I scheduled an appointment with this company a couple weeks ago for next day service. The day of, they send me an email saying they can't make it. I thought that was fair since it was such short notice. so I schedule another appointment for a week and a half later to give them more time. at 10pm the night before my second appointment I get an email with them canceling again. I made an appointment from this company and they keep on rescheduling me for no reason. I would not recommend a company that keeps wasting their customers time. Since the Tech has not shown up for the 4pm to 5pm window of service and no one has called or emailed me I am to assume that my business is not worthy of Puls. On Sunday my Range Hood Vent stopped working. With a gas range you have to have a hood vent. So now on day 4 without being able to cook anything I am at a loss. At 2pm today I received an email saying that my Tech, name withheld on purpose by reviewer, would be at my home between 4pm and 5pm. So, after getting off of work early, costing me money, and bringing my day to a hault I get no service. No phone call, no email. Well, I guess it is a good thing that I booked a "local" company that will be out tomorrow, yet another day that I will miss part of my work day and work pay. Oh well..........lessons learned. I shattered the phone screen on my iPhone 6s and also used the promotion to replace my battery for $39. I also got a tempered glass screen cover for $10. In all my screen replacement, battery, and screen cover cost $118. Which is cheaper than simply replacing my screen at the apple store. Additionally, Puls offers a lifetime warranty on all services rendered. My tech, Timothy showed up at 9:05 am (my time window was 9am to 10am). He finished in just under an hour. He was professional and courteous and my phone is as good as new. I would definitely recommend this service and use it again. read more

After ruining my phone, the company does not respond to calls or emails. They will not repair the phone that they broke. They will not issue a refund. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau about these people. They are a total SCAM. Stay away!!!! They will replace your phone parts with garbage, and they will ignore you after you pay them. I'm disputing charges via my bank, because they will sincerely not respond to any of my attempts to communicate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! read more

While we were visiting Portland my wife tripped and cracked the LCD screen on her iPhone 6s. We really didn't want to pay Apple's price for the repair, so I did a little Googling and I saw the ad for Puls--$69, and a technician comes to your house. I read some reviews about Puls iPhone repair, and most people were quite happy with the repair. So I went online and scheduled a repair. The technician, Douglas Williams, arrived at the scheduled time, was very thorough and efficient (finished in less than an hour), and answered patiently when I had questions. The iPhone is working just fine. I would have no reservations about using Puls again (especially if we can get Douglas Williams!). read more

Beware PULS. Their work cost me double what they estimated. They did not disclose I would pay for time the technician shopped for parts. I paid for two hours shopping for standard parts I could have purchased in 10 mins. I disputed their charges at the time and told them I was not happy with the way they did business. At that time I unsubscribed from their service. Now two years later, they have charged me for an additional annual membership. I was not notified and NEVER would have agreed to it. They are telling me I was sent an email prior to the charge but are unable/unwilling to provide me with the email. Attempts to contact them by email are responded to with generic emails. The phone number they provide is out of service. So I am still paying for unsatisfactory work from almost two years ago. This is NOT the kind of company I want to do business with! read more

After being quickly contacted by Puls regarding my previous review, they assured me they wanted to make my experience with Puls a positive one. They sent a tech (Tim) out to the house this morning at my requested time of 9am. Tim was quick, professional, and got the job done right. They replaced my cracked screen with a screen that is even worse. If i am talking on it it pushes buttons, 3 way calls people, puts me on mute, and speaker phone all on its own. Complete junk. I was better off with my cracked screen. I contacted them and they said they would refund me and have the accounting department call me. They never did. I have called several times. now they offer me half of my money back. I want it all back and my cracked screen. I will just say the additional $80 and go threw my phones insurance company. not happy. Tim was awesome! He was super nice, quick, professional and easy to talk to. The screen was really cracked on my husband's phone. Very satisfied! On time, efficient and good customer service skills...Tim was our technician, he represented the company very well, we we're very impressed. The price at a box store location was $179 to replace my iPhone 7 Plus, our insurance was $225...Puls was $129, I got tempered glass for $10 more, so $139 total, done 20 minutes AND........came to my house to do it?! Zero stars please. I called this morning and they scheduled an appt for 12-1PM for a technician to come out. As noon approached they said no one was available. By text I was offered a 2-3 PM window which I took. AND I received email confirmation of the appt. I received a call after 2 PM stating they have no one available. They were unable to address my concerns of how appointments are being scheduled without technician availability. They are great apologizers and kept speaking over me without answering my questions - eager to get to a resolve. Offering a $10 dollar discount and to reschedule for the next day. There is no accountability. I get the impression they are in a huge call center somewhere. The supervisor I spoke with told me I did not really get confirmations, the language I received was that I was "booked." Bad business design, pass on this. read more

Made and Confirmed appointment for iPhone screen repair, was told at the appointment time that tech can't make appointment time, so rescheduled for later in the day. At new appointment time, tech called and said he doesn't have parts for my iPhone. Rescheduled for next day. Was told the next day that tech STILL doesn't have parts and they are BOOKED ANYWAYS, (they made the appointment!!) and they need to reschedule again. Take your phone somewhere else and maybe you'll get it fixed, or at least maybe they'll keep an appointment. This company was a joke . read more
