I needed a new battery in my iPhone 11 pro. Best Buy, a licensed repair depot for Apple declined to…read morerepair it even though they had the battery in stock. I dropped by Cellutech who quoted me the same price ($89) and ordered the battery for me with no deposit required. It came in the next day and I dropped it off shortly after they opened. Less than one hour later, I got a text saying it was ready. The battery was not official Apple, of course, so it doesn't report correctly under battery health, but they explained that ahead of time. It's actually probably a better, fresher battery than the real Apple one that was manufactured long ago and been sitting on a shelf. So far, it's working great. I was pleased with both folks I interacted with including the actual tech who did the work. My only (minor) gripe was I felt a small shop like this would come in a few bucks under the offical Apple replacement cost, but I was happy to pay the $89 for quick, confident repair services. Recommended!

My boss was not happy with that period of time. I called and assessed the situation job with CPR Beaverton. The woman on the phone nodded sagely (or I assume she did when she gave the all encompassing "yeah, I know it.") She asked for me to bring it in, which I happily did that day after work. I came in and met a guy who I don't remember his name either (it's a trend with my reviews, I'm bad with names and I feel bad about it), but he reminded me of a leaner Rick Harrison from Pawn Stars. I was expecting him to give the iconic line of "best I can do is..." [keep your phone for the next few days while you learn to navigate home by observing what side of a rock moss grows on and following the feel of the wind and the projected path of the setting sun] (Seriously, it's 2020, I can't even make it to the end of my driveway without following my GPS, -hold up a sec, that makes me sound like I'm rich and have a long driveway and I want to clarify my driveway is only like 12 feet long). The celebrity look-alike not only merely borrowed my phone for all of eight minutes, he also gave it back fully cleaned out and charged me much less than expected! It's partially my fault for not having a more broken phone, but it's also the fact that they are experts at what they do. Super professional, super courteous, I don't have enough adjectives for this business and their employees. Imagine as many positive ones as you can muster and place them at the end of this review. I will let this abridged remix of War and Peace rest for now. Suffice to say I recommend this business wholeheartedly.
