I met Matt inside and told him what I have and that I was just browsing. I went to look at the latest LG OLEDs and he walked me through the new changes that I was unaware of in some of the recent LG OLEDs. I had been disinterested in LG OLED models because the improvements have been extremely minor until these newer panels. So not only was Matt deeply educated, but he also showed me the current deals they had going and it was roughly $700 dollars less than the same model on Amazon. I was also offered free shipping and installation on its stand and a 5 years warranty, including burn-in. It was an amazing deal and put the price of the 77" TV within $300 of the original purchase price of my smaller 65". I let him know I would think about it and took his card. I did additional research online and compared prices to confirm the size of the deal. A few hours later I called him back, and we had a deal after only a few minutes. He was kind, reasonable and respectful. This was one of the best brick and mortar experiences I have ever had. Great service, gentle selling, actually knowledgeable staff, and a truly best deal (I compared Amazon with my % back, Costco with my % back, and B&H). I HIGHLY recommend coming in if you are in the market for mid-high tier TVs. I have zero negative notes.

After we signed up, they shipped us the phones with an instruction sheet on how to plug them into the wall. This was the great support they were touting. The phones came without power supplies and our data switches were not powered (POE). To add panic to the situation, they even started our phone line transfer from our current carrier to them before we even received the phones. The phones were 10/100 so our network speed with their phones would drop 90%. The phones were much more basic than our 20 year old system. We desperately looked for real help and found it with VoIP Portland. They saved us, took over the project and we sent the other phones back for a refund. Our new phones are incredible, color screens and fully programmable by us. For less than the 'bargain' we got from the other guys we received a hands-on installation and customization of the phones.
