I asked how long it would take and he said between 15-25 minutes and then to my surprise HE went from behind the counter, went to the back to get the battery and went out to the parking lot to install it! He ended up changing it out in about 15 minutes and was friendly and knowledgable the whole time. Super efficient, and the place was pretty busy. Wish I had gotten his name but I didn't see any of the empoyees wearing nametags and if I worked retail I wouldn't want randos knowing my name either haha. Anyway, I highly recommend this store for all of your battery needs!

This works out well for me considering he'll help oversee it, time it such that he'll also do the repairs shortly after any holes need to be made. With any and all work he does, he offers not only great solutions (better than some dedicated specialist contractors) but also better-quality results, done holistically. It's hard-earned praise. I've worked directly with various plumbers, various electricians and also had him do some other work as well as subcontract out what was needed. These days I've learned to bounce my ideas off of him first before going out and getting a specialist first.

I didn't like it and tried to return it a few weeks later. What I wasn't told was that I'd only get $50 as in store credit if the box was damaged (just the box, not the actual product itself). The worst part was the guy looked up the resell price on a used version and it came to about $80, but he then took 35% off even though it's a return. I then wanted to buy an amp (What I originally wanted before I was talked into something else) and asked for something around the $150 mark. He then tried to talk me into an amp without telling me the price. I had to firmly ask what the price was twice before he told me it's $300. Even though I was visibly upset from losing $100 from a product I bought from them because the box was damaged. I finally got him to show me exactly what I wanted. If you go here, know exactly what you want and be firm about it so you're not talked into getting something you don't want that costs more money. Also know that the boxes their products are in are worth $100 so you can't return a perfect condition product, within their return window, if the box is damaged.

I highly recommend being very careful if you must bring your amplfiers there. It's for a repair work finished for my Mesa Boogie Mark III on 3/6/2022. I brought it for a crackling noise and it was just due to a bad 12AX7 tube (V1) due to bad contact on pins. They knew it but they additionally replaced a healthy volume pot, 2 healthy 30uF filter capacitors, while leaving one that was actually bad and underspec (20uF) which was worsening 60hz hum (which is the design weakness with this amp even with DC heater supply for V1). Total cost I paid was $100 + $15 + $16 + $10 + $125 = $266!! In addition, they didn't tighten up the top suspension screws which caused one 12AX7 tube to break during transport. It was not my first time taking the amp there because they are supposedly the only Mesa Boogie service center here. In 2018-2019, it was also them who installed the very JJ 20uF 500V filter capacitor that is underspec! I am engineer myself with a master degree in electrical engineering and I have been learning about repairing and building vintage tube amplifiers in past few years and now I know well enough. I still have all the receipts and documentation and the healthy parts that have been wrongfully replaced.

Come to find out it was not a genuine iphone screen, proven by a certified apple tech with the part number and a simple light test. We didn't give him the password which he wanted to test the device. We wanted instead to test the device in person when I picked it up and keep my passcode private. He used this as an excuse as to why the problems were arising. So many failures when I had the device back, most notably the camera. Still putting my trust in him I asked him to explain and he told me that the phone may have been damaged internally and this model was notoriously tricky for face ID and camera malfunctions and that I should ALSO pay him to fix the camera. Thankful I got a second opinion from an apple tech who let me watch him open the phone. *When the phone was opened there was still bits of glass scattered through it, the clips were bent and the camera was left unconnected* (see photos) it was obvious that this phone sustained too much damage to be repaired fully by a screen replacement but Kelani didn't tell me that, he hid it under a new aftermarket screen, charged me for a genuine screen and wanted to continue to milk me with the new camera replacement. When I talked to Kelani for the final time, I started out trying to be reasonable. I asked for my broken screen and my money back and that he could have this one back. He quickly began defending himself saying that he wouldn't refund me and that I should just take him to court. (I see it's a popular reply for him in his comment responses) He also told me that he didn't need people from "my side" and people "who look and talk like me" because he has plenty of good customers with people who love him. Needless to say I suggest you stay far away from this place, in case he decides that you're the customer he's going to scam.

He even stuck around for an extra 20 minutes to carefully examine the lock after he discovered a flaw with the locking mechanism (I had already purchased it on my own - no fault of his). He carefully took it apart, took a close look, and ended up fixing it up so everything worked flawlessly. This was also during peak COVID times, and he wore a mask throughout and was very cautious and polite. It's also always nice to work with a one-man-shop like Blaize. No coordinating with additional staff, no booking windows, no 'a representative will be back with you shortly'. Just a quick phone call, great service, and a reasonable pricetag.
