This gentleman was a absolute sweetheart to me and my wife. I have met some techs over the years who have just been about business and treated us like a Walmart just in and out of the store. This guy puts care into his work and treats elderly people with absolute respect. I respect his intelligence and his expertise and the fact he came out a hour after I called is wonderful. I had a issue with my PC after someone broken into it and was in my email and bank accounts. Nothing but absolute trouble for days and he came in and removed the intruder out and setup his magic locks and keys. Not entirely sure what he did but I wrote it down, and he took a extra 30 minutes to add some virus programs and set us up with a clean machine. Thank you for your time young man and thank you for being one of the more respectful people we met. I also wanted to mention his pricing his super reasonable and the value of his service outweighs the flat rate. We actually tipped him because he spent extra time and stuck by our original agreement. read more

I cannot recommend Gabriel Martin at Dapper IT LLC highly enough. After returning home from a trip to Seattle, he came straight over to assist me with a serious security issue. A remote intruder had gained access to my machine, creating a complete mess, but Gabriel was absolutely professional and efficient. He performed a thorough scan, removed the remote access, and cleaned up the entire system, giving me total peace of mind. What truly stood out was his character and transparency. As an 88-year-old woman, I greatly appreciated the way he treated me with the utmost respect and patience throughout the process. He charged a very fair flat rate of $150, so there were no surprises or hidden fees. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and kind to handle your technology needs, Gabriel is the person to call. read more

Honestly, my gaming rig was getting super dusty and I was worried about it overheating. I hit up this guy and he was awesome. he came out the exact same day, which is pretty rare. He gave me a flat $150 rate right off the bat, so I didn't have to stress bout some dude taking his time on purpose and charging me for a worthless service. He got the whole thing cleaned out and running perfectly in under two hours. He was super professional, had a really chill vibe, and actually took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel clueless. If your setup needs some work, this is a super solid choice. Highly recommend. read more

Gabriel provides outstanding customer service so I highly recommend other people use his service. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go extra miles. When Gabriel is unable to resolve any problem immediately, he conducts research and helps through Quick Assist. He charges fees on the basis of the job instead of hours, different from some computer repair shops. His rate is very fair and there is no hidden fee. Gabriel will be the first person for me to contact whenever I run into any computer related issue in the future. read more

I had Gabriel from Dapper IT LLC come out to Tigard to fix a laptop with a completely broken screen that wouldn't display anything. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The repair was done quickly and the laptop looks and works like new again. It was a huge relief not having to take it into a shop -- he came right to me and handled it without any hassle. Definitely recommend Gabriel if you need someone reliable and easy to work with for computer repairs. read more

Gabriel is professional and personable while going above and beyond in search of my printer problem refusing to print (which essentially had died). He answered my questions with patience and thoroughly, and researched to find a solution. His response for service was very timely, and his fees more than reasonable especially considering all the time and effort he invested to find a solution. I would highly recommend this young man who has 12 years experience, and a huge bonus is that he comes to you!!!! read more

Super professional and easy to work with. My laptop was repaired quickly, and the communication was clear throughout the process. Rebecca came out to handle the repair and was wonderful to work with. She stayed on top of everything and got it running perfectly. I definitely recommend their services if you need a reliable tech fix! Regarding their pricing, their value was flat rate and couldn't be happier with the time it took to fix it vs the cost I would of paid for a new computer! read more
