This is our second experience with Integration Engineers, they had installed an outdoor TV mount with Ethernet connection, the install was three years ago and everything is still working as intended. I was happy to find them still in business. We had a need to install two new Ethernet lines and ports to a few rooms in our home due to multiple family members now working from home. They gave me a detailed cost per hour, we set a date within a week or so and they were very punctual. The team arrived as promised, they were very professional, even removed their shoes as they worked inside our home. They completed the work within the timeframe and more importantly the Ethernet installation was completed as desired. We now have the needed ports to our rooms. Well, it started out just fine, and then ended really quick. Back in April 2025, Brad and another young lady came out and ran wire for our home audio system. The job went well, and we paid our invoice in full, and shared that we would call them to come back when it came time to install our speaker system. Brad stated that he would be glad to come back when we were ready. So, about two weeks ago, I called Brad, who was on a job at the time, and told him we were ready for him and the young lady to come back and install our Sonos speakers. Brad told me on the call, that he was on a job, but would get us on his schedule when he got back to the office. "No problem", I replied, and waited about a day or so to hear back from Brad. Well, two days became four days, and four days became seven or eight. I called Brad about three or four times and even emailed him to see where we stood, but there was absolutely no response what so ever. No call back, no email (spam or otherwise), and definitely no clue as to why we all of a sudden got onto his "Do not call list." This is about as flakey as a box of old fashion Corn Flakes, I tell ya! Hopefully this fella isn't laid up somewhere with broken bones or worse, because that is the only thing that would make sense as to why he has not, and will not call us back. Maybe the owner of this outfit can answer that question, because I don't have a clue. read more

We've had Brad and his team at IE come into our facility now for a variety of different work from call light issues, fire panel troubles, they connected our annunciator panels together which was a rather larger job, they have worked on door alarms, audible issues, fire pull problems, chasing wire connections, troubleshooting and the list goes on. I am sure I am forgetting some others. But each and every time they have been a great company to have in here! Brad is extremely knowledgeable at his craft, and they work hard and rather quickly without losing any of their high standards of quality. Super approachable. He is a master at his profession, always doing a wonderful job of explaining what his action plan is, trying to watch the cost on the consumer and to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed well in advance. You are part of the solution which gives you a peace of mind. And if surprises should arise, he does a great job of reconvening with you to make sure you are both are on the same page if a redirection is needed. Very much appreciate this so you don't have any issues later on. They arrive on the time when you schedule with them. And on quite a few occasions have given us some extra help on TV issues and input which they didn't have to do. Thank you! IE has really helped us and kept us in compliance with regulations now on numerous occasions. If you are looking for Low Voltage needs and a guy who goes above and beyond, give Brad at IE a call first. You won't be disappointed. I had the team at integration engineers come help install a flatscreen TV for meeting projections and presentations. It went perfectly! They were here quickly, brought everything they needed (especially when the mount I had was missing a part!), cleaned up after ensuring no dust/dirt was left behind, and helped troubleshoot how we could best make our system work for what we needed to use it for. I ran across Integration Engineers solely because they an avid Amazon customer, and placed an order (through Amazon) for someone to install my outdoor TV antenna. Amazon located the provider, which turns out to be Integration Engineers. It was scheduled for a three-hour job, but in the end it took about 4-5 hours to complete the job. Brad and Josh were the two technicians that came to my house. We ran into obstacles and it took longer than expected, but I must say both of them were in high spirits the entire time - there was never a time when they wanted to "call it quits". In the end the job was completed successfully with flying colors. I was so satisfied with their quality of service and customer service that I called them directly for a second job. I personally requested to have Brad [and Josh] return to do my second job request, which was to relocate a coaxial outlet. They came on time [once again] and completed the job again with the same quality work and customer service. They did a great job installing ethernet jacks in my house. They explained what was going on and managed to teach me a few things while they were there. They were both very nice and easy to work with. They even gave me some advice on how to ceiling mount my TV. Would highly recommend! read more

Integration Engineers did extensive wiring throughout both our front and back yard for lighting. The wiring had to go through flower beds and under walkways but once installed the appearance was seamless: You'd never know that there was any wiring in place, just the exposed lighting. And none of the plants or lawn were disturbed. I'd highly recommend. read more
