The process was very involved due to layers of complexity with my mother's old phone plan, a long outdated phone, etc. He stayed way past closing to complete the process. Me and my roommate went to this store after the unfortunate death in the family and attempted to get out accounts consolidated. Verizon's policy meant that store staff sent us away in order to call Verizon's 611 number. After doing so and giving all my personal information over the course of thirty minutes, the process abruptly stopped when I refused to install a new browser on my computer to complete the transaction. Staff smeared the company whose browser I was using and belittled me repeatedly until I finally terminated the call. I attempted to solve this problem through their website, but the staff that I was connected to were unable to solve the problem without sending me back to the horrible team that had ruined my day. I will never use Verizon again. read more

I went to this location and I couldn't be happier that I did! Kaitlyn was AMAZING. We had issues when calling customer service (who was extremely rude and demeaning to Kaitlyn.. telling her basically that she didn't know how to do her job). Granted, while the dude kept putting her on hold, Kaitlyn was able to figure it all out on her own. Between her and Kalleah, it was a fun (and entertaining!) experience. These girls are awesome.... They will take care of everything you need! Thank you, ladies!! Verizon your customer service line 800.922.0204 is a joke. I wish I could give you a negative star rating. I have been trying to call customer service phone line for an hour. I am calling for a business and your automated system hangs up on me, or sends me back to the beginning. BRING BACK PEOPLE TO ANSEWER THE PHONE! People not computers! Why can't you hire a person (people) to answer the phone and transfer the caller to the correct department? Why did you decide that a perfectly working process should be removed and this inefficient (I am assuming money saving for you, but charge me more) process would be better for the customer to eliminate? Who ever thought that a stupid computer would be better than a real person should be fired. I wouldn't trust that person with any decision ever again. They failed. Just like you failed when you removed people from the phones. I pay you enough; and I am sure everyone else does as well. Stop stuffing profits into your pockets and hire REAL PEOPLE! Wow again!! What a positive experience!! Amelia stayed with me for so long, making sure we got *amazing* deals on everything. She even called a colleague to get advice about how best to do something--most people would just have said, "It looks like I can't do that," but instead she gave us such a great deal by going that extra step. She was so courteous and friendly the whole time and thanked me for my patience, even though she was showing so much patience herself. Some of the options she suggested as part of our update were such great ideas that I am giving them to my husband for Christmas! Usually going to do anything technical is such a chore, but I came out feeling like I'd got the very best deal and been treated so nicely--it made my weekend! After being with Xfinity and getting totally jerked around, she had the knowledge and drive to get everything setup and transferred. We called this morning about a broken phone got an appointment for 3pm. Was told to arrive 15 minutes early. Another family was being helped so we waited. A third couple came in without an appointment and was helped before us. We are going on two hours and we still have not been helped. Granted there was only 1 salesmen but this is atrocious. WOW! Had such a stellar experience with these guys! Went to the Washington Square location the previous day with a friend and was completely brushed off so I googled where I could find another location and these guys popped up with excellent reviews - and the reviews are right! I called before I went in to have some questions answered prior to making the trip and Jay spoke with me and answered all my questions. Once I felt good I went into the store. Jay was so helpful and took the time to help me get me phone set up so I could trade my old one in while I was in the store. He got me hooked up with the right accessories and was easy and friendly to chat with during the process. This location is smaller and has slower traffic so if you need some extra one on one time with a rep I highly recommend you come here! read more

These reps will find your best Verizonwireless package. They will spend time troubleshooting your tablet, or your phone. I highly recommend this store. The other side of this shiny coin is that they are an authorized dealer of Verizon but the company is GoWireless. You can buy bundles of products that can be cost-saving if you are going to be buying more products in the future. You will get your coupon, your discounts, in the time contracted at GoWireless stores at the time of purchase of the bundle. If you want pure Verizon this is not your store. You would look for a corporate store. Were you to buy something once and not expect to be a frequent consumer, this might not be the droid you are looking for. +/- 0.8 Super nice reps and they will do their utmost to make you happy. Do not go here. The staff are pressuring customers and lie to you to get you to buy things you don't need. Amy and Adam charge $25 (which they don't mention until you get the bill aka hidden fees) for them to do your iPhone to new iPhone data transfer- this is actually free, takes zero effort and can be done on any WiFi by yourself. They sit there lying that you can't take your phone home and do it yourself- you absolutely can and should. Charging $25 is robbery and it needs to be stated up front, not a hidden cost at the end. You do not need their set up and go service seeing as it takes zero effort and Apple does everything on its own. You can take your phone home, press start on the data transfer and Apple completes it for you, then go on Verizon app/website, press trade in phone and get your phone traded in. Amy and Adam are liars and pressure customers into buying things they don't need and don't take no for an answer and apply more pressure. They also do not let you know they are charging you fees for their service. Taking advantage of customers is not a good business model. I've been to plenty of Verizon's where they help you and guide you through every process and explain everything in depth. Amy and Adam do not fit the bill. If you go to this store, speak with any other representative. Amy and Adam also lie saying that you need to have a better charger when that's not the case. They're only there to upsell you cheap accessories that won't protect your investment. This stores salespeople are completely unnecessary and they are predatory preying on customers. Wow!! Best customer service ever. My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday night at 7:10pm - they were closing at 8pm. Aneesh was happy to help us get new phones and walked us through the iPhone back up process. Both of our phones were older and slow and the whole back up took a pretty long time... Aneesh was SO patient and kept us entertained the whole time. He stayed over an hour past closing time for us and never once made us feel bad. As a side note, we went to an actual Verizon anchor store earlier in the day before checking out this store. Turns out Aneesh hooked it up WAY more than the Verizon store and we walked away feeling like we both got really good deals and a great experience as well! Hello Robert, I was told that you're the manager of this Verizon location. I went in today and your employee gave me a very bad experience with horrible customer service. I was told that she had issues with the system yesterday before she even began helping me set up services. We were about 5 minutes in and she goes "sorry the system shut down you can try in 48 hours" when I myself seen her help out 2 other customers ahead of me! This is just absolutely ridiculous. I wasn't able to get her name she was very rude about it and I respected her wishes to not allow me to know her name so I will describe her, she was built sort of like a short tree stump with short hair, I don't know how else to describe her she just looks kind of like a farm worker that carries hay on her back hours of the day or carries buckets of milk since she has that type of broad build to her shoulders. IF ANYONE ELSE is reading this DO NOT GO to this Verizon location if you want to be in and out quick and be treated like a decent human being PLEASE go to any other near by location! I hate giving bad reviews but this was a giant hassle and the GoWireless leadership need to take responsibility for how they train their staff. The team at this location were friendly and courteous but the systems they use were slow causing customers to wait way too long for simple tasks. But my main issue was being told I could purchase a WiFi only iPad to avoid the phone line charge. Only to find out that's impossible because Verizon only sells cellular devices even with iPads, which maybe I should have known. Also this was after I returned the first one when I found out there was a second phone number even on my account. So when we picked up the second to discover it wasn't what I was told was really frustrating. To make it worse I live 2 hours away and had to ask my 78yr old dad to deal with the exchange and return. Not good! I would not recommend this location although the team tried, they are not well trained. read more

Worst customer service ever! I waited almost 20 minutes for other customers to finish their purchases. Then I started my purchase going through all the details of the phone I was looking for in the new plan that I wanted to get and all of those details and then I was asked for a documentation that was actually in the car. I was gone from the store for less than 1 minute. Upon my return I discovered that the sales associate had moved on to another customer. She indicated that it was a quick accessory sale. I nodded in acceptance. Then she told the other sales associate to take over my purchase. I said that I didn't really want to start again from scratch. She actually yelled at me as she was walking by that we hadn't started anything yet. If that was true then why did the new associate have to get all of the information from me again?
