When I got there, I described my SSD: 2.5-inch, requiring M3 x 5mm screws. They were kind enough to give me 4 screws, free of charge. But the screws they gave me were not at all the right size. Later, I went to a hardware store, got screws meeting the spec, which fit perfectly. I was surprised to have gotten the wrong screws, because these SSDs are a very standard item.
