone 6 into the sidewalk and shattered the entire screen. I made an appointment online for the same day. Although, thinking back I would just forgo the appointment and just walk in. The customer service was top notch. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and everything was explained to me before I agreed to any services rendered. The parts to fix my husband's phone were in stock so the phone could be fixed that day. Although they said it might take a few hours, in less than a half an hour they were done. The phone looks perfect and works perfectly as well. The total cost of the repair was $149.99, which was cheaper than sending the phone in for repairs through our carrier. read more
