One time he installed a solid state drive on my laptop and it ran like lightning. Then, years later when I bought a new computer it didn't have a solid state drive and it was driving me crazy. Gabi installed another solid state drive and I have been enjoying it ever since. The whole process was seamless both times. Another time I was helping my mom in another state and my computer was totally dead. I couldn't start it or get it to do anything at all. I called Gabi and we tried a few solutions to no avail and then he recalled a possible solution that he had never had to use and it worked like a charm! I was up and running once again!! : ) Gabi is a very personable guy that takes pride in his work and always finds great solutions! I recommend him to anyone who needs a professional IT guy / computer repair.

Awesome awesome Skyen... PC magicians for us non-techno business owners!…read more I initially contacted Skyen to step up my PC security since I am a small business owner working in a field that demands high security for documents/emails filled with non-public information. My area of expertise is for my business and not in computer software so Skyen came to my office to check out my current set-up and to discuss my options. Marc was wonderful.... patient, super knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the best solution for my needs at a price I could afford. Enter Jeff.... Amazing wonderful PC Wizard Jeff. He was the technician responsible for migrating my email to another safer platform on my PC, all done remotely. Can't believe how complicated the work was (given my email situation) but he did it all. And lucky me, Jeff took care of the work without me having to stick around (read that: I got to go to my jobs [read that: earn money] without having to stick around the office). And once the migration was done, Jeff patiently showed me how to navigate my new email system. There were a few follow-up tweaks that he took care of too. Can't say enough great things about the work that was done or how I was treated. REALLY REALLY appreciate the service! And now I am in total compliance with my industry requirements. Thank you Skyen!

So.... Not sure what happened to this company. They used to be great. Then I was having problems…read morewith my computer they could not fix. They decided to re-install the operating system. I reminded them that I had program data on my C-drive that needed to be saved. But they did not make a backup and wiped out all the information I needed to have saved. The apology I received was "We are very sorry, but at least we learned something from this." And now - and this is important for everyone - since they gave me a new operating system, they made it so I cannot install anything without administrative permissions. As a CPA working with tax and accounting software that update often, this is ridiculous. Right now I have to update my accounting software. By the time I got my boss to drop what he's doing and come to my office to enter the admin password, the accounting software said I aborted the install. So do it all over again, but the accounting software is not very patient and now by the time it's ready to install the updates, my boss is back in his office and here we go again. I've been told that this is something ATS will do on all their clients' computers when they get new computers or setups. Beware CPA firms. You will be wasting two people's billable time just to be able to install required updates on your software if you use this company. Maybe they are all like this. Hopefully our firm will find another IT company soon! Because this is ridiculous.
