After spending forty years as a computer engineer, I thought I could change the keyboard in my own laptop. I ordered a new keyboard, looked at a youtube repair video, and realized that I was completely out of my depth. I took it to Wolfie who deftly disassembled the entire machine, discovered that I had the wrong keyboard, then built up a replacement with pieces from the old and new keyboards. This involved careful work on plastic pieces. The result has worked great now for a couple of weeks. I give Wolfie my highest recommendation. read more

Communication was off and on, but that's to be expected when chatting through a third party like the Yelp app. Once we hooked up, Wolfie(?) was concise and accurate about his pricing and the work I requested. It went well and I had my screen replaced in about an hour. This was on a foreign phone (Oppo Find N5, a fold phone not sold in the US) that 3 other shops declined to work on. Pricing was good also, so I give this repair service an AAA+++ rating. read more

Absolutely phenomenal service. I dropped an entire cup of coffee on my laptop at the airport, and was able to make an appointment for that same day. Super nice person, made saying goodbye to my laptop easier.Cyber dragon was able to transfer all my data onto a flash drive and mailed it to me when I couldn't come back down. Whole price ended up being $72 for diagnostic + data transfer + super cool usb drive. Great value! read more

Never fear! Wolfie here! She was absolutely amazing and helped me with my conundrum of a PC. I was having issues with my PC black screening when I booted it up and Wolfie was able to diagnose that it was two of my ram sticks had burnt out and was causing my boot up failure. After she ran it through some benchmarks everything came out to be fine once again and I was very happy. Wolfie was an absolute sweetheart and was very knowledgeable and walked me through exactly what was going on and I am very thankful that people like her exist in this space. I used to have someone I could go to in Sherwood, but they were bought out and are no longer in business. I feared that I may not find a person who is honest & helpful until I met her. I would recommend her to my friends and family, which I've already started doing. So if you are looking for someone who's tech savvy, great communicator, knowledgeable, and caring. She's your person. I would definitely come back again. read more

Highly recommended. Wolfie knew the problem before I even got there, simple fix. Will definitely go back.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and advice I received from Wolfie. When I contacted her I was borderline hysterical due to a hard drive failure on my old gaming laptop that wiped much of my data amidst a business project deadline crunch. She worked with me to recover my data and get me up and running on my new computer in record time. In addition, her professionalism and can-do attitude kept me calm and confident during the process. A great combo of smart, nice and direct, Wolfie is great to work with. After completing work she gave me free, very helpful advice on better practices to improve my performance and security. All for a great price for her excellent services! Highly recommended!!! read more

Super friendly and great value! Great conversation and polite/friendly and transparent service. Wolfie also took the time to test the console and made sure things were in working order before I departed. I'm extremely pleased! read more

Reached out to Wolfie after my HP Omen took a dirt nap out of the blue. Had already reached out to another local company that suggested I simply buy a new computer. I knew I wouldn't be doing that so after texting Wolfie, she reached out and called to have me give a bit more info, the call was pleasant, informative, and a total trip when I heard Wolfie say she could save me from buying another machine. The entire process from beginning to end was 3-4 days (with my case being a unique one requiring an attempt at data recovery), but there was always great communication and reassurance. Wolfie is now my go-to computer wizard and I thank her from the bottom of my heart! read more

We had a problem with our Nintendo Switch not charging; needless to say, the kids were not going to tolerate this situation for long. We posted our project on Yelp, and Wolfie was quick to respond. After we dropped off our Switch, she did some quick diagnostic work, realized that the issue was something that would be better handled by another company, contacted us to explain the situation, and then actually delivered the Switch to said other company to repair. Frankly, this level of customer service was definitely above and beyond our expectations. We'd most certainly go back to Wolfie with any tech repairs we might encounter in the future. read more

I never leave reviews, but I would feel it a disservice to not do so this time. I sent out a quote request to several local tech repair places, and Wolfie was one of the first to answer back (with the BEST quote by far) and she was the most convenient location to me. My MacBook needed a simple screen replacement, which she did very quickly, even recycled an old iPad for me, and for the best pricing in town! She was very pleasant to work with and I will absolutely be in contact with her again for any future tech services I need. I also love having new recommendations for my clients when they are in need of other services! read more
