I asked how long it would take and he said between 15-25 minutes and then to my surprise HE went from behind the counter, went to the back to get the battery and went out to the parking lot to install it! He ended up changing it out in about 15 minutes and was friendly and knowledgable the whole time. Super efficient, and the place was pretty busy. Wish I had gotten his name but I didn't see any of the empoyees wearing nametags and if I worked retail I wouldn't want randos knowing my name either haha.
