BOTTOM LINE: My experience was bad, they wasted my time and didn't even complete the original job. So I had to hire another company last minute to finish the job. I would NOT recommend. Was unorganized, movers were unprepared and therefore unprofessional. FULL STORY: I texted a picture of my items (bookshelf, couch, old bed frame). Was texting with I'm assuming the owner all week to nail down a time. I receive a phone call on Friday to confirm pick up Saturday morning at 8:30. There was a no-show and no call. I'm texting/calling to figure out what's up. Someone finally gets back to me and the new time is now 2pm which is very inconvenient for me. I expressed my disappointment. I get a text later saying they'll now do 11. Still not great but at least they tried to accommodate me for their mistake. They arrive... in a pick up truck TOO SMALL TO HAUL A COUCH!!! WTF!!! That was the main item I needed moved. They hauled everything but the damn couch. Now I have to pay someone else to haul the couch because I cannot do it another day. read more

I've been calling around to get a pick up quote for a fairly decent amount of old furnitures and miscellaneous items. Everywhere was at least $400 or more. The next morning they contacted me to see if they could adjust the time, which was fine as long as it was the same day.
