I am visually impaired, and this guy charged me for a non-existent service. Thinking my phone was broken, I took it to this guy to be examined. I returned later the same day, and he charged me $60 for what turned out to be a simple recharge of the battery. I paid $60 thinking he has repaired the charge port of my phone. My landlord showed me that in my visual fog I was simply using the wrong size charger; there had been no repair. This guy charged me $60, I paid cash, and he did not give me a receipt. He does not pay taxes, he is a straight-up thief. I wrote this same review at the time of the incident in 2021. He takes advantage of elderly blind people! read more

Friendly, fast repair at an excellent price. Highly recommend this place!

This place is great! It's inside a seafood grocery store but don't let that turn you away. My daughter shattered my iPhone big time. I wasn't even able to unlock it anymore and the LCD screen was messed up. Called around a few places that charge $130 and up and for someone that's currently on a budget, Irepair wireless came in like a knight in shining armor. For less than $100 bucks my iPhone looked new and shiny in less than 20 minutes. Couldn't recommend this place more! read more

He's the real deal. I woke up and my phone wasn't working. Came by and dropped off my phone. He had it fixed within 45 minutes. Fair price, phone is working great now. Couldn't ask for more. read more

I gave him five stars because he fix my phone real fast. And good price!... The place is a supermarket with all kinds of Asian food. And the guy has his desk to repair the phones on the side. Like all in one ha ha ha ha. Anyway I needed a new port on my iPhone and the guy save my butt that day... read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SEAFOOD MARKET! I came here despite mixed reviews and made the biggest mistake of the year. My iPhone 6+ needed a simple screen replacement, the price seemed reasonable ($80) but turned out to be the worst purchase, not close to OEM. Now, my phone has a blue/green-ish hue to the screen, the new screen bulges so it's not smooth and flush with the frame, and the worst part is that TOUCH ID is permanently disabled.Additionally, the owner's customer service is horrible, didn't speak a word to me and was chatting in a different language to his visiting friend. Not one word except the cost. If you don't believe me, try entering the store just to look around/shop and ask yourself if you would trust the worker to operate on your $1k phone.. read more

AT&T offered to bill me $199 for a refurbished Iphone, because my battery was no longer holding its charge. No thanks! The technician at iRepair changed the battery in less than 5 minutes for 1/4th the price of a "refurb". He also provided a 30 warranty. Thanks very much! He also carries the screen protectors for iPhone 6 plus, for only $15. I paid $40 at AT&T. read more

Where's the cheapest/most professional/nicest iPhone repair I've Ever had? ..inside an Asian/Mexican seafood market, of course. Guy was courteous, knowledgable and explained all the details before he did the work (an obliterated screen on my iPhone 5s, after it departed my vehicle on the highway). Writing this yelp review on the new screen now.. OEM screen, like new, save some marks on the back case from the highway. We'll call that "patina" read more

Started off by going to Apple and the service was awful. They wanted to charge me over 200 to fix my cracked screen. I walked in and they fixed my I phone 6 + in 15 minutes! Cost $140 but was well worth it. They were fast, kind, and diligent. I highly recommend. read more

This is a one-man show, be patient with him! There are times when 5 people are waiting, because he is GOOD! Best price, quick replacement! PRO! I've been here 2 times now and I would never go anywhere else. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This guy is a complete crook and "installed" a poor piece of glass that came loose after one week and cracked. We took it back and he refused to honor his 30 day guarantee. He said, "I charge you again!" Bottom line is that this guy works in a sketchy area in a fish market. STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY and either go to an Apple store or a reputable kiosk in the mall. This place is extremely dishonest. He scammed my wife for $120 and the Apple Store in the mall did it correctly for $109. Don't waste your money and a dishonest business that's doesn't warranty their service or non-OEM, poor parts. P.S. After the owner's comment: Just like his response to other complaints he tries to get around it. Bottom line is that it was installed improperly, the corner came loose and snapped/cracked when you touched it. Still worthless, the Apple Store is much better, uses quality OEM parts (obviously) and those techs are helpful to no end. The Apple Store is absolutely above reproach and CHEAPER. Please DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GUY. If you want cheap fish, he probably has it in his market but an iPhone repairman, he is NOT! He should be shit down for fraud. read more

Fast and inexpensive but the screen has a fun green tint.... get what you pay or I guess :(

They have saved me innumerable times on various iPhone issues including home button, cracked screen with the dreaded black dot and lines across the screen. Always fast, always a great price. Plus, his shop has really good options for Asian cooking which I love. He is definitely my go to for iPhone issues. read more

Based on favorable reviews here and close proximity to my home I visited "Irepair Wireless", oddly located inside Da Xing Seafood. I got a bad vibe from the first instant I set foot inside, when the sullen gent behind the counter merely glared at me. He said nothing, only stared, so I inquired about cell phone repair. "No more!", he stated angrily. "OK," I said. "Then perhaps you should remove the sign from your window." Receiving no answer to this suggestion, I left the store.. read more

My battery in my iPhone 6 was going out. Didn't want to get an upgrade because my phone was still in good condition other than the battery. I took it to irepair and in less than 15 min I had a replacement battery. I don't think the battery that was placed in my phone was new but for a small price my phone is back in business. I was having to charge my phone 3-4 times a day and now depending on my usage I can get through the day almost without charging. I just had this done a few days ago but was assured if I still had issues I could go back in. read more

I tried to change the battery on my iPhone myself and couldn't get the phone back together. I took it in to iRepair and they fixed it in 10 minutes! I broke the camera when I was trying to get the phone back together, and they put in a new camera for me, and only charged me for the cost of the camera replacement. And the price was VERY reasonable. Very friendly customer service as well! I've told my friends and relatives that they should take their iPhones here if they need to be repaired. I'll be back when I need to upgrade my phone to the next version too. :) read more

Very helpful. Ended up suggesting a website for me to unlock my iPhone instead of charging me to do it. So now I'm going to bring in my old iPhone to repair screen just to give him some business. read more

The repair guy here is great! He knows his stuff and gets it done fast. He doesn't speak much english but his techi son does who works with him. I highly recomend this place. The photos for this place location may seem wrong. That's because the asian food market owner is actually the repair guy! It's located inside the food store. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES HERE!!! I came to this "shop" to repair a cracked ipad air screen based on the good reviews on yelp. As I walked into the fish market and saw his unorganized work area, my gut told me to turn around. I wish I would have listed to my gut!! From the moment we picked up the Ipad we had major concerns. The keyboard did not work at all so I took it back. He "fixed" it a second time and the keyboard still did not work. So I took it back again and managed to fix it but damaged the home button so I took it back for a third time and he sorta fixed it but it was scratched and home button not on securely. (should have demanded my money,$130, back at this time) Now 3 months later the home button is broken. Went back to store and he said that he only guarantees work for 1 month. This was not a complicated repair to begin with so I have little confidence in the fact that he knows what he is doing. I am not unreasonable and understand that he can not warrant the ipad for life, but seeing as how it was never fixed right to begin with I thought he would work with me. I am writing this review thinking if I can stop one person from going here to avoid the headaches I have experienced it would be worth it. There are so many other places that do phone repairs and it might be worth it to pay a bit more for quality workmanship. read more

This man is a lifesaver. He has swapped batteries, cameras, cleaned, sold me accessories, and installed my new favorite ever screen protector and he works for a very low price. It makes me happy because I can get my device up and working at a fraction of what the Apple Store would charge me, and refurbish devices to hand off to my friends. I will never go to a big phone store again! On top of all that, he does it while you wait, usually just a couple of minutes. read more

What a great guy. Right to the point, fixes your phone in under an hour, cheaper than comparable options around town. We frantically searched for a screen repair place on a rainy Sunday after a horrible experience at one of those kiosks in the mall. Found this guy on Yelp and the reviews were true. The shopping center and store might not look like much from the outside but this place is the real deal! read more

Great service. $99 for ipad 4 screen repair a bargain. Fast and friendly. My ipad looks just as it did when I bought it.

Fastest around? Probably. Cheapest? Against my other 4 quotes it was. This iRepair shop is inside the DaXing seafood mart. i got a white screen on my black iPhone, they were out of black screens and I just wanted it fixed today, right now. But fixed it is, only $59 for an iPhone4 and 30 min spent at the pub in the strip mall and I'm on my way. They did a great job, and said it's under warranty for 1 month (no cracks though, don't drop your phone like I did/do). read more

They went above and beyond to fix my iPhone 5 camera. Apple wanted $270 to replace the phone. They replaced my camera in 25 minutes for only $40. Great service too. read more

Best price in town that I could find. Friendly, VERY fast service for my broken touchscreen on my iphone 5s. Also came with a guarantee. I agree that the man's english is not tip-top, but it greatly exceeded my expectations considering the other reviews here. Oh, also, I was surprised that the man pictured answered his business phone long after business hours. No promises he will do the same, but he clearly wants to help. Much appreciated. Thank you! read more

Fixed my 6 plus in 15 minutes, very satisfied with the service and price. Highly recommended!

I was a bit skeptical driving up to this location, as it is in a Seafood Market. However, they fixed my iPhone 5C's obliterated screen for $80, far lower than all the other quotes I received. He also had it fixed in no more than 5 minutes. The screen works like new, and other than the home button being a little more sunken, I'm beyond pleased with the repair. read more

One star for my last experience. He's replaced multiple iPhone screens for my kids phones in a matter of hours and pretty cheap. My phone on the other hand is a Samsung Galaxy 6s plus edge. Broke my screen and unusable. He said no problem he'll order a screen. 5-6 days. Ok. 8 days I go in and it's there. We'll it's a 6s screen. He's says sorry they sent the wrong one. Give him 48hrs. Ok, for proper screen. Go in after 2 days and he's helping others and starts to wave his arms as soon as he sees me. To expensive, to expensive. What? It's to expensive of a screen so if you get it online and bring it to me I'll replace for 60 bucks. Seriously? 2 weeks I waited on him and got ran around. 2 weeks no phone!! I called around and took it to a kid on Hawthorne on Friday and he called Monday morning it's ready to go. I know you get what you get when you rely on someone repairing phones behind the counter, selling frozen fish, and dungeness crabs out of the back. But, I was sadly disappointed after all the business I've brought him not to mention local kids I know from the area and get lame service. Stick to iPhone repairs i guess. Or Google Hawthorne if your smart. read more

Really, a vietnamese/mexican grocery store/iphone repair shop... it doesn't get any better. $80 to repair a shattered 5 screen, in maybe 30 minutes. Broken iPhone screens suck, but if ever you need the service, give him your business. read more

I dropped off an iPhone 5s and a 5c, both with really busted up glass and one of the cameras was smashed sideways. He was able to fix them BOTH in 30 minutes and everything worked perfectly! Would deffinitely recommend to others. read more

He replaced my iPhone 5 screen within 10 minutes for $80. Phone works great again. I'd highly recommend this business.

My Iphone was ran over by many cars. The glass was pulverized and the screen was pretty much black. The body was somewhat bent. I found my phone with my ap Find Phone and it rang when I called it to so I figured it was worth fixing. Found this place on a search had 5 stars so I was hopeful. Within 20 mins after I gave it to him it was looking and running great!!! Definetly recommend. I did have an otterbox box on it. The heftiest you could buy. I think that helped save it. read more

I've taken my phone here twice for cracked screens (yes I am horrible with taking care of phones) and both times my phone was back to new in 15 minutes. He even knocked off $10 from the price the second time (even though the damage was even worse and the screen wasn't even working). Apple was going to charge me at $200 the first time and then wouldn't even offer to fix it the second time. Plus with appointments and scheduling, it was impossible to get in to even find out I couldn't get it fixed. This guy is the best, recommend to all my friends that need phone repair! read more

Unfortunately I had the worst experience at this store . I read the reviews and wanted to go to the Mom & Pop store . I had two iPads fixed here and they cracked within 1week . When I brought them back the owner said that he could give me a discount but could not repair for free . I said that this was unacceptable as I had already paid him $240 . He said that there was nothing that he could do ! He kept saying that he could not afford to lose money in his work . I said his reputation should be the most important part of his business . Needless to say he didn't fix my iPads . I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs ! read more

I dropped my unprotected iPad on a tile floor and shattered the screen. Threw a plastic cover on it to prevent glass pieces from flaking off. Called around and didn't like any of the price and down time estimates. Then, I noticed iRepair as I was driving past and checked them out on Yelp and saw the good ratings. I called for a price and got the lowest price ($99) and down time (60 minutes) estimates I'd found. I didn't need to make an appointment because they had the cover in stock. I dropped it off and, when I came back 75 minutes later, it was ready and waiting. The owner even cleaned off the old plastic protector and reattached it. The work was meticulously and quickly completed, and the owners were friendly. I'd give a sixth star if possible because of the hilarious surreal factor of getting the iPad repaired in a store that also sells seafood, lamb, and other groceries along with iPad and iPhone accessories. read more

I don't recall how I found him, but it must have been an internet search because his store is somewhat hidden in a strip mall. The store is actually a small Asian food market, and he performs the service onsite. My 12 year old dropped his phone and cracked the screen so I brought it in and he replaced it and we added an extra protective layer while getting it fixed. The extra layer ended up cracking after about six months, but I can't say it's because of quality, and assume it's because my son dropped it again (which he did do, multiple times). Replacing the cover was $15, so not a big deal, and I was glad the main glass wasn't broken again. If this is par for the course, I'd rather pay this guy $15 every 6 months to fix that top layer, than to pay Verizon $11 every month for a crappy protection plan that includes a $150 deductible. I didn't know about the deductible (the Verizon sales guy actually lied about it when he sold me the plan!) until I found out the hard way and immediately dropped the coverage. Anyway, I'm happy with the service that Irepair Wireless provided, and will most likely go back again, if needed. Please understand when reading my review that I'm giving 5 stars as someone that has never used such a repair service before, so I can't compare to other repair shops. read more

I went to this place to have a simple broken screen replaced. The guy broke my phone so badly I now have to replace it. I have an HTC One. When I returned to pick up my phone I noticed the keys didn't work and that the side was torn up from what was obviously him trying to pry it open with a sharp object. I took it to another shop to have it looked at. They said the person who previously "worked" on it broke all of the connector pins because they didn't know what they were doing. I called Irepair and asked them to cover the costs to replace the phone. The owner of the shop began yelling at me and interrupting me saying that he "could have fixed it." You CANNOT fix broken pins on the main chip. I will be contacting the BBB about the quality of service I received and the absolute hostility from the person who claims to be a business owner. DO NOT go there if you want your phone back in working condition. read more
