BOTTOM LINE: My experience was bad, they wasted my time and didn't even complete the original job. So I had to hire another company last minute to finish the job. I would NOT recommend. Was unorganized, movers were unprepared and therefore unprofessional. FULL STORY: I texted a picture of my items (bookshelf, couch, old bed frame). Was texting with I'm assuming the owner all week to nail down a time. I receive a phone call on Friday to confirm pick up Saturday morning at 8:30. There was a no-show and no call. I'm texting/calling to figure out what's up. Someone finally gets back to me and the new time is now 2pm which is very inconvenient for me. I expressed my disappointment. I get a text later saying they'll now do 11. Still not great but at least they tried to accommodate me for their mistake. They arrive... in a pick up truck TOO SMALL TO HAUL A COUCH!!! WTF!!! That was the main item I needed moved. They hauled everything but the damn couch. Now I have to pay someone else to haul the couch because I cannot do it another day. read more

The fellows were prompt, professional, and careful not to bump anything getting the large heavy sofa out of my house. I've been calling around to get a pick up quote for a fairly decent amount of old furnitures and miscellaneous items. Everywhere was at least $400 or more. We were in a time crunch on a construction project and conatcted several junk haulers through yelp. Cascade responded quickly and communicated exceptionally well. The next morning they contacted me to see if they could adjust the time, which was fine as long as it was the same day.
