I had a some delays…read morebecause I ordered a few items for my home theater setup and have trouble finding a receiver due to corona and wildfires. I had to reschedule my install multiple times because of the delays. Luckily I was able to purchase incredible definitive technology speakers directly though Lucas far cheaper than I could find anywhere else. I also had a bit of a special request, I wanted my TV mounted over my fireplace but I knew it would be too high and give me and my family neck pain, I was able to order a nice drop down mount and Lucas was a bit hesitant of doing it but he said he would try his best if it's what I really wanted, it totally worked out, Lucas was able to unpack and install it perfectly and I can't be any happier with the final product. I'd highly recommend Nexus to friend and family. Lucas is a true professional and works hard, I tried to get him to take a break but his work ethic is tenacious. Thanks Lucas for helping me out!

I'm getting back into quality music playback after being away from it for a long time. I'm amazed…read moreat how great all the shops I've been to are. Chelsea Audio is no exception, and Ford is a great guy. Good and interesting selection of gear. Now with all of these places, it makes no sense for them to cover lower end gear. Between Best Buy, big box and Amazon, the commodity end of the market is handled. So it's understood that these types of stores are dealing with a very small segment of the market. And each time I've entered they have really tried to understand my needs and my time frame. As someone who tries to buy quality once and hold it for as long as possible, I'm slow to make a purchase of this sort. I've been clear about that, and Ford's main concern was to help me in that process while building a relationship. At the moment, all I needed were some new cans. After having my last pair for about 15 years, it was time for something fresh. In the end, I went with a line of cans that Chelsea didn't carry, but that was after a long and careful review at four stores. I hope that for my next piece that I'll be able to do business with Chelsea Audio. It's a great shop, very elegant, and a really nice array of equipment running up from the mid-level up to the stratosphere. They are really great.

I had two independent studios check the same file in dropbox and it was fine. I also had a different manufacture use the same file for a short run to hold us over - it checked out fine for them as well. In spite of the fact that I had been a faithful customer and ordered over 4000 CDs from Cravedog in the last 10 years, they refused to make it right.
