From walking in the door, I was greeted, and asked how I could be helped. I had ordered a Car Battery online with this company, but had never used them before. Walking in to a nice shop was helpful. The car battery comes with a 2 year warranty where if it won't take a charge anymore, they'll swap it. I put the battery in myself, and the core charge was easily refunded to any card you'd like. The gentleman that helped me was nice, and offered to carry the battery out for me. They also gave me access to wash my hands since I did the battery swap in the lot. Absolutely love love this store ! It's been a lifesaver for me. I've had my screen replaced on my iPhone and the battery, 8 months ago ! Works great. I got a screen saver it's saving me cause I'm not always graceful with my phone. Had to replace charging cords and was able to get two with usb ends cause my couch and car don't have apple connectors. Didn't know that was possible. These people are so helpful and nice. highly recommend. Ok first of super nice staff but that does not make up for the nightmare that came to repair my phone ok first 200$ for iPhone 11 screen repair is crazy (I started fixing phones because of this experience and I know iPhone 11 screen cost 30 dollar max and I understand it's a business but 200 dollars is crazy) second the screen started glitching out after a month luckily it was covered under there warranty so they fixed again for free but then 6 months later right after the warranty expired the screen starts glitching out again also they not only broke True Tone but also Face ID :( read more

I broke my screen, went here to get it fixed first the touch response was shitty the clarity sucks, but I dealt with it. Then I pulled my phone out of my pocket and there happened to be a small crack causing the screen to mess up within the screen seeing as I hadn't dropped it I figured they'd fix it under warrenty. I recently, the week of OCT 4th, 2021, did business with Batteries Plus Bulbs in Vancouver WA. The salesman, Valentine, was courteous and professional and we appreciated his manner. We planned on returning to program the new key and fob for the pickup. Fast forward 2 days and in addition to getting the new key and fob programmed, we paid extra for a new cell phone battery. Again very nice folks to deal with EXCEPT: Now that we have a new ignition key and fob, the security light on the dash blinks constantly and stays on solid when the vehicle is turned off. Batteries Plus Bulbs put some time on it and could not fix it. Now my pickup cranks but doesn't starts, perhaps 1 out of ten attempts. Batteries Plus Bulbs did not have a solution except to say "it should go away after awhile" and "a Toyota dealer would probably fix it for free" If anyone reading this can provide info on how to make the security light go away, you will find comments under Batteries Plus Bulbs on FB, Cowlitz County Classifieds. I am so disappointed. My daughter brought her phone in, back in April. It had a cracked screen. Since then we have had to bring it back 3 times for repairs. It is glitching again so I went to bring it back and was told I'm outside of my 6 month warranty. I called and apple with the manager Troy and he then switched it and told me that at the time it was fixed they couldn't test it and had a minor sign a contract agreeing. I would have never paid for the repair if there was no warranty. He then said they should have never worked on it in the first place. I asked that it was repaired once more and then as a adult I would sign to say final repair. This is horrible customer service, horrible repair and poor judgment having minors enter into agreements. I'm would not recommend going here and will be reaching out to the better business bureau. read more

These guys are terrible. I've had enough, and will never return. Not that the service was ever good, they just have a decent selection to choose from. Tonight I went there and arrived into the store a few minutes before they closed. The clerk tells me, "sorry, we're actually closed." Odd, because the sign states open, the door was open and he's helping someone at the register. I get it, you close at 7pm and it's 6:57pm.... However, I drove across town to get a battery from you. I politely ask him to make an exception, and he straight arms me with "no". Seriously, I drove all the way here, you can't please make an exception? "Nope" he states. My Worx Electric lawnmower (purchased at Costco) suddenly stopped working. The battery charger would read that the battery was fully charged but my lawn mower would not start. Since I couldn't tell if it was the battery or the mower itself, I looked everywhere for a replacement battery - a 24 v since I figured it was cheaper than getting a new mower. -Worx website did not have the battery pack for my lawn mower (the mower is about 4-5 years old) -Home Depot and Loews and Ace, I called but nope, not available and had zero suggestions where I could find it. -Amazon! Finally found it but cost $150 for the battery. After speaking to my friend, she suggested I call batteries plus (I did so with hesitation because I could not find it on their website) Micah answered and listened patiently to my inquiry. And explained to me that it is 2 - 12v batteries inside the unit. He just needs to open it up and put the 2 batteries in and solder / connect all the wires. In addition, he said he can also test the original battery to see if it's the problem. And: if all fails, I can bring it back and get my money back (minus labor -$10). Wow! What a great deal! So knowledgeable and helpful too! Rare to find these days. I also got immediate help vs waiting for internet purchase to come. In the end, their work with the replacement battery was able to start my lawnmower...and I saved $$$$$. Also have 1 year warranty. Yay! Highly recommend calling if you have battery needs. I needed a new battery for my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer, after it died this last weekend. I tried taking it early morning to Meineke, who wanted to charge me $300 for it! Was able to get it installed for less than 1/2 that at Batteries+ for their best battery, and installed by Cole, who was very cordial and fun to talk to while he was doing the easy install. I call that a win. I will be looking toward them more in the future (and less toward Meineke.) read more

I got my screen replaced here and had to go back 1 more time because the screen was not properly put on, the second time they replaced it the coloration was off and now I am deciding if I should just go to Apple to get it replaced or go back and see what they can do. These people care about customer service and satisfaction. What should have been a simple screen replacement was a frustration for them as well as me. I blame a design flaw by LG for making it difficult. But everyone at the store stuck with me to get it resolved and they ultimately did. From my experience with other shops, I was expecting to be turned away SOL a couple times along the way, but it didn't happen. I recently had my daughter's screen replaced there, when we were paying the bill they offered a "Simple Snap" Screen Protector. It was thirty dollars and was supposed to keep the screen from breaking. 12 hours later my daughter pulled her phone out of her book bag and the screen was shattered and the screen protector had come off (unbroken). I took the phone into the manager and she replaced the screen at no charge and refunded me the money for the screen protector. That was the last thing I thought they would do, I will take every broken screen I have (both personal and work) to them and recommend them to everyone. Awesome Customer service! read more

I like batteries plus for batteries. They have been dependable and "mostly" courteous in the past. I think they are the best possibilities for battery help. Service was in my case very bad. I turned my electric razor in for my repair. It came back not functioning. Their response, after I had paid my $25.00, for the repair was, "too bad, it is our fault and we should have warned you that we wouldn't guarantee the repair, but it is your tough luck." At least the big guy who waited on me almost had a smile, or possibly it was a sneer. Not always sure on a Saturday but there was only one customer in the store with three service people behind the counter. I know, it could have been worse like something expensive that they tried to repair. My suggestion, "Don't ever take ANYTHING here for repair. Batteries yes ... just make sure you get a receipt. I don't agree with another review that they were dishonest. I just think they don't care and are trained to defy anyone who challenges their service. read more

Be extremely careful when buying batteries here. They checked my battery, gave me the wrong one and when i tried to return it refused to refund because package was opened. I should have double checked it before I let the salesman throw the old battery away. Needless to say, I will not go to batteries plus again. If I made the mistake , I would understand , but when their so call pro could not even match the battery i gave him (it was 1/4 inch longer than the old one!) they should have refunded my purchase. We went into this store because my son's lava lamp bulb had burned out. The bulb was stuck to the fixture so the store clerk very carefully melted the adhesive on the backing, peeled it away, and removed the defective bulb. He fitted it with a new bulb, and very carefully re-melted the adhesive so the backing could be replaced. He did alot of work for a $5 light bulb and my son and I are very appreciative! read more

They do horrible repair jobs. Do not take your phone to then. My daughter broke her iPhone 6 screen. Everything else weekdays perfect. After the repair the home button wasn't working right.they tried to fix couldn't so we excepted it. Half the screen was darker and after almost a month it went black. They said it was the back light and sorry can't help here is you money back. I Googled it turns out if they over tighten a screw it ruins the phone. I had previously gone to My Broken Phone and within weeks had discovered how poor of a job they had done when my home button wiggled out and my screen slowly became detached from my phone.
